Okay well, I named my hero Liwlixam, which is a name I've actually never used for my Hero's before... I just finished playing Kindgom Hearts II, and in another forum, we created our own "Organization Members" which involves scrambling the letters in your name and adding an X somewhere.

My real Name: William
My organization name: Liwlixam

So after just completing KH2, I liked the name I created so I made that my Hero's name. It also fits quite well with the other characters too cause it starts with an L. Lymsleia and Luserina are two examples of other main characters with L as the first letter.


I also thought long and hard about what my army would be, and I found the most amazing name to call them. The Guomindang.

For those of you who don't know who that organization is (I'm 95% sure this accurate also), back in the early 1900s in China, Mao Zedong was the leader of the Communists who overthrew Chang Kai Shek, the leader of the Republic. And up until the present, the Communists would rule China, but Chang Kai Shek (Leader of the original government) fought back on many occasions.

The name of the Chang Kai Shek's Republic that was overthrown by the Communists was the Guomindang. I found it rather fitting that the Godwin family (Communists) overthrew the Royal Family, so now the Royal Family (Guomindang) is now trying to regain their kingdom.

Pretty neat eh?

Well in any game I always name the hero Hero. As for my army in 2 I named it Blade just for the heck of it and in IV and V are the most uninspired.lol I named them Punishment and Dawn resoectively and this also goes to my ship and castle.

In three I named the Flame Champion Anduril (elvish for flame of the west). For my army? I don't think you could name your army if I was not mistaken. Then for my castle, Aeturna (latin for light I think). Then for the first and second games, it's been way too long for me to remember.

Well Suikoden III you could rename Budehuc Castle. And in 4 you could name your army

I'm sorry, I didn't specify though, i meant names for Suikoden V... hahha

in Suikoden V, the prince's name is Nyro.
i forgot what i name the hero's in S1 & S2.

and in all the Suikoden games i have (1, 2 & 5), i've always named my army/castle Kicersu~ which usually means freedom or liberty in some defunct language.

I usually stayed with default when offered. For V I named hero Faedran, it's kinda girly, so it suited him. As for the castle: Sindar falls. Army: Dawn Bringer (real creative huh) XD

I don't remember the other things in the previous games really.

In Suikoden V, I named my main character, the Hero, Cyrus. No real particular reason, I like the name. xD

The Castle, I named Silver Ghost, Army, Golden Spectre. No real reason for it.

Suikoden I - First playthrough when I was like 13-14, Tony. Second, Mcdohl.
Castle was named Lake Castle. Army, don't know.
Suikoden II - I honestly can't remember what I named him on a more recent playthrough just a few months ago, let alone the first time I played. Army was something like Dragon Army. xD I can't remember what I named the castle on my first playthrough either.
Suikoden III - The Fire Hero was named V.R. Don't remember the others.
Suikoven IV - Same as above.

All the name of the main hero I used in Suikoden is Nanashi
and the name of the army as well - Evangels or Evangelion (if not restricted to 7 letters)

Suikoden ii i named my Army the Palika Army which Fit real well when you recruited someone as in i cant wait to see the Palika Castle

as for the hero i Named him Kenji Or other times Riou as his real name

No name never being better than my own in a video game I always use it. All my army names are named after characters who I have given names in various RPGs. For the exception of Suikoden III and V.

I don't remember what my army name was in Suikoden III. What hero has my name doesn't matter since I can change whoever is the Fire Bringer. However it is odd having Chris with my name ~_~. Even moreso that she's still female with a male name in that of Chris.

In suiko I i had my hero named Tyr, his real name.

In suiko II, i had the hero named Riou, again his real name, and Scarlet to the name of my army and castle, like the Scarlet Moon Empire of Suiko I =p

I usually go with Luna as a name for the hero and Dragon or Phoenix for the army and the castle usually a name from Norish mythology.
