Chrno Crusade is pretty good, kinda sad ending though.
Is FMA: Brotherhood good? I've only seen like five episodes.
The Trigun manga was pretty good, different from the anime, in the sense that the anime had more in it (content).
Oh, I forgot to mention I'm re-watching DBZ on-and-off.

Well the first few episodes will be identical to the previous anime, minus the filler episodes. But after around 10 episodes the story will be completely different from the original anime. The reason the original anime was so different after a certain point (in case some people don't know) was because the anime caught up to the manga, so the anime writers decided to create their own original story for the remaining part of the series instead of waiting for the manga. Which is still ongoing btw. So essentially, what we got after Episode 25-or-so in the previous anime was all a filler story created by other people not associated with the manga.
So what you knew about the Homonculus from the previous anime, such as how they were created, or how they could be killed, is not true in this anime.
Sloth and Pride are completely different people in the manga, and Wrath is the one who was Pride in the previous anime. Hoenheim's role is very different in the manga as well. And Dante doesn't exist, etc.
I found the main villain of the manga to be a lot more interesting than Dante though.
Like many others I watched the previous anime first without knowing that the manga had a completely different story that was still ongoing to this day. I liked the previous anime as far as I watched it, but to answer your second question, the original/manga story is much better. What I really love about it besides the story overall, is all the interesting characters it introduces that weren't in the previous anime. And what makes FMA stand out is that pretty much every character is useful. Unlike many other manga/anime such as Naruto where they just don't give most of the characters any spotlight or purpose. FMA handles this aspect great, and shows me that it is possible to balance a large cast, and without having an overpowered main character.
I was browsing through the manga chapters of where the previous anime started running it's own story a few months ago to see if a certain character also existed in the manga, and I got hooked and couldn't stop reading. So I read through all the chapters in 2 - 3 days. I told my friend about it, who also liked the previous anime, and a few days later she told me she had read through all the chapters as well, and also thought it was much better. And that's usually what I hear form other people. So it's definitely worth it.

Change in the animation style? Not sure what you mean. But just so you know, the same studio that produced the previous anime is producing this one. And the previous anime also followed the manga very closely as well, up to a certain point. This one will do it all the way. In other words, it has the same animation style. Just a bit more modern.

Well, it seemed like the character designs in the original anime were slightly different than the manga (the characters not looking so rugged), and Brotherhood looks exactly the same as the character designs in the manga. Or my mind might just be playing tricks on me.*Shrugs* Not sure.
Oh, and another question. I know it's been airing for awhile, but has anybody been watching the second season of Spice and Wolf? I'm thinking about watching it, even though I stopped watching fansubs a month or two ago.

*raises hand*
Is there anything in particular you want to know about it? It's just a continuation from the original, of course, so as long as you enjoyed that, I don't see any reason not to watch this. If you do pick it up, though, just keep in mind that there was an OVA (a so-called "episode 0"), which takes place between the two series.

I see. Well hmmm, I don't think so?

Anyway, right now I'm watching:
Naruto Shippuuden
Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood
Dragonball Kai
And started watching Sora Kekka Girl, but paused halfway through the first episode. So I'll continue watching it later.

This is a lot like ScryED, and it's hilarious stuff. I recommend this for someone who's looking for a show that doesn't try at all to be serious. I can't help but laugh when I watch this.
The ED is also quite.. interesting.
