Kingdom Hearts 2
If you weren't sure but need to be sure then it's official. Square Enix confirm that Kingdom Hearts 2 is indeed headed for the Playstation 2. No more guessing and no more hoping. Kingdom Hearts 2 will take place about 1 year after Kingdom Hearts and will feature some new characters as well as old returning characters. Kingdom Hearts has clearly become the second biggest mainstream rpg after the Final Fantasy series. No doubt lots of fans will be happy on this news. Expect more details to be revealed at the Tokyo Game Show.

Final Fantasy VII Sequel
Remember all that talk about a possible Final Fantasy VII sequel? Maybe a Final Fantasy VII-2? Well guess no more. Instead of a game, the sequel to Final Fantasy VII will be done through a CG DVD movie much in the way of the Final Fantasy Movie. The DVD Final Fantasy VII sequel will take place about 2 years after the event of Final Fantasy VII. The image scan shows Cloud and Sephiroth. Does that mean that Sephiroth is alive? Who knows but all the Sephiroth fans out there can only pray. No word yet on whether or not this CG DVD movie will be release overseas to North American.

I realy didn't like FF7 lets just hope they make it better than FF7, better as in the story is less confusing.

KH2 is a diffent story, I have been waiting for this game when I beat the game and all the exters.

Well lets see I new about both a day ago or so but hell yea that kicks ass although ive known bout kh2 for quite some time a few mionths bout 4 ever since it was confirmed in opm, but b4 that opm i dwnloaded the japanese version o the kh2 trailer only its like 5 timez longer and better and i unlocked the american 1 in my game. I've heard from my li'l bro's friend that, a new female character will be in the coming sequel. I'm not sure if this is true or not though. Her name I think is Akiko. Could someone be as so kind as to find a bit of info? It would be much appreciated. On one of the scans, there is a poster with the whole group including the unknowns. The one in red is the villain, which I think is called 'Sinten', one out of the 2 in black coats is probably Riku and maybe Akiko. If you are looking for more info, I reccommend that you should check; www.ansemreport.com . It contains alot of info that I think would be quite reliable.

Sweet. I'm looking forward to both the KH sequels (Chains of Memories and KH2)... and this is the first that I've ever heard about the FF7-2 CG DVD thing... sad(?) thing is that if it is released over here, it'll probably outsell FF:TSW by at least 5 to 1...

Kingdom Hearts 2 sounds pretty cool. I hated how they left ya at the end of the first one. I hope this one is as good as or better than the first!

Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children.... YES!!!!!! I love FF7. I do agree though, I hope the story is easier to understand (of course, I tend to lvl up too much and am lost when I finaly get back to moving forward ). I also hope that they give the characters good voices, not cheep retarded voices that ruin the movie. If you ask me, I think Sephiroth would sound like Zecks from Gundam Wing and Cloud would sound something like (not exactly like) Gene Starwind from Outlaw Star. But that's just me.

Ok, here is what I think:
Advent children- I think that the church that Cloud goes into is definitely the one in Midgar slums for blatantly obvious significant reasons (Aeris, for simpletons). So the fight between Cloud and “Sephiroth” outside, I think is also in the slums as it looks like a perfect cg version of them. I think that the one people have dubbed “Sephiroth” is not at all, and I have my reasons. (Although this one is silly) His masamune blade looks far too short. 2 years after the game, he manages to look much younger than he did then. He looks nothing like the Sephiroth shown in the nibleheim fire on the cg trailer. I REMEMBER QUITE DISTINCTLY KILLING HIM. And he bows down to this throned person. Now unless this is Jenova, who i also killed, I cannot see Sephiroth bowing down to ANYBODY. I simply think that it is another clone of Jenova, like Cloud and Sephiroth-there may have been another “failed experiment” like Cloud that didn’t walk into a big chasm and die.

Ok, here is what I think:
Kingdom Hearts 2-for a start, don’t ask me why but I think the guy who looks like the red skull is Ansem. He just seems to look and feel like it’s Ansem. I think that the two main fighters in “another side, another story” and “deep dive” are evil. I have many things to back this up, and I’m sure you have many to contradict it. For a start, they have them long cloaks like the new evil guys on the kh2 trailer. I know they are fighting the heartless, but I think that there are now 2 factions of heartless, the white, and the black, who are opposed. I also know that they have Oathkeeper and Oblivion, but if I recall correctly, which I do, when Rikku was evil he obtained the keyblade from Sora and left him with a shoddy bodged-up wooden sword. As for the sayings there are explanations for them too “He looks just like you”, could be someone saying that the new guy who looks like Rikku, looks like Rikku. “Where’s Sora?”-They could be looking for him, to kill him, or obtain something he has or whatever. I won’t list them all but you can see what I’m thinking. And I’ve tried it-Sora can’t walk up vertical walls or materialise out of thin air. And I’m pretty sure Rikku cant rain down meteors.

...how do you explain your avatar? KH'll probably hit about $20 once KH2 comes out, and it's not exactly a hard game to beat, you should be fine.

There isn't going to be a sequel in the FFbla-2 sense for VII....but there's the movie. It's been formally announced by Square and if I ever have the time, I'll stash the link up but I believe it's findable off RPGFan.

OH, and Miroku-Chi, don't worry about never having played KH. I haven't either...nor...erm...I'll keep that for later hehe.

[COLOR=red]I know what kingdom hearts2 is like when I went to japan they asked me to test it they let 5 people test it it was great i found a contest and i won so i got to test it in the game you are riku the man in red bandages is ansems darkness his light form is the glowing eyed unknown at the red haired on is rikus lost brother he was captured by ansem and taken over by the darkness in the beginning of the game you are in kingdom hearts you fight darkside and if you win you get out your weapon is the dark keyblade in the traler the guy with to keyblades fighting a monster where darkside was in kh1 is a shell of sora in deep dive the guy going up the building is soras shell.

in kh2 at the beginnig mickey will ask you a question say no if you say yes you lose 50 hp.

So what you are saying is that King Mickey is evil as well? He is also one of those Unknowns as he wars that exact jacket. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that Disney would never allow one of their most known characters to be portrayed as evil. You can even see him helping Sora and the others in the trailer and it is confirmed that he will be an ally throughout the game.


I think so too. Seems to come from parallel worlds as it is hinted in one of Ansems reports in Final Mix that such a world (another you) might exist.


First of all the "he looks just like you" might refer to Riku, but if you have read the interview with Tetsuya Numura, he confirmed that one of those 5 Unknowns, is in fact Riku. So most likely Riku is the one on the roof.
So I think that the phrase refers to the Blond kid looking like Sora.
Secondly, they are not trying to kill Sora because in one of the screen shots the Blond kid with two key blades is protecting Sora telling the red haired Unknown, "You know that's crazy! I won't let you see Sora!"


When he had the power of the darkness he could create a dark copy of himself, and being with King Mickey for two years must have taught him something, seeing as he is now an Unknown just like King Mickey.

Btw that's not Sora running up the wall, that is the Blond Kid that looks like him.

i cant wait for kingdom hearts 2 i did the first one and i thorouly enjoyed it, i have seen pix for this game and it looks brill i never thought i would like the first one because of the disney characters but it was brilliantly done and i thought it was a succesful game.

Kingdom Hearts was one of my favorite games from Square. The graphics, battle system, plotlines... I'm gonna camp outside the store the day before the get the game delivered.

Make room SwordStrife because I'm going to be your camping buddy. I like everything that is Final Fantasy related. Even if it did had Disney characters which I don't like that much.
