Well... this is what I thought. If he was dumb enough to give it to Rina 
then there musta been somethin wrong with him. So my theory is:
He spends almost all of it on Tequila, and when he's so drunk he cant think straight, Rina goes in and takes the rest of his money

My guess is he spends it on rare things in garage sales and sells it back for more on ebay...then he changes it into pennies and whacks them at litte kids who come onto his property. He also buys lots of those shuriken stars thingies, because he likes to waste so many each time i call him =p
