Based on the popular series on Cartoon Network, FULLMETAL ALCHEMIST and the Broken Angel is a fresh new action RPG tracing the journey of two brothers on a life-changing quest. When Edward, a genius alchemist, and his younger brother Alphonse try to raise their deceased mother from the dead, a forbidden act, the results are tragic. The action begins as the two brothers head toward Central City in search of the Philosopher's Stone to undo the terrible tragedy that resulted from tempting fate.

• Interactive environment lets you use alchemy to transmute ordinary objects you encounter into a huge array of weapons, tools, and vehicles.

• Animated cut scenes and in-game graphics recreate the same level of animation quality featured in the TV series.

• Heartwarming story takes you deep into the lives of Edward and Alphonse.

Broken Angel got some bad reviews. I might rent it if I find it up for rent, but I probably won't bother purchasing this game until it's price goes down.

The anime series is great. Though, the dubbing in Full Metal Alchemist is horrid. Watch in subs if you want to see the good stuff. But, if you get your hands on sub version of FMA, then I guess you're only left with dub version been aired on CN. =P

Good anime series. I got no real positive thing to say about the game though. Like most anime based games, it probably not so good.

I bought it, played it, but has not yet beaten it. It's a little dissaponting at first, but later on you learn some useful *** kicking combos to deal with some enemies. May I ask, I have never heard of this, but is this game based on the anime series?

If it wasn't, it'd have one of the best anime sequences of any game biggrin.gif . But yes, it's from the anime which you can see on Saturdays post-Midnight or Thursday's reruns also post-Midnight.

Wow...

Well, the site deals with mostly Playstation and Playstation 2 releases, so Full Metal Alchemist: Broken Angel is for the Playstation 2.

For all who don't know much about Full Metal Alchemist it is in fact being aired on Cartoon Network but only a few of the episodes of the 51 that there are.

The series is great, though i haven't played the video game for PS2 yet due to stacking games i have yet to beat and the recent addiction to World of Warcraft biggrin.gif . I plan on getting and playing it soon though, just as soon as i beat Growlancer Generations and the new Inuyasha game.

this game is for ps2 everyone, havent got around to renting it, too many games piling up to play, heard its not great but ill still probably rent it, cartoon network's dubbing is horrendous, dl the show or import it, the subed version is amazing laugh.gif

I was looking around for this game and i could not find it eneywere. i have download trailers and what not it looks ok i guees. Does eney one know IF/WHEN it hits the shelvs of Australia.

Well from what I can read is that it looks good, I mostly enjoy gamed based on comics. Does anyone of you guys has an idea if the game will ever hit the shelves in Belgium.

It's so annoying that most good rpg games wont come out in Belgium or only been given out in small numbers.

Can you guys give a few links to where I can see trailers?

i have this game, i liked it! though i agree that it's gameplay is'nt that great an it does get a little repetitive, but if you like sad storys you should definatly get it, and Fullmetal Alchemist: The Curse of the Crimson Elixer is kinda a prequl to this game, and it starts around episode 18 and 19.

i enjoyed it though but you people aren't sure it may be better to rent it sad.gif
