LoLz. I got this idea from the Ryu thread i made. =D I sorta loved the idea that I said and I think it could work. =D
The choices are at the start of the game; you can be good or bad. =D
Both Ryu's will look different. Both in an evil and good way.
I'd use the dark game feature that was used in BoF 5. But it'll be in a ways like Breath of Fire 2. =P Not underground, though there will be caves and whatnot.
I'd leave it at the three party thing. I thought that was a great idea in V.

Hmm... I honestly thought that BOF IV is already like that lol though the other half of Ryu is different xD What you say is true though about having an evil and good system in the game would be interesting. I would also like the next BOF dragon system to be like BOF III's(it's way too cool)xD Moreover, I wish that the town-making system will go back to be like BOF II's xD

Well, I would attempt to make a game similar to Breath of Fire V, but unlike Breath of Fire V, I would drop the cel shading and the artwork. I would bring back the old artwork used in the past Breath of Fire games and see if the public would like it then. Yes, some people only care for appearance, but what can you do? If I'm making a game, I want to make money and make a good game, if possible.
Of course, I would keep the Ryu and Nina thing alive. I would re-introduce all the races into the series that were lost in Breath of Fire V. The world will be fantasy like the past games of the series, but have a dark and depressing feeling to it. Of course, it's up to Ryu and company to save the world from it's current glom and depress save from the villian.
A villian would be some thing reasonable. Probably some Black Dragon who's been controlled by some evil wizard? I don't know...

-The Brood are alive, but they're considered a lower class in society. A terrible event in the far past has driven them from their homeland.
-Ryu is destined to recieve the ultimate power, Kaiser. However, instead of being psyched, Ryu is terrified. He's constantly running from his fate, a fate which will come true...eventually.
-Deis returns as Ryu's elder sister and as a prophetess. She's hiding a dark secret, one concerning her deceased mother, and her and Ryu's father, a man Ryu will soon come to know.
The game revolves around Ryu as he journeys to reach seven Dragon Shrines, each holding the power of a part of the Brood: the elemental dragon forms of Fire, Ice, Wind, Earth, Lightning, Holy, and Shadow; as well as keys to unlock the power of Kaisers past. This journey will also lead them in a fight against the Horde, Dark Dragons bent on taking over the world, as well as a nation of humans with the same ambitions and a dangerous phobia of everything Dragon.
As he journeys, he picks up allies who have either been slighted by the Horde or by said Human nation, and eventually returns to his people's homeland, a beautiful island continent that's been taken over by the Horde.
The game would be two part, part one being the battle against the dark dragons. Part two would be the same Ryu's journey, years later, to take on Myria. Details still unclear.
I really like to dig up old ones, don't I?

I'd like to see a sequel to BOF IV. The game ended on a sour note that left an opening for a sequel. As for the gameplay, Something similar to BOF IV for battles, but something more like BOF III for the World map. And maybe bring back Fou-lu as a playable character, have two brood, endless, whatever for once.
