Full Version: What do you think about Dario and Romero?

Janus's good twin
This topic sucks. But I'm just wondering what you guys think about Janus's two lackeys, Dario and Romero. I'm always wondering...

My thoughts:

Romero:

I think he is a total sissy. A plain yeller sissy. Who is skimpy, inferior, and flimsy!

Dario:

He's beyond retarded. (And possibly a child predator...)

How about you? Great, good, bad, worst! Whatever!!!

Oddly enough, I don't even remember anything about Dario and Romero anymore. Not even what they looked like. *_*
I guess the only one who stood out enough was Janus. I need to look up some pics and stuff and see if I can remember those other punks. lol

I think they were mostly only there as henchmen. But that's one of the few things that disappointed me about WA3: Janus and his team didn't play as much of a role in the game as they should've.

We didn't really learn much about them. Dario and Romero were only around during the beginning of the game. I thought they'd be a major rival group for at least the majority of the game, but alas, they weren't. XDD
Janus's good twin
Romero:Blond, skinny dude who is always standing at Janus' left side. Waves his arms around in battle and throws stillettoes. Wears a black bandana around his neck which mostly hides his face. He is always getting hit by the back of Janus's bayonet. He has a jagged scar over his left eye. Has spiky hairs. Wears three shirts and jean. Has boots that reach up to his knees.

Dario:Fat dude. Has a beard and is a brunette. Has a stupid fighting stance in battle and has a Gillus magnum. Forgets to zip his pants. Leaves shirt hanging out. Wears a dumb ten-gallon hat. Always standing at Janus's right side. Has body hair problem.

These are some descriptions. I mostly go around the internet and people say they are morons. Yes, they are morons. Big morons...

Romero- I would describe him as the cautious member of the group, associate him with Lady Harken at least in the personality department, nothing more, as we all know saying Romero is like Harken is a total insult to her.

Dario- "Zips pants(Plus Defense)" Comic relief...period.

They were just used by Janus. You notice too, that once his plans don't go exactly as planned he uses them by either blaming it on them or wants them to help him out of it.

They were fun characters, they were never ment to be taken seriously. I don't see what was wrong with them. Romero was pretty cool in my opinion, being the wildwest ninja. And Dario was pretty funny in general just by being goofy. I liked the trinity attack and the pose they struck at the end of trinity avenger, which we sadly never got to see. Though unless you're a fan of old fashion sentai shows you porbably wouldn't understand most of the fun in that kind of attack.

Roemro: He's a big chicken that wants to not be a chicken.
Dario:He just tries to stay on Janus GOOD side (if he has one =P )

The reason why Janus and Co. weren't a major rival group is that Janus was working for the Prophets sometime beforehand. There are hints and nudges that Janus had met and worked with the Prophets before, and he's hardly surprised by the technological advancement of the Yggdrasil System.

The honor of being Virginia's rival goes to the chameleon-like histrionic, Maya Schroedinger. (histrionic - personality disorder where the person starves for attention)

Backs away from Kaiserdragon."Woah...I am so behind on vocabulary..."
KaiserDragon18
laugh.gif Nah...you aren't! I had actually just discovered that term a little while ago, and I just decided to use it. Sorry! In fact, I'm not even sure I used it correctly.
Still, I do happen to have a large vocabulary. (So large, in fact, that sometimes I know what a word means, but just can't remember what it is.)

Plus, I don't mean to brag or anything, but I'm also a college student and a major brain.

Comic relief, plain and simple. The big question is, who the heck was Lucio and how did he die? (Lucio is mentioned by Janus and his lackeys a few times in the game...)

Is it not explained in the game!? I thought it might play a part later on in the game (I'm not very far at all... I've just fought Green-Janus for like the forth time but his darned Rainbow annoys me)...

I only remember what one of them looks like... so neither of his lackeys really stick out in my mind...

If what happened to Lucio is explained, I didn't see it, and I'm playing through the game for the second time. I'm also kinda disappointed about how little time you actually get to see the three fools, AKA, Janus's gang.

Also, the green-skinned Janus? I didn't think he was very hard at all... Try comparing him to Balal Quo Naga... THAT... was a pain of a fight....

Na, Green Skinned Janus isn't very hard at all... but that Rainbow attack just annoys the hell out of me. To be honest the only thing I've found hard about this game is progressing at all... The 'search' system is cool for finding treasure but for finding the main towns ect annoyed me... Due to me misreading a sign and getting my place names mixed up I spent ages fighting and searching in the completly wrong area.

Elemental Crystals make everything a lot easier as well biggrin.gif
