Ok, so i have spent lots and lots of time leveling my crafts, i have used the money invested to make plenty (my standards ~cranking out 400-500k a day @ lvl 45 Monk is not bad at all) Anyway, so far i ahve acquired 2 crafts at 60, alchemy and cooking. Two others are journeyman status but not quite 60 (Cloth 54 and woodworking 48) I do intend on leveling other crafts to 60, goldsmithing will be my next one (i have a feeling i will stop at 50 or so though really expensive with all the gold at that level) Anyway, I'm having a huge problem concerning all of them. I don't know which one to take up all thw way. (I do know that i can take them all up via mules but the first one is most important.)

I'm shooting for alchemy as thats how i make most of my gil now. I have already X'ed leatehr, gold, and cloth from my list... oh and cooking too, that small gain big volume crap really isnt my thing. (sushi sushi yeah right :/ not worth it on hades)

Anyway, alchemy is great for me and all but i have one small problem... I mean huge problem... there are alot alot alot of people who level alchemy to 100, right next to woodworking and clothcraft (some would think they would stop at 53 when it becomes worthless but noooooo ~) Anyway, if there are any suggestions out there, please help me out!

Thanks in advance

Honestly you can try cooking. It doesn't always a hav to be Sushi. Try Taco, food for tanks or other food for Mages. The thing is that if you make food for all three type of jobs, melee, tanks, and spell caster, you should be able to start making money quite easily at level 100 cooking. Don't just concentrate on just making one particular item.

Imo, goldsmithing & woodworking are 2 of the most profitable crafts but they are rather hard to level if u don't have tons of cold hard "gil". Cooking is good as mentioned by RPG but don't expect high returns maybe 2-5 fold in profit minus ingredients depending on market. (Note cooking ingredients are relatively cheap) blush.gif Any craft gets rewarding once u get to the higher levels due to the chance of HQ, on a good darksday with new moon, I can get perhaps 6-8 HQs out of 12 synths. haha.gif A relatively free craft will be fishing and it's rewarding at the cost of your gaming time. U might want to level up your char more before "burying" yourself in crafting. It will be easier to farm for the materials or get gil by then when your char is 60+. In any case, have fun! Cheers! wink.gif

lol time to update sig ^^;;; I am heavily into crafting and have been almost as soon as i started playing this game. It's just hard which craft to go with, i know the ups and downs of many crafts, and i also know how to make every step profitable (unless its just not possible, like leathercraft)

I do know one thing though... Cooking is not for me. Never will i take it past 60, I use my cooking belt for +3 to break 51 tier on a certain profit synth that i use to make a decent living but thats it..

I took alchemy past 60 and turned in my craftsmen item, i think i will stick with it. for now, im just catching up on my GP.. 20k so far, but that will be gone when i skill up on anima ^.^; Farming hasnt been a problem for me just yet. I know it will when i get higher in alchemy skill thats why im taking a small break to get my monk from 50 to 60. Hopefully ill have some fun with those damn coffers hehe ^^;
