Similar to the special site they put up for Episode II. I'm not sure if this one is up for a limited time only though, since I haven't checked it out very thouroughly yet.
But there are some wallpapers and other stuff to be found there. Not very much content for now, but the site will be updated regularly, so it's worth checking out.
Spurt Reynolds
kewl, looks pretty good.
Seems its basically a link site for some of the other sites you have posted.
rena
wowow so many pictures!!!! (:

Thanks 4 posting it!
Xerno
They've now added something very interesting to this special site: "XII to III ~ A Missing Year". It's some sort of online sidestory that explains what happens during the one year that has passed between XSII and XSIII. Only the 1st chapter is available for the moment. I've watched some of it, some parts are written and others voice acted. Sadly it's all in Japanese, so I don't understand a word of it. =/

But here's the link for it: clickie

Get Athrun to view it and translate wink.gif

Anyhoo, the sites been updated a hell of alot more than when I first checked it out.
Its all looking good now smile.gif

And that idea of having to 1 yr between games storyline is also pretty helpful, another good idea.
Denim
The entire thing is in the game's database, helpfully enough.
Xerno
Ah, so that "Missing Year" info will be in the XSIII database as well? Good to know, though it'd be fun to know about it before playing the game (that's what it's for, after all =p ). I assume that this one fansite will be doing the translation eventually anyway, if no-one else can manage it sooner. It seems like an interesting prologue to XSIII either way.
Denim
Yeah. Jin's been doing missions for The Contact Subcomitee and Juli (I guess Ziggy's busy, hm?) while Shion continued working on KOS MOS until she found out about the Gnosis phenomenon being caused by Vector, or used by Vector, at the very least, most likely from Jin, and quit. Gnosis have been appearing a lot more recently and destroying planets, and something.

I forget.

I read an outline about it.
Xerno
Ah, well Jin does seem to know about quite a few things in Episode III (from what I've seen in the officially released info so far). I guess he gathered a good amount of new info while carrying out those missions. But I also expected Juli would have given those missions to Ziggy instead, but perhaps he was just busy babysitting MOMO. =p

Scroll down, posts by chaoslace.
The Missing Year is narrated by Shion.
Xerno
Nice, thanks for the link. The most interesting part was about the Grimoire's Girl, I guess more will be explained about her in the next Chapter(s). She seems to be a rather important character so far, definitely an interesting read. ^^
Denim
The time gap between Disk 1 and Disk 2 of Episode 2 was told in a similar way, except elaborated a bit LESS.
Xerno
Yes, A Missing Year seems more interesting than that. I thought Shion's narrating at the start of disc 2 in XSII was done rather sloppy (I got a bad feeling of "awkward narrating in a chair" déjà vu when I saw that scene, fortunately it didn't last long). Shion even mentioned herself as if it was a different person, that was just weird. <<''

This little prologue seems to have more depth, so far I'm still interested to see what the next chapter will be like.
Athrun
This reminds me of the blogs that told you about the events before Shadow Hearts 3 and FF7 Advent Children.
I'll read through it in a bit though. Hope it has some interesting info.
Xerno
The third option in the XSIII download section has opened up as well now (the one that still has a question mark, but if you hold the mouse over it the option will pop up. Or here if you don't know what the heck I'm talking about xP ).

But erm... what is that thing!? I chose the download and got a wacky Japanese soundclip, so I'm not sure what this is supposed to be.
Seraphic Dreamer
thankyou for the link Hiku-kun! You helped me out last night by providing that site...and what exactly is the "missing year"? the site is all in japanese...you guys can actually read it all? poor me, my computer doesn't even support japanese text... cry.gif so I don't have a chance of navigating the site very easily...it's lucky that last night, I was only searching for photos happy.gif
Xerno
Uhm, Denim already posted an English translation of A Missing Year earlier in this topic (or just click here, scroll down to the posts made by chaoslace). As I also mentioned before, it tells what happens during the year that has passed between XSII and XSIII. ~_^

--------------------------------------------------

And the 2nd Chapter is now available as well (on the same page as before, or here). I haven't found a translation myself yet, so if there already is one... please gimmeee~! xD

At least it looked interesting, with Doctus slamming KOS-MOS into a wall and aiming her gun near the end (they don't seem to be friends yet ^^'' ).
Athrun

Doctus destroys KOS-MOS and takes with her the girl refered to as "The girl of Grimoire"

What KOS-MOS armament is this anyway?

From what I could understand, (and I could be wrong) this Grimoire girl is some type of Realian, and she created some sort of program which Mizrahi re-programed 14 years ago.
When Jin refers to her as Grimoire, the girl refuses the name and says "I'm Nephilim."
It seems that this girl is missing most of her memories as well.

Shion wonders if this girl has some sort of connection to the Nephilim who appears in her mind some times.

Doctus, who is working for Scientia, is still out to get Grimoire.
Xerno
Ah, nice info you got there:

QUOTE (Athrun)

Doctus destroys KOS-MOS and takes with her the girl refered to as "The girl of Grimoire"

And now that I can stare at the picture a bit longer, I see that Doctus' arm is... erm, "launched" into KOS-MOS. Which would mean she's some sort of cyborg or other robotic being, but according to her official bio she's human. oO

QUOTE (Athrun)

Hm, another Realian-type (but this one doesn't have golden eyes). And Mizrahi is involved again as well, that program is sure to be important. Perhaps (~since there seems to be a link between this girl and Nephilim~) it's something related to the Song of Nephilim...?

QUOTE (Athrun)
Doctus, who is working for Scentia, is still out to get Grimoire.

Oh, she didn't get away with the girl after pancaking KOS-MOS then? Though her arm still seems perfectly fine. <<''

On a sidenote, Shion looks weird this time... like a nun or something. ^^''
Athrun
There was mention of Song of Nephilim, but I only translated a few of the sections, as I was in a hurry. But I have some more free time on my hands now, so I'll look through it again.

Doctus seems to be at least half cyborg with that arm of hers. It also says she destroyed KOS-MOS so she must be very strong.

~Edit~

KOS-MOS profile says that her frame was "in the middle of conversion from Version 2 to Version 3, but..."

Grimoire resembles the type of Realian that the U-TIC organisation produced 14 years ago, but because all the data regarding this has been lost, it's impossible to confirm this.
The data inside her storage cell says that the majority of the records have been deleted. It still retains some memories, but all of the important records regarding the incident are gone.

In the gnosis recall program which is produced by Grimoire, a certain special wave length is generated, and it is possible for that wave length to interfere with the conduct of gnosis.
Several thousand years ago, in order to investigate the connection of Zohar and gnosis, an investigation was conducted, which failed and caused Lost Jerusalem to disappear.
At the time Jerusalem was lost, "Remegeton" itself was collected, escaping with Vector. It was kept within the company, and then later handed over to the Mizrahi main branch through the Zohar Project.
After that, the program is reconstructed by Mizrahi, and "The Song of Nephilim" is completed.
According to Juli Mizrahu, in order to restore that program, a relian of a unique type was designated as the body, and the program was transplanted as a false brain. The control of the Remegeton and the wave motions were were adjusted, but the actual reserach records no longer exist.

Mizrahi aborted Wilhelm's Zohar Project research when he became aware of how dangerous it was. He was then contacted by the underground organization Ormus, establishing the U-TIC system.

(This next part I don't quite understand/can't make sense of, but I tried my best.)

Grimoire: The technical chief of Project Zohar of Vector, the programmer who produced the Gnosis Recall program, "Remegeton". Other personal data is unclear. The information is lost along with him and the rest of Lost Jerusalem.
The real daughter is designated as the body of Remegeton, and the Gnosis summon program is completed. But the Zohar reacts un expectedly in the middle of experimentation, which is a direct cause of Jerusalem disappearing. The daughter died in this accident as well.

The program Remegeton was produced by Grimoire, and 14 years ago it was reconstructed by Joachim Mizrahi. The Realian's name is refered to as "Grimoire girl" (perhaps that means she is the daughter of Grimoire?)
Juli and my older brother decided to rescue the girl. Juli has desperately been trying to help her. Perhaps it reminds her of when MOMO was carried off in a similar way?
During the investigation of the girl, a name which I know very well was mentioned.

No wounds can be seen on the girl, but her memory seems to be lost. Everything except her own name.
When she is refered to as "Grimoire girl", she denies the name and says "I'm Nephilim", and wants the someone named Grimoire to help her.
Compared to the Nephilim that I know, they seems to be different, yet she thinks that they are the same person?

With the sound of a bell, this imaginary girl some times appears before Shion. She exists in the imaginary realm with no physical body, existing only as a consciousness. It's impossible for her to interact with the physical world. During the KOS-MOS main frame Encephilon Dive, she showed Shion a possible future where U-Do is revived.

That girl identified herself as Nephilim. The illusionary girl that some times appears before me. Is there some relation between Nephilim and that girl? If the girl has some sort of connection to the Miltian conflict 14 years ago, and Nephilim, *can't translate this part at all*.
And perhaps agent Doctus who is after the girl has more information about the girl and Nephilim?

Jin: "Don't be scared."
Girl: "I'm... I'm not scared. Grimoire, save me!"
Jin: "Are you Grimoire?"
*Doctus appears*
(I don't remember the rest, there was no text.)

By the order of Vector, KOS-MOS who's body has been destroyed is undergoing the conversion to Version 3. Without KOS-MOS, me and my brother decided to participate in the rescue operation of the girl. She was located thanks to Juli, who tracked the wave length pattern of Remegeton, which is sent out from the brain of the girl.

Nothing special about Jin's profile, except that his grandfathers name was something like Ouga Uzuki, and that Jin's relationship with Pelegri is unclear.

This is the ship where we believe the girl is being held captive, but big brother and I were a bit careless as we stormed in.

*Shion and Jin encounter Doctus again.*

Take this translation with a grain of salt, as I most likely got some things wrong, but an accurate translation should be available soon enough.

But it's interesting how they seem to have information on how Jerusalem disappeared, and that it was because of an experiment conducted by Grimoire and Vector.
And what is this "Remegeton"? Has it been mentioned before somewhere?
Denim
I don't even know what Remengton is. The name sounds familiar, but only because I think I'm thinking of the Remington Shotgun.
Athrun
I don't know if it's "Remegeton" or "Remgeton", but it's something like that.
Xerno
Hm, Remgeton or whatever doesn't sound familiar to me either, that seems to be something new then. I noticed before that KOS-MOS' armament seemed incomplete, but I really wasn't sure since I don't pay much attention to the details of her different versions (you can put all 4 versions next to eachother and chances are I'll still mix 'em up ^^'' ).

The rest looks interesting as well, but I haven't read it properly yet. I'm kinda busy for the moment, so I'll reply more thoroughly to the rest later. But the translation effort is appreciated. =p
Denim
Maybe this Grimoire's girl is the physical body of Nephilim, or something like that because she keeps on insisting to be Nephilim - or maybe she's a clone and that's why, while she's called a Realian, she doesn't have golden eyes.
Athrun
I'm guessing that on Earth, Grimoire's real daughter was named Nephilim. And Mizrahi or the U-TIC recreated Nephilim in the form of a realian.
Wilhelm made sure that Remegeton survived the Lost Jerusalem incident. So even though Nephilim may have died, her mind may still be inside the program. Once it was transplanted to this realian by Mizrahi, she assumed the identity of the original Nephilim, and the original programs function's were restored. That's when Mizrahi created The Song of Nephilim.

This intrests me... it seems to be referring to this girl realian but what if it isn't... what if it's referring to a certain main character. I don't like the idea but there are a lot of things about Shion that don't add up especially why she was there when Albedo was searching for the Y-Data in MOMO and I guess if Mizrahu created shion then just like MOMO, Juli would be Shions mother... and she DID call Juli 'Mom'.

I hate the idea that it might be true but I can't help but think this way. It would also make sense why Shion knows so much about the place they visit last in Episode I and why she has that big speech to MOMO about how no one is an abomination. I am starting to belive that Shion died and Mizrahi used her Memories in a new 'Unique' Realian. Bah... I hope I get proved wrong VERY soon... I hope this post makes sense... it's 3 in the morning damnit >.<
Athrun
Well I thought of that as well, but just the fact that this blonde haired Realin girl exists and calls herself Nephilim seems to blow a hole in that theory.
Denim
Flame, I doubt Shion was calling Juli Mizrahi mom. She was looking at the affection that Juli was all of a sudden showing to MOMO when she was in a life threatening situation, while being rather cold towards her all the time, or just not being around (since I doubt she noticed the coldness part, only Ziggy and Jr. I think, have). Remember what happened to Shion's mother? She was never around, because she was sort of a vegetable.

Yeah.
Xerno
Chapter 3 has just been released (clickie). Not much to say about it as I obviously still don't understand a word of it (and I haven't stared at the pretty pictures yet either =p ).

And oh, I don't have anything else to add about the previous chapter than what has already been said (as I said I'd post more later, lol).
Athrun
I browsed throught it quickly. I'll watch it more carefully later, since I want to know more about that Nephilim girl, but don't expect a translation from me. It's so much and too tiering. =p
Xerno
Well, no translation available yet, but I've seen a topic about it on Gamefaqs where people are bringing up stuff like "It's Meris!!!"... no idea what they're on about (maybe the Grimoire's girl, or just rubbish lol). But Meris was a character from Pied Piper, responsible for creating the Scientia organisation way back then. She obviously should have died of old age in present time. But if she's really mentioned, then it will be quite interesting to see how her actions from the past will fit in with the current events. ^^
Denim
Actually, she is. Her profile shows up when the picture of Labyrinthos is up. I think that's her anyway, I assumed it was as right before that, the man sitting near Doctus mentioned Scientia.

She could've got lifespan extention, I'm sure that's possible while avoiding Vector and its dummies. Probably recruited some crack doctor who could give her that, or she got mechanical transplants and is a cyborg like Ziggy and Orgulla.
Flame
Anyway, let's face it, old age doesn't seem to kill anyone in xenosaga... and someone as inportant as the founder of Scientia wouldn't just be allowed to die of old age... Chances are that she could well be a cyborg like Ziggy or maybe she was just never human in the first place. Pied piper looks to play quite a big role in XSIII... I really should read the script... I should have XSI soon (though I probably won't be able to play until Mid-July) so I should be caught up soon...
Athrun

Yeah that's Meris Ortas. Her profile explains her background relation to the 1875th special operation headquarters, some incident with Voyager, and how she started the terrorist organisation Scientia.
Denim
Basically, she concidered Jan Souer (Ziggy) her hero as he was promoted to captain at a very young age (her age during Pied Piper), and after the whole voyager fiasco, after she saw Jan commit suicide, and Lactis being decomissioned for knowing too much, she decided to fight against Vector and everyone involved with covering up truth about the Zohar - and everything else including U-DO. She also saw Voyager being revived, somehow or other.

She also has quite a philosophical mind, talking about Collective Consciousness, the Unus Mundus that Jung talked about. She said, to Lactis once

"Perhaps, before we are born we are a part of one existance, a chain. And once we are born, we're taken out of the chain, and cannot be truly happy until we rejoin it by dying."

*speculation and spoilers for Hiku, since he didn't finish XS2*

That could be an important theme in XS3, as Wilhelm is trying to push into MOMO's Unus Mundus to get the complete Y-Data, according to the post credits cutscene in Episode 2. It also happens to be Unus Mundus Network connects the entire universe, and since Unus Mundus, in Jungian thought, was an entity encompassing all existance, they're obviously connected.
Athrun
Perhaps Doctus is Meris? Who knows, but I doubt that revalation would take place in XS3 unless Meris is properly introduced into the story first, or else everyone will go "Who is she???"
Flame
Now you've said that... I can see that Doctus could just be a disguise of Meris... and we know that Doctus has some robotic parts (As we can see in the picture where Doctus beats up KOS-MOS) so the theory that Meris is a cyborg disguised as Doctus would make sense. Maybe Meris just pretends to be Doctus because we know that Cyborgs don't have any rights so pretending to be human would be quite logical. I can't cross out that theory, but there isn't much yet to back it up.
Xerno
Introducing Meris to the unknowing in Episode III shouldn't be too hard. Ziggy knows her well, they could have things briefly explained in a convo between those two, while bringing up memories from the past. And I guess they can always include her background info in the database, though if she's going to appear I expect that they'll explain a bit about her past in the story itself as well.
Denim
Well, a great bit of the story seems to take place on Michtam, from all the screenshots, it's a pretty large place, and a bulk of Xenosaga's story happened to have happened there. I'm sure Ziggy would explain everything, or even Canaan or Voyager would. Voyager would probably reveal his ultimate master evil plan of doom because he's just the sort of guy, and it could involve Meris and Doctus and whoever. After all, from what Virgil said back in Episode 1 ("Next time, I'll do things my way!") it seems like Testaments have some autonomity.
Xerno
Another update (no, no translation yet =P ). The special site now also shows a KOS-MOS action figure (there are several of her, actually) and one of T-elos as well (here). Can't say I like what it looks like, since it's all in one color.

On the same page (right below the action figures) they're also showing off XSIII Memory Cards (close-up, as linked to on the site itself). Not really interested in either myself, but if I had to pick one I'd choose that Memory Card over the figurine(s). =p
Athrun
You know, the figures are just un painted, Xerno. They all look like that before they're painted. Either by the people who buy them, or the company pre paint them for you.
There was a previous KOS-MOS figure that I wanted, but it got sold our right away.

If this one turns out well, I might try to get it instead.
They listed:

Xenosaga Episode I - KOS-MOS Ver.1
Xenosaga Episode II - Swimsuit
Xenosaga Episode III - KOS-MOS Ver.3
Xenosaga Episode III - KOS-MOS Ver.4
Xenosaga Episode III - T-elos

I like that card holder thing. And the Memory Card looks nice too.
Denim
You're supposed to color the figurines of KOS MOS and T-Elos yourself, like the things from Warhammer, except a lot less tedious due to larger size.

XS1&2 Perfect Guide? Is it just a strategy guide, or like Perfect Works?
Athrun
I read that they are unpainted because they are still prototypes until the final designs are decided, like Gunpla's models usually are.
Xerno
No idea about the XSI-II Perfect Guide, but I assume it's mentioned what it's about in the Japanese description =p . And lol, never knew about those unpainted figures; first time I see ones displayed that still need to be painted. But I'm not interested in those either way.

Oh, and there's a rough translation for Chapter 3 available now: clickie

--------------------------------------------------

And Chapter 4 has been released as well. No translation yet, though. And I haven't watched it yet either, but I did read Chapter 3 by now, though not that much actually happened in it. Ahem, I don't really remember much of it to begin with, except it explains why Grimoire's girl doesn't have golden eyes like other Realians.

Since Episode 3 will soon be released in Japan, I assume this little substory is almost finished. So far it has mostly made Doctus seem like a more interesting person to me than just a random new character.
Denim
Fragment Retainers.

Is it possible that the Testaments are the ones with fragments of Lamengeton in their brains, and that's why it lets them turn into Gnosis without losing their conscious thought and... I guess, humanity.

And Jin... wow. What the hell happened there? Was it something while he was working for U-TIC on Miltia, or something?
Xerno
Hard to tell what that was about, I'm still waiting for the translation to be put up. In the meanwhile, Chapter 5 is out as well now (same old link; click). The story still isn't finished, I'm beginning to wonder if it will still be wrapped up before Episode III comes out in Japan (it's next week).

This one looks quite interesting, a lot of stuff seems to be going on. Like another new character pops up, Doctus kicks more rear, and what really caught my interest... this:

A glimpse at something related to Nephilim (her past?), it seems. =)

--------------------------------------------------

Chapter 6 is out too (same link as above). This is the last one, ending the Missing Year substory (doesn't appear to be a translation available yet, nor for the 2 previous chapters). Seems like the longest one too, though the only thing that I found interesting was Jin going Citan and slapping some sense into someone. That, and an English song in the credits (for those who care, I didn't like it =p ).
Athrun
Yeah it said "to be continued" in the end, but it showed a picture of the Xenosaga 3 logo, so that's probably where the story will continue. Tomorrow actually. I might play it to test it out.
Xerno
I got tired of waiting for the English translations of the last 3 chapters, so I tried getting my hands on a translation a different way. There is a French site that already has all 6 chapters translated, so I had the French text translated online to English. Which gave crappy results, of course. But I've tried to sort it out, though there were still a few things I couldn't figure out. Things I didn't fully understand (or not at all), will be put between {these brackets}.

Chapter 4:

Juli: I'm worried, but the chances of saving her are…
Jin: Even if they are slim, I am sure that there is a way.
Juli: I think so too, but you should still prepare for the worst either way…
Jin: Prepare for…? If I lose hope now, it would be as if I already gave up.
Juli: Sorry, you're right. I must remain hopeful as well.
Jin: Shion…

Jin Narrating:

"The girl of Grimoire" disappeared in front of us after her awakening. Shion, attempting to provide assistance, lost consciousness. According to a report of the Sub Committee, tracks of the girl were detected in the U.M.N. It is therefore possible that Shion's conscience is forced to remain in there. With professor Mizrahi having us attempt to recover it, but with no {some technical stuff about the U.M.N.}, this was a lost cause. Not being able to do anything else, I could only wait. I couldn't {make a difference}, it's just like 14 years ago.

Xenosaga II to III A Missing Year ~ A Fragment of Truth sealed in the U.M.N. ~

Jin: Nephi…lim…
Nephilim: This place is called Ars Nova. This is a world of memories sealed by Vector.
Jin: Sealed? A world of memories?
Nephilim: It's here that abominable memories and painful thoughts remain. Soon all the consciences will reunite in this place. Shion, Grimoire and the girl are located here.
Jin: Shion!?
Nephilim: Yes, Shion is kept imprisonned by Grimoire.
Jin: Tell me how I can save her!
Nephilim: When a person's dream is realised, they won't necessarily become happy. This dream can be so strong that it could bring along the misfortune of oneself. Grimoire was not aware of this. I’m begging you, stop her.

Jin Narrating:

Nephilim contacted me {telepathically}. She informed me that Shion and the girl were kept imprisonned by Grimoire. They are located in the depths of the S-Division, a place controlled by Vector and protected by a very high security level. Nephilim asked me to stop Grimoire. I don't know if something happened between those two, but now that I know the place where they are held captive, I have no reason to hesitate any longer.

Juli: Nephilim said that?
Jin: Yes. She said that Shion is kept imprisonned with the girl in a place called Ars Nova, sealed by Vector.
Juli: You're going there to save them? This is madness! Vector constantly does repair and security checks on this zone. Even as a government member this is not a place one can access easily.
Jin: Despite all that's happening you won't help me?
Juli: The smallest error could cost us the most.
Jin: I'm well aware of that. I won't force you.
Juli: Jin. It's likely that we can't save them… anymore…
Jin: I have no excuse, but I'm still going. I will borrow one of your E.S. and this sentence fragment.

(Jin climbs into E.S. Ruben) *And Xerno takes a break here*

Jin: Take-off!

Professor Mizrahi warned me especially not to interfere with Vector. Considering her position, her reaction was normal and I couldn't criticise her for that. But still, I could not allow myself to abandon this mission and I had to exploit all the possibilities that presented themselves to me. I didn't hesitate for a second at the thought to go in and save them. Nevertheless, one thing made me wonder: the girl of Grimoire {didn't seem frightened by any of this from the looks of it}. On her face was the same expression as back then on that day…

(flashback)

Jin: What's its position?
Series 100: It seems that during the 2 last attacks, in a ray of 0,859 km in comparison of the center, the appearance of Gnosis took place. In particular, a big mass is appearing in this area.
Jin: This is well thought. It seems that they're looking for something.
Series 100: The enemies are beginning to budge. They've spot our position. More than 16 are approaching but it's impossible to determine the exact number because of interferences.
Jin: Good, will you come with me?
Series 100: Yes.
Jin: Good anwser.

Jin narrating:

With the 100 series Realian I then headed towards the place where the Gnosis apparition concentrated. Over there, we discovered a boy.

Jin: Who are you?
Mysterious boy: Who am I? I won't tell you! And don't {embarras me with your questions any further}. I already have Grimoire {to answer for}!
Jin: Grimoire?
Mysterious boy: If I don't find it again that will be all your fault!
Jin: But what are you talking about?
Mysterious boy: Ah, I know... how about this?!

(A Gnosis appears and captures the 100 series Realian)

Jin: Impossible! How did you?!
Mysterious boy: Ha ha ha! That will teach you!

(Noise of the hilbert effect)

Jin: Stop! If you continue this your body will also be touched!

Jin narrating:

Thanks to the power of the sentence fragment, the boy could manipulate a Gnosis. It was probably thanks to the research of the girl of Grimoire. We were going to have to confront this Gnosis that interfered with us. But the boy {touched the 100 series Realian and she began Gnosifying}. She executed the hilbert effect on herself, making her vulnerable in this dimension. Having no means to save her and given that she was totally Gnosified, I had no choice but to finish her off.

(Back to present)

Jin: Don't worry. I didn't come to harm you.
Girl of Grimoire: No, don't come! Help me! Grimoire!

Jin narrating: *I grow tired of that*

The Grandhi which Scientia mentioned earlier. At the time of my investigation on the Gnosis, I ran into someone who could Gnosify my partner, a 100 series Realian. {And at that time}, the girl was frightened. My partner executed the hilbert effect on herself so that she materialised in our dimension and I had no other choice but to finish it off. The girl (of Grimoire) that had seen it all, was not terrorized by the scene itself, but by me. It is likely that she wanted to flee from me and did not want me to help her. I had to try and forget that at all costs and concentrate on the task ahead.

It is necessary for me to {acquire certain equipments} in order to infiltrate the heart of Vector and pass the security guards. Other than the Sub Committee, I do not see any other means of doing so. In fact only Doctus and her colleagues could help me. If Shion was with me, she would surely shout at me saying that I'm being irresponsible and careless. But since I shared common interests with Scientia, it was possible that I could {cooperate with them}. But before Doctus can calmly consider my suggestion, there was this conversation.

Doctus: What are you doing here? Have you come to stop us?
Jin: As you will see I did not come for that. I want to make a deal. I know the place where Grimoire hides itself and I must go there. I came to ask your assistance. If you accept, when everything is over, I will give you the sentence fragment of Grimoire.
Doctus: How ironic.
Jin: I would want you to take care of the preparations for my dive. I don't think that this is a bad deal.
Doctus: Hum hum hum… During your dive, your life will be in our hands. You trust us in that regard?
Jin: I have no other choice. I can't achieve my goal otherwise.
Doctus: And if I refuse?
Jin: That would be unfortunate, indeed. To be honest I haven't even considered this possibility.
Doctus: Ha ha ha… {and that for a captain like yourself}… very well, agreed. I accept your offer. Nevertheless, this will be the only time we will work together.

Supplementary report on Grimoire:

First of all, the series of incidents related to the sentence fragments would have been caused by a man named Grimoire Velm. Given that the origin of these unexplained phenomena, as well as the hiding place of the person in charge of all that, are located in the special maintenance zone of Vector, there is a good chance that this Grimoire Velm may be over there in person. How did he succeed in remaining alive all this time? This is a mystery. For an unknown reason (probably linked with the disappearance of Lost Jerusalem), it seems that he became an entity that exists within the U.M.N. One can assume that Vector is aware of this fact, and hides the existence of Grimoire and {its imprisonment(?)} in order to rebuild Lemegeton.

Doctus: Then… that would explain why Ars Nova is so important to Vector… ok. From now on we will interfere directly with the U.M.N. and force open a gap. You'll have to take it from there and move over to Ars Nova yourself.
Jin: Understood. Which are the coordinates of Ars Nova?
Doctus: If the girl of Grimoire is located over there, the resonance with the sentence fragment will allow you to find your way. Obviously, anti-intrusion units will show up. Your survival will depend solely on yourself.
Jin: Don't worry, I will do my best.

To be continued…

Pffft, I don't think I will be doing the other ones. Maybe if I'm really bored or something. =p

An update on the models.

No longer gray, as expected.
And like with Episode 2, there will be a book in four volumes with lots of artwork and information.

Oh and they have Radio dramas, where the characters talk about various things.

It's the files under #2.
A bit strange to hear "Kos-mos" laughing. =p
Xerno
Lol, now the figures are looking a lot better already (still not interested, though =p ). I like the first one of KOS-MOS better than the second one; I like the blue colors used for the first quite a bit more than those bleak blue colors they used for the second.

Oh, so that's what that is. I listened to a few clips, but had no idea what it was supposed to be about. But is it the characters from the game themselves talking about things, or just their voice actors? I'm not sure what's meant by radio dramas (sounds wacky). xD
