So yeah like this pretty much another reason to look forward to the last quarter this year and Atlus delivers. I dont have much in terms of MegaTen info but it seems they are going with a different battle system this time around than turn based, I can't say if this is a first for the series or something.

Anyway looking forward to this as well as Persona 3. ^^

Yeah man, Atlus sure is pumping the SMT releases these last couple of years where we have not only Nocturne but also the DDS games. Its a nice change of pace where the rest of the rpg releases are simple and plain to have Atlus finally providing games this side of the ocean, or whatever in your case Jesuits.

Cant wait for this game either, however i think i'll get Persona first. The problem with these games is that they have limited releases and after a while they are hard to find but i prefer that other than having an endless supplies of copies and a bunch of kids complaining that the game is a chore, that is too demanding and boring.

Nice, I didn't know about this one. I want to see some pics from the game. I hope this is part of the main SMT branch. If so then I'll probably play the game, since I liked SMT 3 (Nocturne).
Mushroom
Excellent, I'm really hoping to play this, an I'm actually fairly confident, Ghostlight have made a big emphasis on bringing SMT game shere, first Nocture then DDS this summr, so theres a good possibilty us europeans could get it.

Devil Summoner is another SMT spinoff series. It started in the Saturn but like most SMT games was never release elsewhere but Japan. While not in the main SMT line (where you basically fight God and encounter Satan like a worthy opponent and an honorable fighter, Atlus hates god) it does share some characteristics.

As this seems to be a new game in the series, if you have a PSP and Atlus releases it, you can also play the remake of the first game.

So basically this Devil Summoner game is a new one compared to the one released in Saturn? ;_; Meh I guess that means there's no chance of Soul Hackers getting remaked or something. *_*

Anyway here's an interview from someone on Atlus...

QUOTE
D3: Was this a game you planned to release all along or a decision made after the Japanese version was completed?

Tomm: We'd always intended to release SMT: Devil Summoner, we just wanted to watch our fans sweat it out for a bit.

Bah, the biggest disrespect they have made against Atlus and SMT fans is not only actually starting to bring out games until the millenium shift but also never actually even considering release of Persona 2 Innocent Sin in English, then again it probably was the whole gay dude thing.

Atlus loves to make you sweat indeed, its like a woman that drains your money, treats you like #####, makes fun of your outfit but who you stomach because once every month she is the best damn piece of ass you could actually find who also knows the entire kamasutra and constantly gives you beer between sex acts.

I do wish Soul Hackers was released, thats one game that sounds interesting as hell.
