QUOTE (qj.net)

Today, Reggie Fils-Aime was promoted to the position of President at Nintendo of America. He is the third person to be in that role in the history of Nintendo of America. Although he is now President, he will continue to oversee the Sales and Marketing division at Nintendo. The old president, Tatsumi Kimishima, has been promoted to Chairman and CEO. He took over the presidency when Minoru Arakawa retired in 2002. Along with Reggie and Kimishima, Mike Fukuda has been promoted from Senior Vice President of Business Development to Executive Vice President of Business Development.

Congrats Reggie. I didn't see that one coming, but I think he definitely deserves it.

A good guy and funny aswell. He really deserves that spot. I hope to see more from him at next events. TGS maybe?

Hmm. Interesting indeed. I'm not terribly concerned about the management at this point. As long as they keep cranking out good games, and their customer service people aren't complete dicks, then I'm fine with whoever's running it. Not really much up on video game politics, if you can really call it that.

Hmmm..i hope that doesnt effect production biggrin.gif

I now nominate Reggie as the biggest corporate cock sucker and ass kisser that has ever lived.

First he came out of nowhere and started to be in every single thing about Nintendo, which actually comes with the territory as he was in marketting. After that everybody started to actually kiss HIS ass, oh Reggie this and Reggie that, now president?

I dont know man, back in school, marketting people were at the bottom of the barrel in matters of actual capacity and intellect, just below business school and above tourism licences, i am not so sure i want this dude runing our beloved company's american branch.

Congrats Reggie you corporate ass kisser.

BTW: I have never actually liked Reggie, he was kinda cool at the press conference but besides that he can go hump a turtle, in case you didnt notice.
