Saw a little trailer while just browsing HK films, so if you liked the infernal affairs trilogy or if you like Mafia like films, you might like this.
The movie focuses on the so called "black society" in Hong Kong, which actually does exist. It looks into how triads are formed and organised whilst also touching on how HK police deal with them and such...
This movie is pretty big in HK and I hear there's going to be a second one coming out this year aswell. I really want to see this xP, it should be coming out in the UK soon since I hear Optimum has taken it up.
Tartan has acquired all rights of this film in the US, that's all I know.
But anyways, it's rated 18 for the UK so it's most likely it's rated R in the US... this movie is supposedly rather violent due to the fact that you get to see the triad's method of killing people and such. xP
So anyone seen this around or heard anything about it? I'm guessing this should be coming in the UK around the summer time since alot of HK films that make it over here are usually a year old.
