I have a quesition, is desert Coral vol.4 ever coming to the U.S.? i've been waiting awhile but it hasn't come out yet anyone know why?

Given that the last release was made in November of 2004, and this recent news, I honestly wouldn't expect anything from ADV manga.

The best I can tell you is "no".
