WOW, this forum is way to late. Arrested Development's been off of the air for ages now. I'd almost forgotten about it, but after reading sombody else's post where it was just mentioned, I remembered it. The show was about this family that runs a buisness empire that got extremely messed up, basically. I think it ran for two seasons, and then was cut, like most of the sitcoms aired on Fox in primetime. There was a lot of room for story development, but they had to end it so the last episode sealed things off nicely.
I myself loved the series, as did my uncle. Everyone else in the family, however, thought it was boring and stupid. I think that they felt this way because the show doesn't have a laugh track, so they didn't know what was funny.
What did you think of the show? Why? And is anyone else here pissed off that the show is done for?
The Evil Dead
Honestly I don't miss the show whatsoever.

I'm not saying it's terrible, but the show just never struct me as anything funny. The humor was a bit to dry and sometimes tried a bit too hard it in some episodes to be " original " or whatever you'd like to call it.

Not my kinda thing.

Saw it a couple times, enjoyed maybe two jokes or so, dont miss it either. A show i do miss is Dead Like Me, in a world where Will and Grace and Everybody Loves Raymond last for seasons to no end i take offense Dead Like Me lasted two seasons. If you want some brilliant dark humour, check out the dvds.
