The Evil Dead
I originally checked into this movie a couple months back after looking into upcoming films starring Luke Wilson ( I think he's funny... ) and really thought nothing of it considering it has Uma Thurman as the leading lady ( Puke... ) but after seeing a few commercials, and seeing that Rainn Wilson is in it AND it's directed by Ivan Reitman... I think I may check it out.

The film very well could possibly have that sugary sweet side to it with the stupid dramatic music and the " I love you moments " That solve all the problems at the end of the film, but until that point I'm hoping there's at least some laughs and that this isn't just another Hollywood comedy in which to cash in on a cheap story and cookie cutter plot.

If worst comes to worst, maybe Anna Faris has a decent role in the film. I think she's nice to look at sometimes. ohmy.gif

We'll see, I personally will be checking it out... Don't know if I will in the theaters, but I'll see it somehow.

Anyway, here's the info as I have it... The Wilson's are busy with romantic comedies lately, maybe you gotta shell out one or two a year. Owen is going to be in the upcoming You, Me and Dupree that looks like it MAY have potential as well.

Thoughts, feelings, complaints?

Haha...

I remember trying to look for information about this movie awhile ago but I had no luck so I passed. But yeh, I'm most likely going to catch this when it comes out, after all... I'm a sucker for romance comedies xPP.

Plus like you said, Luke Wilson is in this and he was purrty in Legally Blonde.

As for the storyline, it seems original. Also, I'm sure alot of guy's have wondered what it might be like dating a super heroine, right? xD

Omg man, I can just see myself laughing at this movie. One of my favorite and quite stunning actresses(Uma Thurman)plays an excellent role as the super-heroine girlfriend. In the commercial, I just literally lmao when I saw her hit the window in the car, completely hilarious.
