About FINAL FANTASY XII

Story
As war looms on the horizon, the mighty Archadian Empire begins a campaign to subjugate its neighbors. The small kingdom of Dalmasca shares their fate, and it is here that our tale begins.

Two years after the fall of Dalmasca, the citizens are without guidance and direction. In the capital city of Rabanastre, the denizens gather and await the introduction of Archadia's new consul. To Vaan, a young man living on the streets of Rabanastre, the Empire is a hated enemy who took the life of his brother, the only family he had left. In an effort to exact revenge, Vaan hatches a plot to break into the palace and steal from the occupying imperials. There, he gets more than he bargained for as he runs into Princess Ashe, the sole surviving heir to the Dalmascan throne. Together, the two will embark on an incredible journey through Ivalice, tracing the mysteries behind the Archadian Empire's invasion. The choices they make will determine the very fate of the world.

Is that just for America or U.K too?
I'm dumb. XD

Hmm, I don't think Square has set a release date for Europe but I think it maybe comes out in Europe around winter / late spring 2007, I'm not exactly certain, all I know is when it hits US shelves =p
The Evil Dead
Sounds good, I'm about to play the demo I got with the new Dragon Warrior to decide if I want to pick this one up or not. It looks like it's going in a new direction, and that's what Final Fantasy really needs at this point instead of clinging to the same old.

I hope for the best, as much as I dislike seven, eight and nine ( Haven't played ten yet, will soon ) it's not like I want the series to suck. The more decent RPG's the better.

Seems like every release tries to get more complecated nocomment.gif ive read about the gambit system and its kinda weird. Ive been waiting for this game ever since i finished x-2. Does the ADB system mean no more random battles? ( Im sorta gonna miss those )
masterseto
Yeah it could mean the end to random battles because those are kinda annoying when you don't want to get into a battle. The gambit system looks very interesting. I will be getting this game when it comes most definitly.

The way my gaming is going lately, I'll be surprised if I pick this up and finish it before 2007, but the game does interest me as it's gotten great reviews pretty much everywhere.

Im picking up a copy of FFXII for sure!

my favorite FF is still 7, it may not be the first FF but in my own opinion, its the best.

I must of over-read something though, when is FFXII coming out? i dont wanna go to game-stop every day and annoy the clerk, even though it be kinda fun ^.^
Grahf
Hey guys, remember that time about 2 years ago that square said that FFXII was coming out early 2005? You were all there, remember that?

but seriously its about time they release this game, its been delayed so much and its getting really annoying. However, I am sure that this is the real release date, as they already put it on sale.
