I have gotten the hammer in my game and I have heard that the hammer allows another ending/extended ending, but, I finally beat Necron again and there was no secret ending, so instead of wasting my time trying to beat him, I wanted to know if there was a secret ending out of the hammer.

Hm, I think you need Save-the-Queen for the extended ending, not sure if the hammer matters. I've never actually gotten it myself (or rather, never bothered). It just shows a small extra scene during the play in the ending, that's all.
Edit: Well, I checked the faqs and it seems it's the hammer that adds the extra scene, and not Save-the-Queen (which you can get by defeating Hades, btw). It should add the extra scene to the play, if it didn't I've no idea why it's not working. The extra ending scene does exist, as far as I know. Maybe there are other requirements as well, but I wouldn't know. So I'll leave that to someone else. ^^''

You don't get the hammer by defeating Hades. You get it by collecting the 13 Stellazio Coins.
You need the hammer to make Save The Queen at Hades' synthesize shopor a pumice out of a pumice piece.
And yes, it gives you a secret ending, it is nothing special imo though

I didn't say you get the hammer from Hades:

I was referring to Save-the-Queen, otherwise I would have put that note between brackets right after mentioning the hammer. =p

The ending scene is nothing really special. The King (played by Bacu) comes out and kills the traitor (played by Blank). I'm not sure what the hammer has to do with it, as Bacu uses a plain old regular sword, the same one he uses whenever he fights you in the begining.
