Which weapons do you think are the coolest looking?

I like the Apocalypse (FF VII) for Cloud. And I think that the Buster Sword looks cool. I know it's crap in terms of strength but if you see it in film (I know it's a different 6 peice sword he uses in AC but it's still Buster Sword based) it's very strong and awesome and HUGE!!

I say, either Squall's Lionheart or Zidane's Ultima Weapon. Those two I like a lot, can't think of other weapons at the moment.

but, for me, I have always been a fan of Auron's original sword. I think it looks real sweet.

oh yah i love the lionheart and ehrgiz (however its spelt) as i like the red innit and i like the nice blue sabre as the lionheart and i love it's handle.

Squall's Lionheart and Tidus' Brotherwood, the design is superb in both these weapons.

There aren't many weapons that impress me though, just these two.

I liked Rinoa's Shooting Star, Freya's Kain's Lance, Zidane's Explodia...

I like the look of Tidus Ultima Weapon, and Cloud's as well. Lionheart doesn't look bad either.

Um, I really liked Squall's Lionheart, Zidane's Ultima Weapon, Tidus' Brotherhood, and just Rinoa's overall weapon. It was nifty!

Lulu's weapons I just liked for how cute they were, not for being cool. Never seen someone attack an enemy with a stuffed Moogle before! <3

I loved Squall's Lionheart.... the design and not to mention the limit break that comes with it...

Masamune and ultima weapon. Also i forget the name of it but it was a red gunblade which squall wielded.

Tidus' Brotherhood is my absolute favorite. But his, as it's known here, Celestial Weapon is awesome too.

I like ragarok from ff7 i dont know if you spell it that way but you buy it at the snowy town it's been a long time so I can't remember specifics but I know its very mechanical looking

coolest looking weapon was probably the organics from number 7 or squalls "lionheart" as it was all blue andcool looking but the lamest weapons were zell's! what is the point in bare hands!!???

Out of all Cloud's swords it just seems the most badass... there is something about his Ultima Weapon that I just don't like... The next sword in line would be Tidus's weapon you see on the front cover of the US box... I love the look of the Brotherhood...

The Ugliest weapon is maybe Irvine's final weapon... it's just this bulgy metal mass. I don't care much for it at all.

Lulu's Ultimate weapon is really cool... although not a lot of fans would have known what the Onion Knight is because a certain Square decided not to release outside japan...

None of the weapons really wowed me too much, they were just weapons. But I did like Lulu's becasue they were fun. Mainly the Momba and Cactaur~! Other than that, the rest were okay.

Realm's paintbrush and Edgar's chainsaw are where it's at.

I just thought of another one : The Atma Weapon (From FF6).
It looked pretty cool.

Yes, we all just love the unconventional weapons... The paintbrush I guess I could understand (I mean it DOES have sharp bristles) but how the hell did a different coloured Megaphone cause more or less damage in FFVII?

I guess it's lucky we can't hear voices in FFVII otherwise Cait Sith would be the most annoying character... whenever it wanted to do ANYTHING it had to shout into a megaphone at that huge stuffed Mog he was riding...

you didnt know that a red megaphone did more damage than a blue?? man you are behind the times. But your right, it is funny to see the odd weapons that they give people in some of the Final Fantasy games. Wakka with his ball was a pretty cool touch

Cloud's and Squall's original weapons

Hmm. I can't really pick one favorite...

I like Squall's Cutting Trigger/Flame Saber, as well as his the Twin Saber/Punishment. For Cloud, the list goes on... but a few that I like are the Organics, Apocalypse, Ultima Weapon, and Force Stealer. Steiner's Ragnarok in FF9 was pretty nifty, from what I remember. I like Auron's Flamebrand (and similar models) in 10, as well as his Masamune. ...Man, I wish I could think of a few weapons other than swords, but none really come to mind... Oh! I think Cid's Venus Gospel and Yuffie's Conformer look pretty nifty. (FF7, of course.)

Hm... from FF 8, the Lionheart looks awesome. I never had it, but I have seen pictures of it.
I like that a shiny blade and a gun are combined into one weapon.
And another weapon I like a lot is Exploda from FF 9. I adore it's color and it looks very sharp. But the best thing about it is that you hold the sword in the middle, so you can attack with both sides of it.

Coolest FF weapon? That's gotta be Cloud's Ragnarok and the Ultima Weapon!!!

Ahem, I personally found Lulus walking dolls to be the best weapons in FF.

Ragnarok - FFVI was one of my favorite looking weapons, and Brotherhood from FFX was pretty cool too.
