Ok, so there have been so many chicks in games that its impossible to count. Strong ones, weak ones, ones you wanna throw off a building, dirty pleasure ones, you name it, their out there. So who are some of you guys favorites?

Personally, some of my favorites are:

1) Lenneth Valkyrie:Valkyrie Profile (come on, she's a goddess AND she kicks ass. win - win situation)

2) Etna : Disgaea (she's cute, shes vicious, she'll petty...how can I adopt her?)

3) Tron: Megaman Legends/Misadventures of Tron Bonne (She's cute, she's brilliant, she' vindictive...how can I adopt her?)

4) Karin : Shadow Hearts 2 (the chick started off kinda soft but got hard and kicked ass by the end. My kinda chick)

5) Lulu : Final Fantasy X (One line : "You don't want to finish that sentence..." I sware I fell in love with her after that)

6) Harle : Chrono Cross (She started my infactuation with harlyquins for some reason and I still don't know why...maybe I'm a pedo...but wait...she was a dragon...so does that mean I'm into Beastiality? o.O;;;)

I love Celine from Star Ocean 2.She is pretty,has a great personality and she kicks ass with the great spells like Explode and Meteor Swarm.I like the ways she deals with things and has a great voice too.And not to mention that she is of a great help in battle.

Oh,yeah Lenneth does kick ass,especially with the Nibelung Valesti,and when its in final form...thats just awesome

Classy, Sexy, Sedusive O.O , She is a woman of great pakage ^-^ People once saw her would definitely get charmed by her beauty ^-^ She cares about her sister too... Great sister great lady... Great Woman...

3) Viki : All Suikoden Series
Viki is great... she is those innocent, naive type of cute and pwetty lady... who won't love her? lol... she cute... the way she acts is cute... the battle style of her is cute... the way she talks is even cuter =D

4) Freya : Final Fantasy IX
A Female Character which Kick Ass using her spear... Eventhough her love story ain't muchly developed... but i can jus sense her great commitment to Kain... 100% good lady, 100% ass kicker

5) Sierria : Suikoden (Most Series)
Wat can i say... Fierce, Gental, Sweet, Nasty, Asskicking, Fair, Pwetty, Powerful... A woman with a great pakage ^-^ ... All rounder

6) Annallee : Ever So gental... SO sweet... Each time i see her i jus go... Ah....(Relaxed)... Lol... A SUPER Gental, and i mean SUPER Gental lady....

Karin - Shadow Hearts



Since Yuri wasn't "Yuri" for the most part of the game, she practically carried the game by herself. And that was a good thing.


Chris - Suikoden III



A good female lead character, who wasn't your avarage cliche. The fact that she is female never really came into play. She was just Chris, the leader of the Zexen knight, and stronger in combat stats than pretty much every other chatracter. More female lead characters should be like her.

Mint - Threads of Fate / Dewprism




Best. Character. Ever.

Pram was easily my favorite in Makai Kingdom.
I hope she makes an appearance in future NIS games.


Sierra - Suikoden II




Sierra was just plain awesome. I love both her character design and her personality.

I only played Suikoden V for around 12 hours, but she quickly became my favorite character. I liked her Japanese voice actor a lot, she gave Sialeeds a lot of character. I hope that remains true for the English version.

Hm... not very easy, most of the games I've played seem to be lacking in strong female characters ("strong" in the sense of being a really good stand-out character, I mean). Uhm...

- Celes (FFVI): I just adore her whole persona, and she's a pretty good fighter/magician too. Of the entire FFVI cast, she really stood out to me. Though I guess she does have a bit more focus than certain other characters in the game as well.

- Ada Wong (Resident Evil): Ahem, I posted about her in another topic and I'm feeling lazy to type it all out again... *copy and paste* =P (spoilers, though)

I've liked her ever since playing RE2. I think she had more depth than most of the usual RE characters. She acts so cold in the beginning, but despite her mission she still develops feelings for Leon and eventually cares for him.

When she points her gun at him at the end of Scenario A it turns out that gun wasn't even loaded. I thought her "death" in that scenario was also quite a powerful scene, Leon trying to pull her up again but not being able to, then Ada saying her last words before dropping down to her supposed doom. *sniff* ;_;

Then she returns in RE4. She's still a great character, but I kinda missed seeing more of her personality in the main game. But then came Separate Ways in the PS2 version, and we get to see things from her perspective, which added to her character again. Definitely my favorite female of the series. <3

Now for my absolute favorite, and ignoring the fact she's actually a villain:

Miang (Xenogears): As far as I'm concerned, she's just the Goddess of all female videogame characters. None come close; many have tried, all have failed... ok, I'm done with expressing my Miang fanboyism. =p

It's obvious I like the Shadow hearts series *sigh*

Koudelka (Koudelka) - What an awesome lead character. She has such a sad and detailed past that obviously had a bad effect on her character. I think her character is the reason I love the game so much. It seems that all she really searches for is her place in the world and maybe even acceptance, Something she seems to find in Edward. Also the drunk scene was one of the best in any RPG.

Karin (Shadow Hearts 2) - I agree with Athrun that she carried us through Shadow Hearts 2. With such a freakish cast (Of whom I liked) and Yuri not acting himself Karin often really felt like the main character.

Margerette (Shadow Hearts) - I loved her relationship with Yuri in the first game. Her quick tounge never grew tiresome and even though she wasn't so great in battle, I still liked her being in my team. I liked how she had a really human and soft side to her. She didn't as much hide it as just not need to show it. I wish they would have explored her character a little more and maybe gave her more reason to follow the party but... yeah...

Millenia (Grandia II) - Damnit, all of mine have been said already. Oh well... this red headed feline deserves a mention. The whole way through the game I was both dreading and looking forward for the next time she'd show up.

Rydia (Final Fantasy IV) - Rydia was the first female character in a final fantasy game (and most other RPG's) who didn't fit the weak female character who served mostly only to add some wooden emotional and a love intrest for the main character. She was independant and though was weak in battle, her personality was anything BUT weak. The creators seemed to enjoy putting this girl through misery but she always seemed to bounce back 5 times stronger. It was nice to see a character who you didn't need to save every five minutes in the storyline.

Tifa (Final Fantasy VII) - I couldn't tell you why I like this character... I guess just the whole way through the game she just seems the most human of them all.

Karin Koenig: Shadow Hearts Covenant.

Simply my favourite female character. Her story in the game is just so good, for some reason it really touches me. A very strong character with strong feelings for Yuri. Not only had she a good character, she kicked major arse aswell and she is smexy.



Sierra Mikain: Suikoden II

A smexy vamp chick with a bad temper and an awesome rune. She is just cool, has a nice weapon, a purple claw like thing that slashes in the air. She turns into a white bat and she is also smexy.



Garnet Til Alexandros: Final Fantasy IX

Her story with Zidane is in my opinion very good. She has a strong character and even though she fails in doing things her own (most of the times) and Zidane has to rescue her, she tries it over and over and wants to proove herself.



Rena Lanford: Star Ocean The Second Story

For some reason I really like this girl. Maybe because of her relation with Claude in the game and the relationship that evolves around them. Also, she is elven like and I like that, it has this mystic feel attached to it. Her story is good in the game in my opinion, hence she is in my favourite list.

Nel Zepher // Star Ocean Till the End of Time

Besides her strong-willed yet mysterious personality, she was a very powerful character posessing knowledge in daggers and runology. I really liked that she had a kind heart and sometimes she was willing to sacrifice herself for others sake, not thinking of her own safety.



Lulu // Final Fantasy X

Who doesn't love a strong, intelligent, stern and sexy woman eh?

considering that's a female stereotype. either they're the weak mage-type character; or a stoic kick-ass mercenary...



i almost forgot about Oulan from Suikoden II...
Seirra and Wakaba are close candidates for 'fav females' in SII...

God, I can't belive I forgot so many. Yea...that proves I'm getting old. You guys have a lot that I love too.

Chris (Suikoden III) - Yea...I gotta admit, I loved her. Actually made her my flame champion first time through the game. Come to think of it, I didn't notice this but someone else mentioned it but her being a female didn't come into play like it would in most RPG. People complemented ehr MORE in my opinion since she was a woman and had done all that. (I like how in the manga of the game the author did touch on her being a woman still above all else. kinda made all she did stand out even more because the author showed she still had weakness)

Sierra Mikain (Suikoden II) - Hmmm, I got a thing for vampiers and her intro into the game was funny as hell. I liked how she was always so sleepy. It always made me laugh how, if you didn't have your castle built up all that much when you got her, you could find her wandering around your room or apples room talking like its her room. She was a great spell caster too but I never did use ehr that much come to think of it. Sad really.

Millineia (Grandia 2) - Yep...pretty much my soul purpose for playin the game...waiting for her to come back out. Man she always had me laughin' about something...although the devouring thing got a little bit creepy...and kinky at the same time...am I disturbed?!



Agrias Oaks (Final Fantasy Tactics) - Hmmmm, don't really know what to say. It's just somethigna bout her that I couldn't resist. She stayed in my party 80% of the time unless Ijust needed hyper power (like in the fight against the magician zodiac stone)



Monica (Dark Cloud 2) - You gotta love a princess that starts off kicking ass and doesn't hang off the main character is a chick for me. I mean, she starts off running but finds a sword and starts hacking away. Definatly a plus.

Wyna Grapple (Thousand Arms) - She was a pirate, she was a babe, and she carried a really really big hammer. >.>Not to mention she stayed in the bikini the WHOLE game...yea...can't get much better than that. She also could kick some ass if you set her up right. I really liked her.

Rachet (Thousand Arms) Yea...don't really know why I liked her so much. Her voice and way of talking made me think of Harly from Batman...who I also like. Plus, the B!tch session between her and Nelsha will always remain in my heart as one of the funniest parts in gaming history.

Nel (Star Ocean 3) - Man...I love assassins...love mean chicks...yea...she fits the bill alright. I loved how you could use her for her magic (which she started to desimate in later on) but you could also put her on the front line for quick hits. And her attitude was always o cool to me. Always threatening to kill Fayt and Cliff...yep, my kinda chick.

Nothing much to say, since this is a fighting game. But I love the ladies. Here's hoping they're real.

Alice, Karin - Shadow Hearts, SH:Covenant
These two are supa hot and got really good traits. No wonders about being favorited, but Karin tops Alice a little.

Thats about it for me.

Princess Peach gets number one for me. SHe did a great job in the second Mario game for the NES, I always played as her. It kinda pisses me off how she always gets raped by Bowser. I also think she should just marry Mario soon so that Bowser takes the hint and pisses off.
Second is Dixie Kong from Donky Kong Country 2 and 3. She is the best Kong of them all. It's a shame she hasn't shown up lately.
Third is Rinoa from FFVIII. Not only is she sooooo cute, but she is lively and funny, too.
Finally, Lain, from that Japanese PSX game that I never bothered to play. I watched the anime though, so I figure, close enough, right?
