I don't see this as a show off thread, the reason I posted on here was so people could see my collection and see what kinds of suikoden merch exists if they didn't already know. I would have posted on here if all I had was suikoden IV, which is nothing to show off about , jokes (i like suikoden IV actually). Anyways, my 'playable' copies of the games aren't actual copies of the games, just burned copies, which is OK since I own the real versions.

I checked out on another thread and read how many times you've played and beaten the games, which is a lot more than me . Which means youre a Suikoden fan too, we shouldn't be fighting! We should be high fiving each other for being fans of the best. series. ever!

The only Suikoden game I have is Suikoden III. I almost got IV as well, but I heard it was bad...

You might want to check out on the other game as well then. Suikoden V got well accepted by the fans and overall many people consider this a high quality game in the series.

I have all of the Suikoden games out (not including the suikoden for psp, since its not here ;-; but i want it).
Its actually funny, because i have two copies of both one and two. Sadly, they've both been played, because both my financee and i had them from when we lived separately.

Haha, well most of it was aquired through online auctions (especially with the rare stuff, like the Suikoden III Stockholders version, and the press versions of Suikoden IV, V, and Tactics.) But in 2006 I also made a trip to Japan to visit some buddies that moved there, and while I was down there I visted many video game stores and animate .

As always, winds, your collection never ceases to impress me. In fact, I think I lose a little bit of my sanity each time I see it updated. Pretty sure it's the best collection I've seen thus far.

I've got all European games which is I, II, IV, Tactics and V. I've got strategy guides for IV, Tactics and V. And I've got some of those action figures. I'm missing two, but hopefully I'll be able to get at least one of them this week. Our local gameshoppe still has it for sale. And I'm saving up for the mangas.

For my birthday, last month, I got the entire set of figurines and a new Suikoden I copy, as my other one was damaged from being used so much =P.
I had 2 mangas, but one got severely damages, as one managed to spill a drink on it, but I will get the entire set at some point.

Unlike anything else Suikoden-related, I've seen the manga (for III) just casually sitting around in a bookstore around here before, so I'll definitely have to start collecting those eventually.

I have beaten all, but V & Tactics. I haven't played either of them yet, but they are in my "To Be Played" stack. I got 108 stars on the first three, but not IV. I'm pretty pissed about that.

Still not very expansive, but I'm working on getting all the games. It's exciting to know that I actually have a *coughlegitcough* copy of a vgm cd now instead of mixes. Not sure if I'll be getting anything other than the games though, but maybe I'll start getting into manga. Kinda doubt it though. So anyway, there's my collection. =).

The CD that came with Tactics was such a terrible disappointment. =\ Even the first track, which is a short song to begin with, was cut down to about 10-20 seconds. I like getting music with games, but the Tactics bonus disc is close to worthless, if you ask me.
The limited edition soundtrack that was released with V (though not included in the package), on the other hand, is pretty nifty. Most of the tracks are remixes of sorts, and it comes with a miniature artbook.

Anyway, complaints aside, good to hear you're expanding your collection. =] Good luck with the first two games, and everything else.

I found that out last night when I popped the disc in my cd player. Oh well. I don’t think it’s a bad disc (some tracks aren’t bad), but I certainly admit I was expecting more considering it’s Suiko music. *shrugs*.

Hahaha, thanks Nanami! I was always very fond of your collection too! Everytime you make a post I am excited to see what you bought next Because then I must have it! haha. Actually I believe one time you outbid me for the Suikoden I PC/Windows game, did you know that? I think it was you, because at the last second I was outbid on it, then a few days later you posted about how you just bought it haha. But luckily a few days later there was another auction for it and I won that one . I hope you post an update on your collection soon, I am anxious to see what you've discovered.

I only have two Suikoden games. I'd love to get more, but they're incredibly hard to acquire nowadays. I'm terrible with numerals though, but I have the one with Sialeeds in it (amazing story, probably the best every RPG story in my opinion) and the one where you spend most of the time traveling by boat. (Didn't really like that one, seemed kind of...bland).

With Sialeeds is V and the boat is IV, the ugly duck of the Suikoden franchise.

If you're ever able to get a hold of Suikoden II, take it =).

Yay! Its official! Tierkreis is going to have online as well so looks like we will be able to play each other . I just went out and bought a DS a couple of days ago in preperation for this game . I watched some of the gameplay footage as well, it looks so good! The only thing im kind of dissapointed about is the world map, it seems to be the same type from Suikoden III, with the tracks instead of free roaming, kinda stinks. Oh well, still looks fun!

Wow, you found a manly Riou GI-Joe?? I've only ever seen the Jowy one, once in the auction I won it from, and one from another auction. Both of the descriptions were in japanese and didn't say much about the toy at all. Just that it was Jowy from Suikoden II. I will try to look up the item code on the box if there is one and see if theres anything on the net about it though. Kinda cool if there is a Nanami one though! If I ever see one in an auction I will PM you asap

Thanks Milady! Wow, i would have never guessed my Suikoden collection would impress so many girls, haha. In fact I just assumed I would have to hide it from every female ever. Especially with this Jowy barbie (I admit its a bit feminine haha). But yeah, i've been collecting since about the beginning of 2006, I usually collect in spurts, meaning some months I won't buy anything, but then some i'll buy tons and tons. The most expensive thing I bought was probably the Suikoden Orgel collection, I think it was about $180 . But I couldnt resist knowing there were only 1000 made. There have been a couple other purchases that ran close to or just over $100, including the LE versions of IV and V, the 1996 Konami Promo 8mm CD single, and possibly a few other things. I spent a lot of time looking at suikoden auctions, so I generally know when something is really rare now, and know when to spend the big bucks.
