Hey everyone happy.gif

Does anybody know something about the "Project G" ?

The only thing I know about it is that "G" means...

---> *Spoiler* ---> Gackt
Xerno
No, I hadn't heard of this before. Though I found a complete explanation of what exactly it is, but I'm telling this now; it spoils the game's story majorly (and I regret having read that). Still interested? Then here's the link: Project G

Though you know, I've no idea who this Gackt is (wouldn't say that's a spoiler, his contribution to DoC was already well known)... a famous Japanese person, I assume?
Athrun
He is a J-rock artist who modeled one of the characters in the game. Not sure which one though, but he was the inspiration for Squall in FF VIII as well.

He is a singer... a popstar -__-
Girls love him because he is soooooo pretty sleep.gif
Oh well... It is not that I don't like him but why did he have to become a part of Final Fantasy dry.gif

Tidus and Squall I think
1llu51oN
More like Squall than Tidus if you ask me. Though he seems more feminime than Squall. His "pretty" side shivers me.

I haven't touched DoC, since I can't read moon language.
Pesmerga
No, he was a model for Squall and according to that article he did a motion recording thing for a "certain" character in the game (DoC), it would spoil things a bit, so I leave it at, if you really want to know, read the link.
Mushroom
I'm not reading the link since we dont have DoC yet >.< realllllly looknig forward to it actually, I keep forgetting its coming and then I remember and its like "excellent." I'm really looknig forward to play this game. Apparently it runs a whole lot smoother with the changes hey implimented.

I still don't know who that G' person is, but I saw him in an extra ending FMV from Dirge of Cerberus. Didn't seem to contain any real spoilers. Just confusing.
He said something about a brother, and then he flies off with a black angel wing, like Sephiroth.

I get the feeling that there's more to him than that FMV, because it just seemed very random, but I haven't played the whole game yet, so I'll see when I do.

I get the feeling that he is going to be the main reason FF VII gets yet another sequel. It ends in a very Kingdom Hearts-like way.

Read the "G Report"s to have a clearer picture of Genesis. (Yes, that is his name just as well "S" stands for Sephiroth). It doesn't contain a good picture, but it gives a frame of mind of what Genesis is.

He basically had the same experiments used on Sephiroth, but I don't think he had Jenova Cells injected onto Genesis and it was done by another other than Hojo or Gast.
Athrun
I don't know what the G' reports are, (like Ansem's reports?) but I'll wait with that until I finish the game.
Xerno
According to the article from before, you need to finish the game having collected every single G Report to unlock that extra ending. Hence why said ending probably only makes sense if you know what's in those reports. =p
-Vincent-
I played it and finished it. The gameplay is interesting but monotonous and it gets boring quickly. The game is full of lenghty cutscenes and each and every one is interesting. The story is excellent and it reveals all about Vincent who is by the way my favourite character.
Tarock
wow.
I didnt know G meant that.

well I got all the G reports. (there are only three) and they were pretty interseting.
the ending was cool too.

Though..
I think the G person was weiss. I thought one of the files says something about G slumbering undeneath midgar (If I remember correctly) and Weiss was slumbering under Midgar. But something about WEiss being G seems a bit odd. Like maybe I am missing something.

Anyways. It is also possible G was the new dude in the special ending.

I actually didnt care for the game too much. It didnt take me long to beat the game. Gameplay was ok. I have played Thrid person shooters that were way better. the plot was interesting. All and all though I would not recommend the game unless the person I am recommending it to is a FF7 fan.

*Spoiler Alert*

If I'm not mistaken, G is actually Vincents father. Grimorie(sp?) Anyway, hes the one that gave Lecrecia the idea for Chaos and Omega to begin with so...
-Vincent-
*spoiler ahead*

Nope it's not Grimoire. You saw that he died, that he became one with the lifestream.
Oh and one question for you who have finished the game, do you think that Chaos is more powerful than Sephiroth?

None of you got it? G is Nero, that's why when he was carrying Weiss he called him brother. In anycase, as far as that goes, I'm really not that sure.
Athrun
I just noticed that it's him standing to the far left in this scan from Crisis Core.

Aerith Gainsborough
Who is the person next to Zack on the left side?
Seluna
That's Angeal, Zack's SOLDIER mentor. He's the one who gave Zack the buster sword that eventually landed in Cloud's hands, I heard (or read). ^^ He's quite important to the plot of Crisis Core, if I'm not wrong.
