Dragon vs. Phoenix III OOC

Hello and welcome to the third installment of Dragon vs. Phoenix, a freeform rp where you are able to do just about anything you want in a city ready to fall to a war between two gangs, with only a few inbetween to stop this madness. The time period: modern. Basically, anyone can jump in at anytime, but it is good to know firsthand what is really going on. This is the story thus far:

Dragon vs. Phoenix I - In the first chapter of Dragon vs. Phoenix, two gangs who were rivaling one another in the city of Tewen until one day a Dragon member was killed on Phoenix territory. That is when an all-out war between the two broke out, a war that nearly devastated the entire city. But thanks to a small group of people, the fighting was ceased with force, causing the destruction of the Dragon base and a some damage to the Phoenix's, too. Afterwards, a two year peace reigned.

Dragon vs. Phoenix II - In the next chapter, which begins two years later, the two gangs are about to start yet another battle against one another, now that they have greatly increased their power, each possessing a base in its own city: Dragon being in Matissi and Phoenix in Vincellio with Tewen being right between both of them, making it once again the gangs' battleground. However, a law enforcement agency called LAW has been created to intercept both gang's attacks and prevent them from destroying a newly built Tewen. Unexpectedly, a few attacks already begun onto the city one night, including the destruction of the Phoenix base that still stood in Tewen, thanks to the demolition of LAW's secret partner, Hades. However, an unfortunate event occurred with the assassination of the LAW chief in the city as well as the destruction of LAW HQ.

Having no other choice, a surviving LAW member has called in the reinforcements from LAW and Hades. Their task now: to protect Tewen and destroy both organizations.

Dragon vs. Phoenix III

And so begins our newest chapter. In this one, three teams are being created: a team to infiltrate Phoenix, a team to infiltrate Dragon, and one to stay behind and overall protect the city from being destroyed. You can choose to participate in this operation or just act neutral, trying to survive in this hectic time. Of you can choose to be a member of Dragon or Phoenix, and continue to cause destruction. If you choose to join in the team operations, simply PM me or Seluna and we will gladly put you in somehow. But remember: anything goes in this rp. But remember to respect other's characters, meaning if you choose to control them, make sure you follow nearly with their personality. It will help to see their character's being rped by their owners, as well as reading their bios.

Factions
Dragon - One of the organizations involved in this war. Their base lies in Matissi City. All dragon members are known to wear their dragon insignias somewhere on their body and/or clothing.

Pheonix - Another one of the conflicting organizations. Phoenix lies in the city of Vincellio. All Phoenix members have a picture of a Phoenix somewhere on their body and/or clothing.

LAW: - An advanced police force stationed in the country, with one being in the very city of Tewen. LAW are recognized by their black swat-like clothing with the word "LAW" somewhere on it. Their job is to stop both gangs from destroying the city. No longer accepting profiles for this faction.

Hades: - A secret organization working for LAW. Not much is known about them, except for the fact that Phoenix was once a client of theirs until their contract was broken. No longer accepting profiles for this faction.

Your character can have any ability they please, only make sure it isn't too over the top, unless approved by me or Seluna. The races are human, but your character can be something else, such as having been placed into some experiment gone wrong or maybe was successful. The limits aren't very strict, so you can be creative.

Also, there are four types of abnormal characters that do exist in this rp: Psychics, Shapeshifters, Vampires, and Mages. You can choose to be one of these if you wish. Or remain normal.

Psychics - Through use of their mind, they are capable of doing things out of the ordinary, such as read people's minds, moving objects, or even creating fire. Usually, a psychic specializes in one or two abilities.

Shapeshifters - These are people who have the ability to shapeshift into a certain animal or an unknown being. There are two types of these: true-blood shapeshifters and created shapeshifters. The real shifters are more harnessed with their ability, thus are more powerful than an artificial one. Yet, an artificial shapeshifter possesses some psychic abilities, making them more broad in their capabilities, as well as has more control over their animal instincts. Most real shifters placed themselves into seclusion, but some are said to work as mercenaries for Dragon or Phoenix.

Vampires - A nightwalker that is an enhanced version of a human. Just like shapeshifters, there are real vampires and artificial ones. Real vampires are more powerful than their artificial counterparts, yet are severely weakened to sunlight or any ultraviolet light source. And unlike an artificial, they are weak to silver, garlic, and holy-based materials, just like the legends say. Artificial vampires, however, have none of these weaknesses. The only thing that both races have in common is that they need to feed on blood or they will become just as weak as a human. Real vampires also keep themselves unknown, yet some have deployed their skills to organizations who are willing to pay for their services.

Mages/Witches - A person given the power to wield the magical energies, such as cure a person or harm them. Mages are similar to Psychics, only mages do not have to strain their mind that much in order to use devastating abilities, but must be in high concentration or their powers will get out of hand. That is why many mages tend to be surprisingly calm and emotionless. If their emotions get out of hand, their powers do, too.

My characters

Name: Jason Dinguard
Age: 36
Faction: LAW
Appearance: A well-built African American with a well-groomed beard, yet no hair on his head, which is clearly bald. He is often seen wearing shades, but when removed his eyes are a dark blue. They clearly show his strength, as well as the structure of his face. He stands at a height of 6 feet and 5 inches. His attire consists of a black sleeveless top that sticks finely to the form of his upper body, with attachments of fun clips and other equipment to it. His belt also wears such equipment. His pants are a bit loose, stopping at black boots that extend up near the knees. He also has small shoulder pads on, with a LAW insignia on each. He wears a black gauntlet on his right forearm, which has a cross-bow like extension to it, which can be drawn and retracted from the side of it.
Skills/Abilities: Jason is a normal guy, so he has no abnormal abilities. But what he is is an experienced long range fighter, being most proficient with the crossbow. His accuracy can be dead on, especially from a long distance. In addition, he possesses specialized arrows that can do things from paralyze a person to causing explosions.
Equipment: Being a LAW officer, he does have a big inventory of guns, from pistols to assault rifles. But his main equipment is a crossbow disguised as a gauntlet and a large five-foot crossbow-like weapon which can not only fire arrows, but machine gun ammo, as well. And the shades he wear are modified to allow him to see from night vision to heat vision. They can zoom in up to two hundred yards, too, to allow for more accurate shots. The clothing he wears is considered bullet-proof.
Personality: Jason is a pacifist-type of guy, willing to take the more peaceful way out of things before taking more drastic measures. He hardly seems to joke around and keeps a very conservative attitude with himself, having a calm posture that can throw off many people of whether he is happy or angry about something. His main philosophy: fighting is meaningless, but protecting means the world.
Biography: Jason was recruited into the Dragon gang when he was a teenager, due to his crossbow skills. As he grew up, he found that he made a grave mistake joining such a tyrannic organization that he assisted a rebellion in taking them down. Two years later, he became a top official for LAW in Tewen, in hopes of making up for his long time mistake.

Name: Blaze Jr.
Age: 22
Faction: LAW
Appearance: Blaze is a young latino who enjoys looking neat and fine. He wears black hair which is slicked back upon his head. He has no facial hair. His eyes are a nice orange, but he usually has some colored-tinted shades over his face. His usual clothing is silk suits with leather shoes. He keeps all his duty-required equipment hidden.
Skills/Abilities: At the moment, Blaze is an experienced gunman, just like Jason. What other skills he has, only he knows.
Equipment: Blaze has two silver guns within his suits' jackets, each that can fire twelve shots before needing a reload. He keeps clips within the sleeves of his jackets, pulling out empty ones while having new ones "shoot" out of the sleeves and into the guns as Blaze spins them.
Personality: Blaze is a lady charmer, or he thinks he's one. He doesn't show much seriousness with his assignments, but Jason can only blame this on his youth.
Biography: Blaze was once a Dragon member, too, until he was saved from the corporation by Jason. Now, he is a LAW member wishing to live up to his mentor's wishes by becoming a virtuous protector of society. But, he stills needs some work in that alone.

Age: 27
Faction: Neutral
Appearance: Mavis has long dark red hair that stops a bit pass the base of her neck. On her head are two fox ears, each red in color, just like her hair, seeming to nearly blend in with it. Her eyes show a woman of little emotion, but are a nice red. Her skin complexion is light. The fangs of her teeth are a little longer, due to what she can shapeshift into. She usually wears sleeveless tops and legwear that gives her an advantage in battle. Her clothing is specially designed to allow her to morph into her animal form without tearing anything.
Skills/Abilities: Mavis is a menace with polearms, having one which appears a s a normal foot long rod, when extended, it becomes a four foot polearm with a blade at the end, like a lance. In addition, she can transform into a fox.
Equipment: As stated above, she has a polearm that can go from one foot to four feet with a simple push of a button. She also has two forearm blades, which can be retracted from their gauntlets by will, showing a hint of Mavis's psychic abilities.
Personality: A woman emotionally torn by being created into some monster is who Mavis is. A smile only comes to her face when she is having fun torturing someone. She has little trust in anyone and has a diehard grudge against the Dragons for making her into what she is.
Biography: Her history is kept under tight security within her mind, but it is known that she was created into a shapeshifter by Dragon. Later on, she left the organization and became a mercenary with a midget for a partner, who also shared the same fate as her.

Appearance: A three foot man with a muscular body. He has short brown hair and nicely groomed facial hair.
Skills/Abilities: Brute is more of a melee fighter than a weapon-expert like his partner, Mavis. Being able to transform into a seven foot bear, he is a powerful opponent for any person. His fur is said to be enhanced in defense to allow himself to even resist against gunfire.
Equipment: None
Personality: As his name suggests, he is a brute who is not afraid to speak his mind. He seems to be always ticked off and has a short temper. Calling him short, however, doesn't do anything to him, knowing that he can very much disprove that remark to any who dares to insult him with that.
Biography: Brute's history is similar to Mavis. He was an experiment and later became a mercenary alongside Mavis.

Name: Sam McPhil
Age: 42
Faction: LAW
Appearance: A man of european descent, he has short blond hair which connects to the beard on his face. He wears a LAw uniform, usually, but appears to be well-built. He has a tattoo of a white tiger on his right bicep.
Skills/Abilities: Sam is a great gunman, like any other LAW official. But in truth, he is also a shapeshifter. At the moment, Jason only knows this fact and what he can transform in remains unknown.
Equipment: Guns, guns, and more guns.
Personality: Sam is like a typical LAW official: he keeps his emotions to a minimal and keeps a serious attitude. Yet, he is very gentle to people who have been through the same thing as he.
Biography: Sam was once an experiment for Dragon. Succeeding in the shapeshifter project, he was placed onto the gang's work field until one day he escaped. It wasn't till a year later that he joined LAW.

Age: Unknown
Faction: LAW
Appearance: Void wears all black clothing, resembling ninja attire. Two swords lie on his back in a criss-cross fashion. His head is covered by a black hood and has black shade son his face. His mouth is also hidden by a metalguard, His forearms and shins have metal plating on their fronts. The soles of his feet are so to where they make no sound when Void walks.
Skills/Abilities: An experienced ninja, Void is an expert in stealth and assassinations. He can handle two swords at once and has great speed for a human. But the fact that he may not be human due to him always hiding his appearance always worry others.
Equipment: Basically explained in appearance. However, he does have an array of ninja equipment, such as wire and kunai. He has possession of gas bombs, too. And the shades he wear gives him access to night vision and heat vision. If that isn't good enough, his attire is a beta version of a suit that can make anyone invisible. For thirty seconds, Void can become invisible. But afterwards, he must wait five minutes before being able to reuse this ability.
Personality: Void hardly speaks a word, but when he does, it is usually short and to the point, not to mention that his voice is slightly altered by the mouth guard covering the lower half of his face.
Biography: His history is a mystery, just like him. However, he was recruited from an organization that raised such experienced ninja and made a member of LAW. He is only deployed on the riskiest of missions, but seems to always bring in results.

Alignment: United States Navy SEALS, attached to LAW special division.

Bio: A member of an elite stike team sent in by the United States Navy by the request of the President, who had already sent in the national guard to help with the gang war. After seeing an increase in violence, the President gave an executive order that temporarily overrode a constitutional amendment prohibiting law enforcement by the military. Teliko is leading a squad of three other SEALS into the city to try and assassinate the leaders of all sides of the conflict. She's a very job-oriented person, and her wrath is swift and punctuated with an almost sniper-like accuracy with her pistols. She's also well trained in hand-to-hand combat, sneaking missions, and demolitions.

He's a fairly skinny looking guy, but he's usually the group's sniper, using his PSG-1 to provide supporting fire to his teammates. He's a bit of a hotshot and speaks with a distinctive southern drawl. He's the second youngest member of the squad.

Bio: A sharpshooter from Texas, Robert is a recent SEAL training graduate. He's a crack shot with his rifle, and usually prefers to keep his distance from the fighting, providing covering fire as well as acting as another set of eyes for his team. He's a bit of a blowhard and a showoff, but he's just playing the cowboy and is a very dedicated individual.

Bio: A hulking behemoth of a man who's seen action with Delta Force and the Green Berets as well. A Gulf War veteran, Hal is the expert of the team, providing valuable soldiering tips as well as formulating strategic mission plans. He's also an expert in hand-to-hand combat and usually functions as the team's point man in tough situations.

Bio: Brandon is the group's second in command. He's a former Marine with plenty of combat experience from the fronts in Afghanistan and Iraq, having served a tour of duty in both countries. He's always the last guy to walk through a door and helps cover the group's rear while they're moving. He's also an excellent mechanic, able to repair almost anything, from Humvees to civilian automobiles, if he's given the time and jury-riggable parts.

[story behind the name: Goddess of Good Health. Daughter of Asklepios, and attendant of Aphrodite]

Gender: Female

Age: 20? (Due to the subject's ability to drain life energy, her age can't be determined)

Faction: Hades

Appearance: Dresses in a green business suit, with no necktie and her shirt unbuttoned halfway down her chest. She always has a rose tucked behind her ear and her braided hair is also a brillant emerald green. Her eyes are steel gray and she has a lightly tanned complexion, with a band of freckles spread around under her eyes and on her nose. She has a very mature, womanly figure and isn't afraid to use it to get what she wants.

Skills/Abilities: Hygeia has the ability to give or take away the essence of life itself. She can heal the most serious of injuries, and even diseases for which there are no known cures, but she must exchange her own life force to do so. Conversely, she can drain another being of their life force to sustain her own, making her a kind of energy vampire, in a sense. She is able to do this by making any kind of physical contact with another being. The ability can be mentally turned on or off, but has a habit of sometimes activating itself.

Life History: Hygeia lived a relatively normal life until she was 18 years old. While she slept with her boyfriend, she unknowingly used her newly awakened powers on him, killing him before either awoke. When she did, she was so terrified that she left home and ran under the thumbs of a few pimps. That didn't last long, as her clients started dying. She then became a nurse and helped cure many ill patients, but at the expense of her health. Using what money she had, she moved to Tewen to start over. Due to the violence however, she couldn't find work or a place to live. And that's when she was discovered by Hades. That was almost 4 years ago. Now, after being trained over the last two or three years, Hygeia works as a bodyguard.

Personality: Hygeia has a very motherly, protective personality. She can do alot of worrying from time to time, but she's also a fierce fighter if the ones she is protecting are put in harm's way. She speaks with a soft, gentle tone and rarely ever has to yell or raise her voice in any way to get her point across. She can also be quite a flirt.

Other details: Hygeia is a more recent member of Hades and has taken a liking to the younger members, becoming a kind of 'big sister' for them. She may not have the experience when it comes to doing the business Hades does, but she makes up for it with sheer wit and determination.

Name: Enyalios, or Enya for short (real name not known)
[story behind the name: son of Ares (Eres), a minor god of war]

Gender: Male

Age: 16

Faction: Hades

Appearance: Firey orange and red hair trailing half-way down his back and streaked with emerald green, liquid golden eyes sparkles like diamonds when he uses his ability, Enya looks like an asian teenage model that walked out from a magazine cover. His lean body is usually clad in fitting black leather pants and a simple long black collared cotton shirt which he left the top few buttons uncovered. He is never found without a small black backpack and the black gloves tucked in his pants.

Skills/Abilities: Enya is a dual-psychic, which is unusual but not as rare as general psychics. His abilities are electrokinesis and cyrokinesis, which means he manipulates electricity, and the lower range of the temperature and ice. Enya is stronger with controlling electricity, being able to tap into energy sources nearby and direct electricity at will, although he cannot generate electricity on his own. He is not as good with cyrokinesis, being incapable of manipulating temperature from a distance, but he can still give another person a serious case of frostbite with his touch.

Equipment: Enya’s primary weapon is a pair of palm-sized chakrams made with an alloy of dark titanium and silver with a design that resembles the Tai-ji Yin-Yang symbol and contains wicked razor edges, attached to the end of a long titanium-silver alloyed cord with a length of ten feet and is as thick as the fattest piano cord. He has two other similar cords but thicker cords in his bag, as well as another pair of similar chakrams with the diameter of a basketball. Hidden in his watch is yet another of the alloyed cords, but this one is more like a thread or string, considering its thinness.

Life History: Born and raised in Japan by his wealthy and loving parents, Enya had a fairly normal childhood. It was until he was ten, he was kidnapped and because of that ordeal, awoke his abilities and he killed all of the four kidnappers around him. The police found him and he was returned safely back to his parents, and the death of the kidnappers were written off as a miracle or ‘just desserts’. Enya could not deal with the shock of having killed somebody and ran away from home shortly, only to meet Eris Enyo who discovered his unusual psychic aura and took him back to Hades. Strings were pulled and he became Deimos and Phobos’ student and temporary subordinate, and was announced dead officially.

Personality: Free-spirited and easy-going, Enya is usually easily approachable with a friendly smile of his face, and loves to mix around so much that some members feel that he is a bit of a busybody even though his emotions can get a somewhat mercurial. However, when it comes to important things or when he is serious, he loses the smile and becomes cold and emotionless, like the ice that he controls, and concentrate only on winning and completing his objectives.

Other details: Enya was a genius to start with and was about to skip high school altogether to promote to college before he was kidnapped, and as a result, he receives advanced education from various members of Hades, especially those who had been or were still in the teaching profession. He often returns to Japan to watch over his parents (who got over grieving and got a baby girl whom they very nearly spoiled) during his free times. He disobeyed orders to become mixed in this gang-war to find and deal with the Hades traitor Dolos, whom he was acquainted with, who had helped Phoenix Triad to leave Hades. Following Phobos's orders, he is now captured by Dolos by Kaito's efforts.

[story behind the name: Greek personification of fear, son of Ares]

Gender: Male

Age: 27

Faction: Hades

Appearance: His once waist-length black hair is now shoulder-length but still with silver highlights at the tips, and unless he is wearing colored contacts, his eyes are very dark violet in color and has this oriental feeling to it. He has distinct Eurasian features and strong British accent, and looks very much like a gentleman, especially since he always has a polite smile on his face. Usually found dressed in white and semi-formal clothing, with a white doctor coat on the outside.

Skills/Abilities: He is a rare type of general psychic, having almost all the psychic abilities although he cannot activate most of them. His primary ability is telekinesis which is of slightly above average level, followed by telepathy which only allow him to hear particularly loud thoughts and even then they sound like it is underwater and from very far away, unless when he leeches off Deimos’s telepathy with their bond, empathy that only gives him a very slight impression of what the person he touches is feeling, and precognition which is very weak and fuzzy and totally not helpful. He can activate teleportation as well, but it moves him like only a foot away at the very most during emergency and he will be completely drained and exhausted. And quickening of his own healing if his energy is enough.

Equipment: Two foldable titanium scythes with handles of an arm’s length, connected by a single chain of the same material. Two silver custom-made semi-automatic handguns, and a dozen or so of titanium scalpels and normal syringes coated or loaded with various poison or venoms created by Deimos.

Life History: Phobos was the eldest son of an influential underworld tycoon and since young, he has been trained in all sorts of legal and illegal activities so as to inherit his father’s empire one day. When he was sixteen, his father was assassinated and he took over the ‘family business’ before any ambitious underlings attempted to so as to keep his mother and younger brother out of danger. It was approximately then when he discovered that he could lift things in mid-air, and quite accidentally, discovered that he could quicken the recovery of light injuries. He kept them a secret but when he had an encounter with a high-ranking member of the organization that sent the assassin who killed his father, Phobos tried to subtly use those abilities to his advantage but was discovered. The high-ranked member then offered him a deal, where Phobos’s family will be under the protection of the organization if Phobos is willing to work for him and train those abilities. Since he was not that enthusiastic about being an underworld tycoon, Phobos agreed and became part of Hades, as Eres’s right hand man.

Personality: Practical and efficient, he is willing to do whatever is necessary to complete his jobs or missions, no matter the price or sacrifice as long as it does not negatively affect the people he cares about deeply. He is also very dedicated, giving his all to whatever he puts his mind on, including people. Ruthless and even scrupulous or cruel if required to be, Phobos can also be very caring and gentle but only to people he cares about. In a way, he is a very self-centered sort of person.

Other details: Went missing from Hades for quite a while due to something his partner Deimos did and infuriated him, but returned during the end of the first gang-war between Dragon and Phoenix. He is currently taking a part-time medical degree to become a doctor, while diligently training his own abilities and the newer Hades members. There are rumors saying that he and Deimos are a couple but nobody knows for certain since they have no guts to ask either of the Eres’s subordinate. Now he is the person in command of the operation to clear up the mess with Phoenix and Dragon, once and for all.

Appearance: Waist-length long straight dark blue hair with silver streaks, which he ties at the back of his neck to keep them constrained, and cold ice-blue eyes turn dark silver-blue when he is using his ability. Is always found in black, and still prefer his black leather trenchcoat, black shirt and leather pants. He exudes an air of unconcealed threat, and a certain psychotic wildness lingers in his American Japanese features.

Skills/Abilities: Mind Control, from basic telepathy to screwing with people's mind and altering memory, with very limited dream-surfing ability. His eyes turn dark silver-blue when he is using the ability. And he will have major headaches every time after he uses anything that requires a great amount of concentration and power. Thus he seldom uses the stronger aspects of his abilities until situation requires him to.

Weapons: A foldable black titanium long-handled scythe with poison-coated blade. A nice collection of different sized and bladed daggers of similar material and also coated in poison. Type of poison varies with his mood.

Life History: A bastard child of a tycoon who attempted to kill him and his mother to avoid the scandal being known. He escaped the attempt on his life and lived on the streets, participating in stuff such as gangs, drugs and other things to survive. His ability woke when someone tried to rob and rape him, and he left the person with the mind of a six year old. Started using his ability to make his life better and caught the eye of an ex-assassin who trained him very well. He later became a high-ranking member of a underground assassin organization.

Personality: Arrogant and cruel, he has no qualms about killing, or torturing. He does whatever pleases him and will not hesitate to eliminate his allies to stay alive. Has a very twisted sense of humor and small periods of craziness. He can get along with people quite well when he wants to, but he seldom does, and loves playing with people's mind and emotions. People avoid him because of the feeling of danger he gives off.

Other details: He has a drug habit and for some strange reason, possibly because of his ability, he couldn't get addicted. Still he likes having drugs. He also smokes and drinks, and still manages to keep his perfectly white teeth and clean but wild appearance. Only thing he can't stand is rape because that is how his mother got pregnant. Is pretty intelligent and he taught himself a lot of subjects, including a good number of languages. He was previously a high ranked Phoenix member, joined on orders of his superior. He betrayed and left the triad during the First Triad War. Now he is back as part of the operation led by Phobos.

Appearance: Tall and fit-looking Eurasian male with thigh-length dark gray hair and silvery-purple eyes. His appearance is immaculate at all times, and is always found dressed in an entirely black suit with an indifferent, sometimes cold, expression fixed on his face most of the time. His eyes turn silvery whenever he uses his ability.

Skills/Abilities: Teleportation, longest range is half a kilometer and can be re-activated within a time span of two seconds for five times before the effort becomes too much on him. If he teleports over a limit of a few dozen times a day (depends on the rate and distance of teleportation), he will start having trouble focusing on things.

Weapons: Thin sharp strings, some with poisoned needles at the ends, and in the most extreme case, he uses all thirty of his strings at the same time. The choice of venom depends on his purpose at the moment, and there is a small variety for him to choose from.

Life History: Moros was brought up as assassins by a powerful organization that also did human trafficking and bio-weapon experiments. When Hades infiltrated the organization for information, a high-ranking member by the name of Nyx brought him and several of the other children back with her. They later became the members of the Special Operation Forces that Nyx is in charged of, and the organization was eventually absorbed by Hades.

Personality: Emotionless was the one word almost everyone would use to describe Moros, except for the people closest to him. Others do not know if he just did not have emotions or he just have phenomenal control over them, and he has no wish to entertain them. But even with the people he is closed to, he only shows very mild displays of emotions. Only a selective few have seen anything stronger, and they have all made it clear that it was not a good thing.

Other details: Not exactly a known fact, but he has split personality which could be triggered by certain things, and is downright psychotic and hysterical when in his other personality. When Dolos betrayed Hades, he found out and went after him. Somehow, he became persuaded into leaving as well and becoming Dolos’s personal bodyguard. But in actual fact, he was corresponding with Hades in secret.

Name: Nemesis

Gender: Female

Ability: A mirror psychic who is able to absorb or mirror fellow psychic’s ability to some extent and use against her opponent. The strength (or level) of the ability depends on her, not on the psychic she took it from. She can mirror up to a dozen person a day, before it starts getting unstable for her, so she is cautious with it.

Appearance: A female who has dark copper red hair and dark aquamarine eyes, and facial features with obvious but nice mix of Italian and French descent. Usually clad in tight leather clothing with a distinct female business suit cut, she generally has a cold smile on her face in most situation and her eyes become dark red when using her ability.

Weapons: Her weapons are a pair of slender titanium claws curving out from between her four fingers on each hand, and half a dozen of custom-made bombs (the size and shape of a table tennis ball) hanging from her belt.

Other details: She is a very vengeful person, and what a person does to her, she will always do something to the person of equal or more level of severity. It applies even for good deeds, which she will definitely pay back. Phobos requested her services and so she is there to help bring her traitorous ex-comrade back.

Ability: He is a phaser, who can move through inorganic things by changing certain qualities of his body. (Like Shadowcat of X-Men) The denser the matter, the more effort it requires for him to get through it, but except for dangerous radioactive matter, he is almost able to phase through anything though he never really tried it. But he can only do it for not more than two dozen times a day because it destabilizes his body.

Appearance: He has short spiky silver hair mixed with pure white ones and light orange eyes that turns gold, and is often dressed in sleeveless leather vest and pants of pure white with a totally black trenchcoat. He has an easy smile but his eyes are always sharp like that of a predator, like the aura he has around him. He has sharp facial features of no particular descent, and a lean compact body.

Weapons: He uses a long detachable staff and two wicked parang knives, which are customized to be attached at either end of the rod.

Other details: Momos has a wicked tongue that he is fairly generous in using, and often is able to goad his opponents into taking physical action first. Like Nemesis, he joined the operation on Phobos's request.

Ability: Geras controls time, able to stop, slow and quicken it to his will. But only for limited amount of time as it is very taxing on his body. And whenever he uses his ability, his own time slows so much that it is almost stopped, and depending on how much was done, his time will slow until it is safe for his body to use again If he continually uses his ability without waiting for his time to go back to normal, he puts himself in great danger.

Appearance: Short golden hair and sky blue eyes, Geras has a cherubic appearance and the body of a fourteen years old teenager. He usually has a bright smile and preference of light colored clothing that accentuate the clean aura he carries, but on a job, he wears a long black shirt and a gray jeans and an underlying of danger. His eyes change to purple when he uses his ability.

Weapons: A sharpshooter, his choice weapons are guns, and he has three customized semi-auto on him at all times, and carries a few rounds of ammunition in his bag, and when out on mission, he brings more guns with him, depending on the nature of the missions.

Other details: Geras is several years older than he looks, a side effect of his ability. He is also very easily obsessed with certain things for a long period of time, and one of which is cleanliness. He became part of the operation on Phobos's request.

Most jutsu, with the exception of bakemonojutsu, fudo kanashibari nojutsu, and saiminjutsu, are "non-magical." All jutsu have a limit: the aforementioned three taking large amounts of energy, while only certain jutsu require large amounts of concentration as well.

** Each type of person, whether they be telepath or hydrokinetic or anything else, gives off their own type of life energy. Only recently has Kaito been able to hone in on and differentiate between them. For Kaito to know what type of person a being is, he must have had contact with one of that specific ability. If this isn’t fulfilled, the most he is able to do is discover what a person isn’t.

Also, the more skill a person has, this may include mental or physical capability, the more controlled his or her life energy may appear. A person who is not self-disciplined, his/her chakra will resonate in every direction.

Personality: Although usually calm and cool, Kaito has recently taken to some rather sadistic and psychotic streaks, courteousy of a couple years with Deimos and Hades. These episodes can be set off by anything from just being agitated to wanting to "have alittle fun." Usually, Kaito can be considered very loyal or very stubborn, depending on how he feels about the person he is dealing with. although Kaito has become more conversational, he is not apt to revealing everything he has planned, etc. unless he considers another completely trustworthy. With only minor exceptions, the shinobi will go to great lengths to maintain a cover, if one is needed.

Biography: I'm busy writing a fanfiction about what happened in the two-year time period, although I have no clue when I'll be finished, for various reasons. Before that, if anyone is curious, a link may be found here.

Description: Standing at 5'2" in height, the name Yuri suits her well. Dark brown eyes beautifully offset a vanilla-like complexion. Thick black hair seemlessly flows down to her upper back. Usually, Yuri wears an elegant floral kimono, which many say captures her petite frame rather nicely.

During a mission, however, Yuri is more apt to wear a kunoichi uniform, with her hair tied into a ponytail or some other fashion.

Arms: naginata, kaiken, kyogetsu-shoge, tessen

Biography:
Born, or rather created, as a Dragon, Yuri underwent rigorous training in martial arts, gymnastics, and education. Inasmuch as she didn't mind the lifestyle set before her, she couldn't help but feel trapped. No time was wasted in her escape; though, the brewing war did serve as a nice cover.

Failing to peirce an outreach's subtle facade, Yuri managed to find one of Phoenix' "charity organizations." Taking pity on the girl, a family happily took her in. This family treated her as one of their own, and for a small time, Yuri contented herself with average tasks. Unfortunately, the charity ended as a man clad in a purple suite impeded upon "her life." Graciously, he bestowed with a choice: become a whore, with her family protected, or refuse. Of course, she couldn't refuse...

For a little less three months, a cycle developed: the pimp would send her off for the night, the man would be found dead due to lack of air, and the pimp looted whatever money the man kept in his house. Needless to say, the arrangement worked very well--for some more than others.

As one pimp passed away, another took his place, Beatrix. Not even a day after the transition, a figure completely enshrouded in a black cloak was seen negotiating with the new pimp, over what remained unknown.

Not even two days later, Yuri found herself in the unknown figures care. Training ensued quickly in the fields of ninjutsu and aerokinetics, moreso on learning to control her chi than anything else. Presently, Yuri abides by noone's orders but Kaito's.

Ability: Yuri is an aerokinetic, which basically fords her the power to manipulate air molecules. Although typically, Yuri's range is within a 15' radius, full control of the ability calls for an enormous amount of focus and concentration, affording little to no room for motion. This also means that although her ability allows for such tasks as removing sound in a small area or lowering air pressure, such tasks cannot be carried out for extended durations of time without putting a substantial strain on her mind and body.

Theoretically, the duration in which she can use her ability slightly increases daily from the hours spent in meditation/day. Although, this is only theoretically.

Personality: A precocious young woman, willing to do whatever she can to protect herself and the ones she loves, Yuri tends to do as she pleases. When she gets a whim, there is nothing capable of stopping her -- short of..possibly Kaito. Generally speaking though, Yuri appears to be a pretty obedient girl with a late-back attitude.

Appearance: About 5'11" in height, Gin is of medium build. He has short light brown hair, although it isn't often seen. He is always seen wearing a black baseball cap backwards. He wears a black t-shirt, and a pair of tattered jeans. Gin has tattos covering most of his upper body. On each of his arms there is a long winding dragon, indicating his allegiances

Skills/Abilities: Gin is a true-blood vampire. Where as many of his Vampire counterparts, went off and used their enhanced strength and agility, he merely focused more on what he truly was, which is a brawler.

Equipment: Gin dosent carry and visible weapons, instead, he has two brass knuckles, one in each of his pockets. He was once given the oppurtunity to get them fused onto his knuckles, but thought that not being able to use your hands properly wasn't really a great thing.

Personality: Gin, is a very, very angry young man. walking around with a constant frown. Although this dosen't stop him fro socialising with people, its just very hard to do so with someone who's glaring at you, and sees you more often then not, as a source of food.

Age: unknown

Faction: Phoenix

Appearance: He is about 6 feet in height and is medium build. He has natural blue hair that is shoulder length. You'll usually find him wearing a t-shirt of some kind with jeans. His face is what give him his distinct look. He always has this gloomy look on his face. Rarely seen being happy since the love of his life died to the hands of Dragon. Normally his eyes are pitch black but when he envokes his physic ablities, his eyes turn blue.

Skills/Abilities:Being a dual physic he is a pyrokinetic and able to control engery to a certain extent meaning he can control fire at his will and use energy to a certain extent. using his fire skills as the most offensive ability his energy skills are more defensive. using it, he is able to make a type of "barrier" that withstands most normal attacks. He hasnt developed that ability enough so it is still weak and one well placed attack will shatter that defense.

Equipment:Having two very sharp longswords his is able to wield them without effort. To him they are more of two very long daggers. Razor sharp to the touch, they are both different color. One is black the other is white. Passed down through his family, the story teaches that there is both good and evil in a person and these swords are a reminder of that. Also in case of long range combat he has a 9mm pistol.

Biography: Born into a wealthy asian/american household, Deniska was a boy that had everything. Food, cloths, games, an education. He was a genius right as he got into school, skipping grades by leaps and bounds. Then when he turned 13, he was going home from school. Being the genius he was, he was envied by people from school. He was jumped by the local bullies but then his powers awoken. All the kids that jumped him were burned badly and Deniska didnt know why. He ran away from home later that night. Later when he got older he experimented with fire. He relized that he could control it and little by little the power grew. One day he stumbled across a girl that was being robbed by crooks off the street. He instantly came to her aid. After saving her, they spent more and more time together. He relized he was in love with her. One day, a friend came to Deniska with horrible news. Dragon the organization that was waging war against pheonix, has killed the one he loved. Heart broken, he came to pheonix with only one thing on his mind. revenge of his lost love, Jade.

Personality: Shy, Deniska isnt exactly the life of the party. When he has to get down to business, he becomes this leader that will keep everyone alive. Worrying about everyone but himself, he will not hesitate to take a bullet for one of his friends. No one has seen him happy except for his dead love. But if someone becomes his friend, he will open up to them more.

Hmm... good question. I intend to play all of my four main characters at different points of time, but I also trust that they will move 'behind the scene' without my posts. Basically yeah, a little like jumping characters.

The NPCs I post, I may use them, but I may not need to, in the end.

Well, my answer to that question is this. My two main characters are Teliko and Hygeia. The other three SEALS are NPCs that are a part of the same team as Teliko, so they'll see action when I'm posting as her. I'll also be sure to note who I'm posting with.

As with DvPII, I'll be using both as well. Normally, I've been posting what the two have been doing together in one post, but now that they are separate that's probably going to have to change... I'll be sure to note who I'm posting as, to avoid confusion.

As far as the third character.... I'm still not sure what I'm going to do. ^^;;

Seluna, is Yume busy or something? I need to know if she will be participating in this one or come in later on. If later on, then I'll automatically choose where her characters go till then. Ill have the IC up anyday now, or at least until I get word on her.

Also, you will be doing the Phoenix infiltration and I the Dragon operation. But, I will be GMing a bit to progress the story on both fronts of the gangs, but this will mostly be concetrated on the Dragon side. What happens on the Phoenix side is your decision. Just follow with what has been happening so far and build upon it. I trust you with that, as well.

Name: Vondaemia Ryukaina (von-da-eh-mee-a ree-uu-ka-I-nah) [Nickname: Daemie (da-eh-mee)]

Affiliation: Dragon Triad

General Appearance: She is 4'4 ft (135 cm) tall and weighs 88 pounds (40 kg). She has pale white skin and short white hair and is usually spotted wearing her school uniform. Her facial features are cherubic although she does have a pair of crimson red eyes.

Nationality: Japanese

Ability: Shape shifting.

Weapons: Elbow blades. A pair of handguns and some darts hidden somewhere in her uniform.

Personality: Vondaemia is naive, innocent and has all those attributes that a child of age eight has.

Biography:

Vondaemia belongs to the secret assassination squad in the Dragon Triad. Her 'father' is the leader of a group of scientists in the triad.

Vondaemia, better known as Daemie, was one of the twenty children who were kidnapped by Grakimia Ryukaina, her 'father'. The particular project that he and his fellow colleagues were participating on, at that time, was genetic modifying.

The children all had the DNAs of animals mixed (spliced?) into their own. Only two survived the change while the rest died. Daemie was the younger of the two who had survived.

Although only at the age of fourteen, Daemie is often given missions to assassinate members in the Phoenix Triad.


*Added* After the First Triad War, Vondaemia, alongside the Shifters, Psychics and their scientists left the Dragon’s Triad and joined the organization Hades.

Two years post that, she joined LAW during the Second Triad War against both Dragon and Phoenix.

Draenaria is the older of the two that had survived Grakimia Ryukaina's genetic modifying experiment. He belongs to the secret assassination squad in the triad.

He and Vondaemia started taking missions when he was at the age of twelve and Vondaemia, at the age of ten. At that time, they were usually paired up. However, when they grew older, they started taking single missions, resulting in him being transferred to the main headquarter where he was needed more. He met Alcaedo, his permanent partner, there about half a year later.

*Added* Like Vondaemia, Draenaria joined Hades at the end of the First Triad War. Unlike her, however, he went on a long official holiday with his partner, Alcaedo, and returned 2 years later during the Second Triad War.

Appearance: Alcaedo has waist length blue hair which is usually tied in a low ponytail. He is 5'7ft tall and weighs 121 pounds. Usually wears a grey trenchcoat over a black turtleneck and pants. He has warm chocolate eyes and usually wears a "social smile" except under special circumstances.

Abilities: Clairvoyance. Ability to see parts of the future and to track people or objects.

Weapons: A pair of scythes. The blades have tiny holes where either poison or tranquilizer is inserted, depending on the mission he is undertaking at the moment. Has thin chains wound within the handles for easier retrieval.

Personality: Alcaedo is a "people's person". He is very sociable and popular amongst the agents in the triad. He is also very passionate and would do anything for the people he loves.

Biography:

Alcaedo was part of Grakimia Ryukaina's "Psychics" project. He was one of thirty other orphans whom Grakimia found on the streets. They were brought to the Dragon Triad's lab to be tested with the newly developed "Psychics" vaccine.

Alcaedo was one of the two clairvoyants who came through the experiment safely and was sent to the HQ with several other individuals. Three of whom he became more acquainted to were Corlerina Herieka, Vengreche Krodyte and Kyurolia Levotelide who were hydrokinetic, telepathic and telekinetic respectively.

He met Draenaria after seven years of training and was 17 years old at that time. The two of them were then assigned a mission from which they discovered the surprisingly good teamwork they had. Their partnership went along for another year before it was finally announced to be officially permanent due to special circumstances.

*Added* Like Draenaria he joined Hades at the end of the First Triad War, went on a holiday soon after, and returned only during the Second Triad War.

General Appearance: She is about 167 cm tall with short hair that rests at the nape of her neck. Her black hair is dyed with various cool colours at the ends. She is also quite pale due to lack of exposure to sunlight. She has very pale blue eyes.

Weapon: A special black glove which allows her to control a set of wires through the tip of her fingers (Think weapon of No. VII in Black Cat.)

Ability: Aerokinetic. Somewhat similar to a telekinetic, however much more specific in her range of usage.

Clothing: Usually wears a visor, an oversized long sleeved shirt and a pair of slacks.

Personality: (Almost) Obsessed about writing, reading and anything that is related to books. She usually stays in her ‘stuffy room’ (as Kyler and Kylie call it) to write. She has the impression that most things concerning an average livelihood is not worth her time, as compared to the large number of books in her library.

Biography:

She was actually already in Phoenix during the first war between the two triads. In fact, she was quite popular and notorious amongst the Phoenix members for her published book “Life with the Flaming Birds” and for her very rare presence in public, even though she used to live in the headquarters, respectively. But she figured that the war wasn’t worth her attention and didn’t participate.

During the second war in Tewen, her apartment, which was sponsored by the Phoenix Triad, was blown up and three quarters of her precious books destroyed. Needless to say, she wasn’t very happy with that. Thus, came along her decision to participate in the war to ‘avenge her books’ and to end it quickly to prevent more loss of her treasures.

*Added* Currently she resides with Cadence Sherwood, Kylie and Kyler Lennox, Wyane, Catalina, Maria and Valerie, the latter 3 being ex-subordinates of Beatrix Madeen.

**Added** Prior to the Triad Wars Chloe took part in a Project in Genetic Modifications in the Phoenix Triad as one of their core scientists. However, she was later backstabbed by her fellow scientists and became a subject herself.

Most of the successful subjects in that project perished during the First and Second Triad Wars, except for seven others, excluding herself. These seven were the ones who had had their memories sealed at the end of the project due to the violatile nature of their powers. One of these is Beatrix Madeen whose power, Matter Manipulation, has awakened six months premature.

General Appearance: They are both 157 cm tall with short hair of similar styles and totally identical androgynous features. Their hair are usually dyed in opposing colours and changed monthly. Both have black eyes and slightly tanned skin.

Weapons: Firearms. Kyler favours a pair of pistols and a barrel rifle while Kylie prefers a sniper rifle or a semi-automatic pistol.

Clothing: Identical clothing, but with different, usually opposing, colours. Usually spots T-shirts with jackets and Bermudas.

Personality: Bouncy and hyper, but jaded. They act almost as though they are on Prozac 24/7, but they can be quite serious when they want to. They are also incurable pranksters, and, although they don't show it, have really high IQ.

Biography:

Kyler and Kylie were quite literally born into the Phoenix Triad, with their entire family being part of it. Since young, they have been trained in various sorts of fighting styles, until they found that they were best at firearms, to the point that they were almost sharpshooters.

They, being the kind soul that they were, are the people who lent their apartment to Chloe Knox and Cadence Sherwood. They also happen to be part of the very short list of good friends that Chloe has.

Personality: Usually easy-going and strict at the same time, but can be over-sensitive at times. He is also quite emotional at times and when angered, he fights ruthlessly.

Biography:

Cadence used to be Chloe Knox’s neighbour, along with his wife and two daughters, but they died in the same explosion that destroyed his house and Chloe’s books.

Now he lives in another relatively undestroyed apartment with Chloe and two other Phoenix members, Kyler and Kylie Lennox.

Appearance: About 5'11" in height, Gin is of medium build. He has short light brown hair, although it isn't often seen. He is always seen wearing a black baseball cap backwards. He wears a black t-shirt, and a pair of tattered jeans. Gin has tattos covering most of his upper body. On each of his arms there is a long winding dragon, indicating his allegiances

Skills/Abilities: Gin is a true-blood vampire. Where as many of his Vampire counterparts, went off and used their enhanced strength and agility, he merely focused more on what he truly was, which is a brawler.

Equipment: Gin dosent carry and visible weapons, instead, he has two brass knuckles, one in each of his pockets. He was once given the oppurtunity to get them fused onto his knuckles, but thought that not being able to use your hands properly wasn't really a great thing.

Personality: Gin, is a very, very angry young man. walking around with a constant frown. Although this dosen't stop him fro socialising with people, its just very hard to do so with someone who's glaring at you, and sees you more often then not, as a source of food.

Biography: Gin was born to a low class family, the weren't rich, but they weren't exactly eating two-minute soup for dinner. His father was a labourer, dead-end job, no future, while his mother stayed at home and watched Gin's younger brother and sister. Emily and Deacon. It wasn't the perfect life, but it had charm or two. Gin spend his younger years working the various jobs that his father, making a little bit extra money for the family. School was out of the question, he had neither the brains, or patience for it.

It went well for a number of years, untill he was about 23. Then he started with the gangs. To be a laborour you didnt need any form of id, nothing to prove who you were. Perfect to spend your life, or one day working. Great for the gang members in need of cash. So, naturally, Gin got involved. It started as fights between some of the members, Gin was a vicious fighter, and the various gang members soon knew to leave him alone. That was, untill he killed one.

It was a Pheonix that he killed. It was another meaningless fight, he acused the guy of bumping into him, and punched him, severel times. When three people finally managed to get a hold of Gin, they realized the man he was beating was dead. His face had been beaten into a pulp. Soon, Pheonix members were after him, and he had no choice but to throw himself in with the Dragons.

It wasn't a hard choice to abandon his family, he had been an alcoholic since he was 20, and sort of drifted away from them, the few nights a week he spent at home, was spent arguing with his mother, and fighting his father. When his dad lay unconcious on the ground, he went to bed, slept, then left. Stealing whatever money he could.

He spent his next five years as a fighter, money collecter, leg breaker, the usual things associated with his type. Where as some gang members evolve from being the bottom rung of the ladder, Gin embraced it, he didnt want enything else, he wanted what he had. A bar from which he could drink, and rep that meant no-one would bother him. Life was sweet.

His transformation into a Vampire was no grand thing. He was strolling through a back alley, drunk, and looking for a fight. He found a woman standing over a dead body. He called out to her, she turned to look at him, and in an instant, she was next to him. She grabbed his arm, and bent it behind him. She bared her fangs and sunk them deep into his neck. She had taken no more than two mouthful before she thrusted him aside, and hissed at him.

'Drunk!'
'Bitch!'

Apparently Vampires didn't like a drunks blood. Either way, he lunged at her, catching her off guard. He grabbed her arms, and bit down on her neck ripping a chunk of flesh out and spitting it on the ground. She punched him in the head, and knocked him to the ground.

He awoke several hours later to the bright sun, he screamed when he saw it and ran into the nearest building he could find. He rested in the shade as his flesh sizzled from the sunlight.

'A ##### vampire, just ##### perfect.'

It wasn't a very pretty transformation, and probabnly one of the few that didnt happen with the willingness of both parties. He was twenty-eight at this point, and lived too long the way he had to really change. So, he kept on living like that. He got drunk, and got into fights. Although his new strength allowed him to win easily. So, it took a lot of the fun out of it. He just shrugged it off and got drunk.

(got this idea of a greek name from Sel, however, he is not necessarily a member of Hades, also, to find out something that may happen, look up the meaning of his real name.)

Age: around 30

Faction: unknown (if thats ok) as of now, may be revealed later.

Appearance: About 5'9" tall. He wears a black trench coat with all black underneath (black long sleeve shirt, black boots, black pants, think matrix) almost always wears black sunglasses. Short, black hair, always has a serious look on his face, rarely smiles. If he were to smile, one would notice the over-sized canine teeth he has.

Skills/Abilities: Erebos is an artificial vampire who chooses not to get blood due to his longing to be human (is artificial vampire because of forced experimenting) so normally, he is about the strength of a slightly above average human.

Equipment: Erebos dual wields two desert eagles (I realize that this is fairly impossible). The right handed pistol is black, and the left hand pistol is silver. He keeps these inside his trench coat unless fighting (or threatening). Also, under his sleeves, he has two long knives that retract and extend when he needs to fight close range.

Personality: He seems very cold, however he is not an angry person, he is a down-to-business kind of person. He talks to others however people often feel awkward around him and try to avoid talking to him. He has a split personality from experimenting.

Biography: Erebos lives in the city of Tewen in an old abandoned apartment building on the outskirts of the city. When he was younger, he saved a group of skilled assassins who were to be executed for supposedly being traitors to the government, while there was no proof of this, they were to be killed for the recent assassinations. Therefore, they often follow him in the shadows and fight with him when necessary (they do not have a distinguished personality, so I am not going to make them profiles, also, they will not play a very big role in this rp). When Erebos was a child, he was experimented on forcefully by a mad scientist, and as a side effect, was transformed into a vampire. He wishes to be human, so he doesn't feed his power and acts like a human (normally). Also, he has split personalities due to the experimenting, which he put the experiences on another version of himself, so he has a split personality. This personality is not usually dominant and only comes out in times of great stress. This form killed the doctor who performed experiments on him.

Appearance: Standing at 5' 6'' Boron has dirty blonde hair that covers his ears and his forehead. He wears a long white button down cloak that stops buttoning a little past his knees for easy leg movement. Long baggy sleeves that always cover his arms and hands if their not in his side pockets. This cloak has an unordinary turtle neck collar, where as a regualr turtle neck is equal in length all around, his raises up higher at the mouth and slightly at the back of the head. Under the cloak his torso is bare, knee-length shorts and pale white leather shoes. Boron's eyes are mechanical because he was born blind and some parts of his brain, enhancing his ability to retain knowledge and giving him slight regenerative capability. His eyes are al black except for a small red dot in the center wich represents his pupil. He is also Ambidextrous.


Skills/Abilities: Regeneration of red/white blood cells, E.M.F (Electro Magnetic Frequency) vision, Motion sensing/tracking vision, normal eyesight, excelent marksmenship and a mastery of sword fighting.


Equipment: One four foot long katana sheathed upon his back at all times, two sliver revovlvers with titanium man-craftd bullets, and a three small brown leather sac's underneath his cloak stored with extra ammunition.


Personality: Usual keeping to himself, Boron is a cheerful kid. Quiet but sometimes unusual and random, Boron can make others laugh as long as they are comfortible around him. With a fasination with birds, Boron wished he could fly among them and be free, just like the birds.


Biography: Thomas and Cathleen Praseodymium live a couple of miles south of Matissi in a small town, one of those towns where everybody knows everyone. Cathleen is five months pregnant with Boron and is being extremely careful, almost never leaving the house or somtimes their bedroom. Two years ago Cathleen fell down the stairs when she was 9 months and three weeks pregnant with thier first child, and had a miscarrige.
Boron was born at 1am in a neighboring house because the husband was a doctor, and they had no time to go to an actual hospital. othing whent wrong this time, Boron seemed to be a happy healthy baby, so the Praseodymiums returned happily home with thier newborn child. Thomas quickly realized that whenever Boron would hear a noise, he would turn the opposite way of it, and had a strange love of running into walls. At two months old, Thomas proclaims, and proves to his wife Cathleen, that thier son Boron was blind. Awe struck, Cathleen slowly slid into a depression.
For Boron's third birthday, his gift was the death of his mother who died of starvation. Thomas, being a man of science and having an occupation in robotics and regeneration of human cells, he had to hide this from his wife because he had no way of explaining how he worked underground for a client who whent by a codename of Hades. Boron lived in the cold depths of his mind for fourteen years until his father found a way to restore what was once lost, Boron's vision. Boron was taught how to talk through the years of his blindess by his neighbors who where more than willing to help out the widdowed Thomas and his son.
The process took one year of preperation for the twenty-six hour one-man surgery to restore Boron's vision.
A complete success, and it only took twent five hours. "Open your eyes now Boron" Said Thomas with a smile. "O.k daddy" he replied. What Boron saw was not his father smiling infront of him, but his silhouette and an all red room. "Is this what your see daddy? Everything is.. hot, is the world on fire?". Letting out a short giggle, Thomas says "No son, haha, just think this. Normal vision, and you should see normaly."
Doing what he was told, Boron saw colors he had never seen before, blues, reds, pinks, and purples.
When Boron was sixteen, he clearly understood what he was capable of doing and seeing, so he set off to venture out into a new world, one in color.

A bit buffed with a black, zipped up jacket with white,bell-like sleeves, at the end of the sleeves there's a dragon symbol surrounding them. Black, cargo like pants with a dark gray belt and dark white boots. on his left leg there's an hung, white armour with ancient runes of protection. He also wears black gloves and on he has a katana belted up on his back.
Skills/Abilities: Great swordsmanship and a master of various martial arts such as ninjutsu, karate and kung Fu. He also has great agility and an above average human strength.

Personality:He's a secluded guy. Doesn't speak much of his past. Although he has few friends he is loyal to them always helping them. He's always looking for a fight believing that he'll become stronger if he's constantly win. He likes to say sarcastic jokes in some ocasions but takes his job seriously.
Biography:Not much is known of his past. only that he had a brother who teamed with him, but disappeared one day without a trace. they worked in the same mercenaries organisation. this organisation was destroyed after an explosion in their HQ 5 years ago. Azrael was one of the few survivors of the explosion. Since then he's been searching his brother and no one knows why he joined the Dragons' gang. He's generally known by vampire hunter due to his skills.
