Oh maybe, I don't remember that though. =p
But you should keep watching, it gets better soon.

I plan to, I plan to! XD
Two episodes isn't really enough for me to judge, really, but I would've watched more if I had more time. I really do hope it gets better. ;p

By the way, the pacing of the anime isn't very different from the manga. It just begins differently than the manga. The rest is pretty identical, with some minor exceptions here and there.

Oh, it's not?
That's good to know, I was feeling pretty stupid when I was watching before. XD Especially with the early Kaito + Agito appearance. Not that it was a bad thing, just confusing. I really want to see that part in animation, anyway.
I'm not going to continue it until next Saturday, though. Gotta wait for Kari, y'know? ;p

I just read chapter 164 of the manga and holy damn!
*spoiler* The Sora twins are so pwning people left and right. I seriously fear for Aion Clock and Spitfire. I doubt they'll make it out alive. Not so much for Akira and Kaito though, strangely.
Who is that strange girl?! Has she appeared before or not?
Hiku, we did discuss about how it was strange Kiriku was so neat when he defeated Sora and so injured when he handed over the wind regalia, right? Now we got our answer, lol. Apparently Nike did happen.
I didn't really read it properly (nuisance of a headache interfering) but is Sora declaring that he's going to destroy Ikki, now that he has got Bagram and can do whatever the hell he wants? *end spoiler*

About "getting the answer" and "Nike happening" what do you mean? Did he show up after the battle between Sora and Kilik? I have to look through chapter 164 again I think.
But about Spitfire and Aeon Clock, since you are on ch. 164 already, *spoiler* Spitfire died. =/ Sora crushed the hand of his dead corps afterwards. Aeon Clock might be dead as well, but I'm not sure. */spoilers*
Not sure what he said to Ikki though, or who that new girl is. I assume it's a new tuner.

All my good opinions of Sora (or whatever little I had of him in the first place) is now officially going down the drain. I admit that he really does things with style, that bastard. Sigh, guessing that
Spitfire will be gone for good and knowing is just two different matter. And Aion was so cool too. Sigh.
What I meant was the bit where Kilik had a flashback of sort and said something about
him forgetting the shadow of Sora, and then a bit more about how he managed to keep Bagram but at the expense of his own regalia, which Nike took and became the new King under Genesis. Kinda should have guessed, since there's Agito and Akira's situation presented before.

I'm slowly catching up to manga. I read about 20 chapters yesterday and reached Chapter 115. The plot picking up again since I wasn't enjoying the manga too much after the fight with Behemoth, but once they went to Tokyo and meet up with Yoshitsune, I started enjoying the manga again. I'm hoping to get deeper into tonight since it's becoming very interesting lately.
On the anime end, I thought I finish this anime and form a opinion of the anime once I completed it. I can't say it's that good. I'm up to Episode 24 and I can't be asked to finish the anime. The animation doesn't help and leaving a part of manga out and there isn't cool either. I prefer the manga to anime, though that's no secret. I'll try to get around finishing this anime tonight, but it's going to end leaving a lot to be desire since I'm assuming I know where it will end. A second season would solve that. I just hope if they have a second season, it's much better than the first season which I found to be disappointing.

The manga is getting really good where it is now. The plot changed a lot compared to before. I hope you don't read too much of the spoilers. Especially about the "badguy" that sort of pulls an unexpected "Aizen" on everyone.

I thought that last episode was pretty good even though it ends where it does, it feels like a closure to the season and I like the variant of "Chain" that was playing during the end and the credits. If you watched everything else I think you should watch the last episode as well. That's Epi 25 I think.

The only real spoiler I read would be Kazu taking Spit Fire's position as King, but I assumed that was going to happen a long time ago. So, not exactly a major spoiler. Other than that, I haven't spoiled myself. I just reach the part where a Sleeping Forest member, at least I assume he's a member, appear and attacked Kazu and Iron Clock came in for the saved, but just got mauled by the Sleeping Forest member using a move similar to Agito's Fang Regalia move. Not exactly sure what's the deal would be with Sleeping Forest. Though, I figure I'll find out more in the near future.
Oh, I'm watching it. I won't drop it when I have only two episodes to go. That would be a waste, even though I know what's likely going to happen.

Oh that's no big deal then. Avoid the previous pages in this topic if you can as it might give away some interesting things that are about to happen. There's one big plot twist that pretty much no one saw coming so I'm sure you'll enjoy that part. But it's arround chapter 158. The scanlations are up to 154 now. (Read it in RAW with some translations posted on some forums.)

Oh yeah, that crazy mask guy. Aeon Clock is one of my favorites so I liked seeing him get mixed into the battle. You'll find out more about Sleeping Forest and especially about Genesis later on. The story will get more interesting from here.

I finished the anime tonight. I figure that what would happen. I can't say I'm high on the anime version of that scene and liked how it's done in the manga compare to the anime. People can watch the anime, but even a fan of the series like myself, I had hard time getting though it since without the fact of not knowing what's going happen gone since I read the scene in the manga, you're left with voice acting, animation and such, which I wasn't that fond of at all. The one aspect I did like would be the music, which I found very fitting and I listen to the opening theme while reading the manga. I should download the OST and listen to it while reading the manga, but I'm about caught up. I'm up to Chapter 130.
I'm not sure what you were talking about, Athrun, when you refer to different version of the opening theme playing at the end of the final episode? I might know what track you're talking about, but it wasn't playing during that episode, but earlier in the series. I forgot which episode though, but it's different version of Chain. It might have been playing during the battle against Behemoth.
I'll like to add that it's very funny that they name an attack Bubblegum Crisis. I'm sure it wasn't a coincidence they named it that attack after another anime.

Yeah I know it was playing against Behemoth when Ikki used the Wings Road again, and it played when he passed Bucha in the narrow corridor and a few other times. I remember now that it was the usual Chain song that played at the end of Epi 26, I guess I just thought it was fitting. There was a slower aucustic version playing though when Ikki appologised to Yoshitsune and asked if he could jump again. I like that one too.
Oh and I listen to Chain when I read the manga as well, but not the opening version but that variation of Chain that I like. It wasn't in the first OST to everyones disappointment, but it was in OST 2.
I uploaded it for you if you want to check it out. I'm sure you'll like it.

The manga did get interesting. I didn't see Sora's betrayal coming or that he had a twin brother either. Quite interesting! I'm surprised that Aeon Clock and Spit Fire were killed. I never thought people would be killed in Air Gear. The death of people should be happening more often in Naruto, Bleach and One Piece. Though, I like the fact they're not afraid to kill certain people and not afraid to do it like in other shounen anime and manga. I'll likely stop reading it for another month, like I do with all my manga. I couldn't handle reading one chapter a week.
Air Gear got a long way to go. I wonder what will happen to Ikki beyond this point since Sora thrown him away and will take up the title of the Wind King once again. Rika oblivious to the fact that Sora a monster, too. I like the course they decided to take. Sora making one hell of a villian already.

I started watching this show a few days ago.
I'm on episode 17, and I absolutely love it! lol
there's so many random parts it, but that's what makes it comical
I think it's one of those series that could go on to episode 1239081290, but they only made it 25 episodes long
