Alferei shrugged as the vehicle stalled and moved, stalled and moved.
"It's going to be a long while before we get anywhere," commented Brandon with a chuckle.
"Hmm." Wilhelm took one last puff before he flicked the cigarette onto the floor of the vehicle and stepped on it, much to Jason's chagrin. He looked up at Jason, who was looking to Wilhelm's right. "Don't worry about it. It's just burnt tobacco."
"That's not what I'm worried about," Jason replied. "It's his eyes."
Wilhelm quickly frowned and turned to the right, and looked at Alferei's face.
"Oh, ****," muttered Wilhelm. "He's got that expression again. He spaces out whenever he thinks about the fighting he's gone through... Everything floods back into his mind and you can see what hell was like through his eyes. He should be fine by the time we get to the plane."
"War is hell," added Katrine, adjusting her skeleton battle order, to which everything was strapped. "Not something to be proud of or be glorified for. We've all been through conflicts - Eastern Europe, Afghanistan and other battles. Let's just hope this one doesn't get as bad as those did."

"System Online"
Saber felt the small surge of electricity flow through his neck. His hair began to stand up because of the static.
His robotic eye, the only one left unscarred by the explosion, searched the area for human life.
The search finished soon. His computer told him the area was clean.
Silently, he picked up his arsenal and strapped it on. He placed his trenchcoat over his vest, and walked quitely towards a ladder. He had been living in this single area for days, forced to begging for food.
He felt the warmth of the sun's rays through the bandages as his head slowly moved over the top of the roof. He heard the distinctly female voice of his computer.
"Saber, I am picking up large amounts of heat near the Downtown apartment section. Police and fire department reports claim arsenists set fire to the building. It would be an excellent chance to gain a positive position with the Public."
Saber nodded. He turned towards the direction of the Downtown sector, and began to run.
As he reached the end of the row of houses, he grabbed the concrete edge of the building and used his arm to throw himself onto the other roof.
He checked to make sure the arm was calibrated only at 10. If calibrated at 1000, he would need to reduce the calibration within 30 seconds before the arm was destroyed.
Using his method of travel, he quickly reached the burning building. His computer chimed in again.
"Check in with the police first. Get some body armor and oxygen tanks. Your clothes are fireproof, but your skin isn't, and that arsenist might be armed."
Saber redirected himself towards the Police vans parked outside the building.
"Officer"
The policeman turned slightly pale at his icy voice.
"Ummm....yes....ummm...sir?"
Saber focused his robotic eye on him, checking heartbeat and brainwave patterns.
"I need a shotgun, body armor, and an oxygen mask."
The policeman seemed to gather himself.
"Sorry sir, but those are for civil defense forces only."
Saber's robotic arm grabbed the officer and threw him into the nearby police car. He turned to face him coldly.
"You're not being helpful. Stay out of my way."
The officer reached for his gun, hands shaking with fright. His revolver was aimed at Saber's arm. The officer fired, sending the copper round at the joint. The bullet ripped into the robotic muscle, registering damage on Saber's HUD. He had his Revolvers out before the officer could fire another round.
"I don't want to kill you officer. However, I am not opposed to blowing out your elbow."
His fire control registered another shot being fired at him from the building. He turned quickly and shot the bullet from midair. His second shot came soon after, hitting the officer in the arm.
"Now I have some arsenists to take care of."
He walked off towards the armored vans.

"What a bunch Jason gathered for this mission." Slender fingers tapped the window of the car at an extremely random rhythm as a blue-haired man leaned his forehead against it and murmured in a vaguely distant way. "I knew that those four merc were some of our business rivals, since I remember hearing Eres-sama bitching about them, but I didn't know that they were this experienced until they are closer into my range. Then there's that ninja, the somewhat neutral Phoenixes, the ex-Dragon turned LAW people and those rookies."
Geras frowned. "He shouldn't bring the rookies. The others know what to do, but they don't. What about the Phoenixes?"
"They are alright, moderately good, though I wonder about their intentions of being here. Especially the Lennox twins, with their information gathering skills. As for the rookies, it's not my call. We're not obliged to babysit them either..."
//... though one of them, Boron Praseodymium, is important in a fairly indirect way. His father seem to have dealings with our dear boss at the very top.// In response to the quick look Geras shot him, Deimos smiled with all his brilliantly white teeth showing. //Boron was once blind.//
The car swerved suddenly and drove right into the path of a van in the opposite lane, alarming the rest of the passengers in the car. Eyes widened, mouths dropped, and faces turned sheet white when they caught sight of a van approaching right in front. Deimos however, laughed maniacally as the deceptively young Hades driver pulled them back into the correct lane safety with a tight face.
Geras's light blue eyes were dangerously narrow as he hailed abuse upon the uncaring telepath with a vastly insulting vocabulary. Verbally. //Couldn't you find a better time to tell me that?!//
//Nope!// The telepathic voice was cheerful, as though nothing particularly life threatening had happened and Geras had not cursed him to hell and back. //I thought you would appreciate me telling you that Hades-sama is still finding a cure for Nyx-sama's eyes. After all, she adopted the whole group of you.//
The time controller's entire expression softened. //She is our mother. All of us felt that way since the day she rescued us. Your Eris-sama feels the same way too, though unlike us, she actually treats Hades-sama like a brother.//
//That's Eris-sama for you.// Deimos chuckled. //She displays a good amount of Nyx-sama's personality some times. She warned me about practically everything that Aphrodite-sama could foresee happening... except... the parachuting...//
//It's no big deal. We do it all the time.//
The blue-haired assassin pinched the bridge of his nose. //You see... I have a standing arrangement with Eres-sama that I won't get to choose any missions that involve jumping down from mid-air. They automatically go to people who like that kind of stuff. Like you guys, for example.//
There was a very long moment of telepathic silence, before Geras cracked into a full-blown devilish grin. //You're afraid of parachuting, aren't you?//
//Shut up and drive the damn car. You get to help the others prep up later while I collect my wits.//

"You called?" Moros stood before Dolos's desk, his face impeccably emotionless. However, it was a mere facade, controlled to hide the violently surging emotions he was feeling. In fact, it would be quite accurate to say that he was panicking. "Is there anything wrong?"
Kaito entered the room at that moment and came to stand beside him with a lethal ninja grace. Even though they were summoned together, the shinobi had been side-tracked by the doctor, Jacob Rauls, while they were making their way to Dolos's office. Moros could not forget the subtle but worried glance that Kaito had shot him before he nodded and went with the white coated man that now stood behind and beside Dolos with an enigmatic half-smile on his face.
"Oh, there you are." Hazel eyes were like mercury, cool and fluid, as they glanced towards Kaito, then to the doctor. "Now that everyone is here... let's find out if anything is wrong, shall we? Should we start with you, Moros? Isn't there something you should tell me?"
Moros felt cold all over. He knew immediately from Dolos's tone and the way brunette's eyes were sharp like the razor side of a Japanese sword that his sixth sense from earlier was kicking in for the right reasons, whatever they would come to be. The Hades traitor knew something, and Moros was already having a bad feeling about it.
He wished he could feel as unaffected as he looked. "About what?"
"About a little detail you've neglected to tell me." Dolos smiled in a way that would be called pretty if he was a girl, but his eyes looked like sparks were going to fly out at any time. "The one where you are still communicating with Hades behind my back and planning my downfall with Enyalios and them."
Oh sh*t.
"Dolos..."
"Not another word, Moros. I heard enough from Rauls here to know whose words to believe." Dolos glared at him, his expression murderous. "You should be the one called Dolos, with this elaborate web of deception you weaved. It's very clever actually, with you hiding the fact that Hades members are in the city and distracting me with Enyalios. If I don't have Rauls here, I would have fallen into your trap. And you know why? Because I actually trusted you!"
That, Moros knew as well. He felt a tiny sting when he saw the hurt in those furious brown eyes, but Dolos had doomed himself when he betrayed Hades and Moros did not regret his decisions to spy on the other. Nobody left Hades without the organisation's consent and survived. For the protection of all their members, they could not afford any information leak at all. Dolos must be dealt with.
But before he could do anything about Dolos, he had his own situation to worry about. Now that his identity was exposed, his very life was in danger. The Phoenix Triad was not as well-trained as Hades, generally speaking, but it had its fair share of good fighters. If he was to be caught in a flood of them, he could very well die. And then there was the matter of Kaito and Enyalios. Strangely, Dolos had not mentioned that Kaito was in cahoots with him...
Dolos leaned back heavily into his chair, his expression one of tiredness. "Rauls, Kaito, prove your loyalty to me by getting rid of this traitor."

"...just get to school, and and I'll talk to you about whatever trouble you gotten yourself into now. Also tell Mary I said hi. Later."" Claming up his cell phone after finishing up his last word to Kei's cell voice messager as he sees more personal coming up to the scene, only walking straight of a horror movie. "Hades? What the ##### are they here!?" as Cyril gave a look of disgust. "When we started to recruit kids was worst enough, but now THIS tops the cake. Pfft, might as well call up for some suicidal bombers and Hannibal Lecter while we'll hitting the low."
He turns around, walked out the job with Jason and started heading for the van, knowing his revolver ain't going to do the job as it did in several spots while on the job. "What kind of arsenal you got left in the van?"
"M16s, FA-MASs, a couple of M203 grenade guns, MP5, P90 with little ammo left, and a halfway decent SAW. But as for sidearms, we're pretty much limited, so you got FN or the 9 mil Berreta for leftovers."
"LAW knows how to make a buffet turn sour, but this calls to retire my revolver out for something more punch."
As Jason walked off to greet the Hades agents, Cyril hopped to the back, looks around, then sets his eyes on the FN pistol, seeing it's a fresh factory made piece. He pickes it up and cocks back the slide the usual services to see if it can hold up as he picks up 4 5.7 x 28 mm clips to stuff in his pocket. After strapping on a shoulder holster, he puts his .44 where the Fn was, then puts back on this jacket as he steps outside.
"Okay, check. Now I need to head back since I'm still on the job and they'll know somethings up if I delay for too long, so I need to borrow something to bring me back." As he tosses Jason a letter. "If I get wasted, give that to Keisuke AFTER I come back to haunt you."

"Sir, the fires are still raging up in the building"
The Sergeant smashed his fist into the car windows.
"Damnit! Where the hell is Johnson with those guns!"
The young police officers only answer was a shrug. Both men turned towards the burning building. The fire had raged on for hours now. Thirteen firmen had gone in, one had come out. After a short debriefing, he had died of gunwounds.
Saber zoomed out from the two men. He shut off the enhanced audio as well.
"Saber, the building is reaching the red zone. You have about an hour to rescue everyone inside. I suggest that you go in now"
Saber nodded. Shotgun at the ready, he calibrated his arm to 100.
"Good. I'm in position. Celina, run a systems check. And make it quick. I don't want my arm to break down while in an inferno."
He never remebered naming his computer. He just woke up one day and called her that. She remebered it, and would only respond to that name. He grinned internally, but his outward complexion showed nothing of his amusement.
"System check completed Saber. As long as you stay away from the hotter lower levels, you and your arm should be fine. I made sure that the other hybrid nanos in your limbs would stay intact as well. I have no idea how much they could harm you if they shut down."
With a quick thought, he launched himself as fast as he could into the middle of the burning building. He rolled up midair and started to spin. He felt a bullet whiz by his ear, an eager young officer obviously very afraid.
The window gave with a crash. Besides the minor cuts in his real arm, he felt fine. Simultaneously recalibrating his arm and drawing the shotgun, he blew down the nearest door, clearing it of flames. He saw a child and its mother huddled up in a corner. The child's eyes went wide with fear as it saw him. It crawled behind its mother as if she could defend it from all harm.
"What do you want with us?"
Saber gestured for them to get up. He mustered up his most commanding voice.
"Take your child and get out. Here's a rope. The police are down on the ground. The flames haven't reached your balcony yet."
He handed the rope to her. She hesitated, but took the rope. All she did was look at it.
"Go!"
Saber reloaded the shotgun and blew down the burning door.

OOC: Yeah, I think i waited long enough to post again.
IC:
"Celina, Jam all transmissions from this area. Blanket it."
Saber felt part of his awareness leave him as his connection to the Net was interrupted by the Jam.
"Good. This should alert the police, and stop these damned arsenists from contacting their fellows. One last thing. Check the area for any speaker systems."
"Okay Saber........I've found some. Most of the building has them intact."
"Even better. Hack it. Then when i give the command, give me vocal linkage."
"System Hacked."
Saber punched down another door, which lead to the stairs. The fake skin covering his arm lit.
"Damn. This will burn for awhile."
He sprinted up the stairs, stopping to catch his breath at the top.
"Celina, this is the level with the arsenists, right?"
"That's the one. Should I give vocal linkage?"
Saber gave a mental nod. He felt a link open in his mind. Celina linked it to his vocal chords, allowing him to broadcast it to almost the entire building.
"You are mine fire lovers. I am coming for you. You should be prepared to die."
Celina talked to him in his head.
"That wasn't very bone-chilling Saber. They don't take people seriously like that."
Saber nodded.
"I know. I'm putting on optical camouflage. I won't be using guns for this. Only knifes."
He touched the button on his wrist. Quickly, he became a simple blur on the wall, only noticeable if you were actively searching for him with something other than eyes. Most other instruments were worthless with this extreme heat, so Saber was relying on suprise and fear.
"Keep vocal links open Celina. And make sure it sychronizes with my own voice. They aren't too bright, but I don't want them searching for a different sound. And make it extra-loud."
He quietly opened a door. Five men stood around a table, still laughing at the voice that had come through the speakers. Saber smiled outwardly for the first time in years. He heard one of the men speak, and raise a bottle.
"To the wonderful Officers of the Police Force!"
They all replied with a good-hearted laugh.
Saber drew one of his knifes. He always kept the blades sharp, just for occasions like this. He snuck behind one of the men, and stabbed him in the throat. He jumped backwards and hid behind a pillar. Peeking out, he saw the other four stare openly at him. He checked their stances and weapons. Three pistols and a shotgun. Good, he thought, Shotgun is the leader. I'll save him for last.
"I told you I would come. You didn't believe me, did you?"
He heard one of the men shout.
"Who are you!"
"I am your worst fears. I am the demon that lives in your dreams. I am the monsters in your closet when you were children. I am the Grim Reaper. I am the Devil. And I am your death!"
He walked out from behind the pillar. The four men were fidgety now. The mind games were having effect. As long as he kept them confused, he should have no trouble finishing them off.
Saber's first move was to grab the weapons and crush them. Shotgun fired a round into his arm, but it was fired to wildly and only glanced off the armor. Saber squeezed the barrel shut, swinging the butt into one of the henchmen's head. It planted itself firmly inside.
He turned off the optical camouflage, and drew his other knife. The first man came at him with an aluminum bat, but Saber sidestepped the blow and drove a knife into his stomach. The second knife went through the man's back. He left both in, kicking the body out of the way. Katana drawn, he made for the third Pistoleer. This one was more afraid, seeing three of his comrades die, and tried running. Saber threw the Katana at the man's leg, ripping the tendons and causing him to stumble. The Katana stuck in the wall near him. The leader picked up a burning piece of wood and swung it at Saber. The Blow collided with the mechanical shoulder, causing the piece to break.
"Who the hell are you?"
Saber grabbed the man by the throat.
"I told you already. I'm the devil."
With those final words, he broke the mans neck with one hand. He moved to retrieve his knifes and Katana.
"Okay Celina, that should be all. Turn off vocal linkage. And open up the jamming blanket."
Without waiting for a response, he jumped out of the window towards a lower roof, landing with a thud. The fake skin on his arm was still burning. He ripped it off, leaving the mechanical muscles exposed. He left it behind.

The improving clarity on Kaito and his chum was sending Igami into a near state of euphoria. With his knowledge on Hades', the telepath felt quite aware of the state of his fate, yet the amount of potential agony the shinobi could undergo was far worth the shortening of Raul's life. The only means of escape would be to play a devil's advocate, though Kaito's potential connections with Hades' would prevent such an option from achieving fruition.
"Kaito-chan. Moros-san, it is so good to see the both of you!" The physician cheered as he clapped both hands together. Although to the normal eye, the sequence may appear quite innocent, for the amount of time spent with the physician, Kaito knew otherwise. Seeing the telepath happy should never be considered beneficial for anyone but a select few.
"Igami-kun, will you please excuse us." Although subtle, the shinobi's tone quite clearly meant a 'you will have to excuse us', which only served to peak the physician's sadism. Kaito had to learn his position.
"I'm afraid that isn't an option. Dolos-sama so kindly requested our attendance. And you know how I hate to disappoint."
With a nod of the head, Kaito signaled to Moros to continue onward.
"Dr. Rauls, what exactly do you have in mind?"
"Don't 'Dr. Rauls' me, Kaito-chan. After what you did to dear Orpheus-kun, you know god damn well what I have in mind." Immediately, Igami made to return to Dolos' quarters, only to look back at the shinobi. "Oh, and Kaito-chan. I do hope we'll have some fun together."
~~
On the brief return voyage, the telepath allowed his abilities to heighten his hatred for the shinobi tagging behind:
Originally, Dr. Jacob Rauls was taken by the Dragon Clan for his brilliant intellect, which, the clan believed, they could use to make an advanced psychic soldier, and to a certain degree, the procedure was a success. Yet Rauls temperment worsened exponentially. Colleagues could not work with him. When on the battlefield, he found his conrades an utter nuisance and slaughtered a number of conrades because of it.
During a reconnaissance mission, the clan plotted to remove the telepath from duty, yet Rauls escaped. Aimlessly he wondered about, until discovered by Yakuza. For his abilities, Rauls was placed under Orpheus tutelage, for the musician carried an innate ability in calming others while allowing them to progress gracefully. In the physician's eyes, Orpheus was a master, who wasted too much affection on an ungrateful shinobi.
Kaito slaughtered the musician.
Igami could bearly manage to contain himself as he was about to embark on his most endangering endeavor.
~~
Kaito ignored the slight twinge received when he moved his arms and dropped the bow lying on his chest. Rather then risk the loss of any great amounts of energy by performing a jutsu, the shinobi chose to once more retrieve two shuriken, one per hand. Igami, on the other hand, busied himself in attempting to alter the teleporters sense of spacial relationships. The physician's position appeared best suited for this, as the shinobi would be an excellent line of defense under the circumstances.
Realizing what the telepath was trying to accomplish, Kaito released a shuriken slightly to the left of Moros as a warning, only to throw the other directly toward his conrade. Fortunately, do to time restraints, Kaito was unable to re-lace the projectiles with any sort of poison.

If Moros was a telepath, he would have murmured a message of thanks to the shinobi when he realised what the doctor was going to do. But he did not discover it fast enough to dodge the second projectile that Kaito threw towards him, and his emotionless face twitched as the shuriken embed itself on his left shoulder.
It was a huge miscalculation on his part for not finding out that doctor Jacob Rauls was a psychic, possibly with a mind-related ability, given that he did not leave any sort of physical clues behind at all and yet Rauls still learnt of it all. Though Moros had his doubts regarding Rauls being a full telepath, he was still wary enough. Especially when the man could influence his senses, despite his thicker than normal mental shields.
Knowing that he was in an extreme disadvantage, and that he and Kaito may be forced by the situation to seriously harm each other, Moros decided to retreat and leave contemplating for a later time. Besides, he still needed to alert the others about the latest unwanted development of things.
Nimbly dodging another of Kaito's projectiles, and flinging three of his needles back at non-endangering areas, he concentrated on his ability and searched his mind for a suitable location which would be safe for him to teleport to, even in his influenced state.
After making up his mind, his eyes turned entirely silver, and he vanished from within the room.
[OOC: Rauls managed to influence him, but not by very much, so I figure as long as Moros chooses somewhere wide and spacious, he should be fine. Just let me know if you need anything editted, Rean-chan.]

Crash!
Saber leaped from the high floor of the burning building and lands right onto the roof of the adjacent one, which was safely unaffected by the flames from its neighbor. More sirens reigned through the air as they came in, fire trucks entering the scene with the men leaping out and preparing their hoses.
"Alright men," one of them says. "Fire!"
Immediately, streams of water poured out from each hose, now dousing the building in its liquid. Saber himself had already fled, moving away as he leaps down into the alleyway, landing softly. But behind him a click sound will be heard, the sound of a gun being cocked. Instead of moving, he kept where he is as his right mechanical arm whirred in a small machinery, preparing itself for another round of battle by just a simple thought from its owner.
"Running from the scene of the crime, aren't you," the gun wielder would say. It was no other than Blaze Jr, the latino who was the laid back member of LAW. But one wouldn't be able to tell that he was from that police force, simply because he wasn't wearing the standard LAW uniforms. Instead, he was wearing a dark blue open shirt today with a black shirt underneath, and the same color of dress pants. He looked like he was going to some club from his appearance as he kept hold of his silver colored pistol.
Saber would respond in his calm voice: "Just a man who was at the wrong place at the wrong time." Immediately, he turns around, drawing his katana as he swings for the man's arm. Blaze would pull back quickly as the end of it slashes through the right sleeve, creating a scar through it, but not going any further. He was upset by having his clothing just torn here, even if it was just a slit.
"I just bought this," Blaze says as he aims the gun again, finding the katana now positioned against the middle of his chest, Saber directly in front of him with both hands gripping the handle. His eyes told the story of a man who would not care a morse for this officer's death. Blaze showed dissatisfaction in his position now.
"Looks like," Saber responds. "That you're at the wrong place, at the wrong time, too."
"Haha," Blaze says, moving his hands into the air in a submissive manner. "Fine, fine, you got me. So, what you gonna do?"
Saber did not find this officer any funny, removing his sword and turning away. But as he walks, Blaze continues: "What, you're just going to leave like that?"
Saber says nothing before a shot is heard, followed by his sword suddenly flipping across the ground. He moves to get it until he feels the end of the gun Blaze holds right against his skull again, this time, another cock being heard as a second gun is drawn, aimed this time against his back. "I may miss once, but I don't miss twice. Now, who are you and what were you doing jumping out of that building like a maniac? If I didn't know any better, I would say you were the cause of that little fire show." He looks momentarily to the right, seeing the metal arm. "And what's with the arm?"
"What are you, some kind of cop," Saber says, still showing no emotion in his voice.
"Yeah, you can say that. Ever heard of LAW. Looks like I'm taking you under custody. Hands behind your back."
__________________________________________________
"Alright," Jasons says to them. "We're ready. We're off to the airbase. On the flight, you'll receive further orders."
He walks over to Sam and Void, the two LAW men who had hired the four mercenaries earlier, giving them a gesture to come over. "Well, we're off," he says to the two.
"Be careful," Sam says.
"Can I trust you with the Mighard district? I promised a couple of people that I'll make sure nothing happens over there."
"Yeah, you can. Now go get those Dragon bastards."
"Heh, right. Take care, guys." He gives a wave, running off to the truck that was roaring and ready to go, Jason leaping into the front seat, where the driver awaited. The four mercenaries would finish up with their buisiness with one another, next entering the truck from the back, where they would sit down against the wall. Next to enter would be Seth and Boron, who seemed to be caught up in their own little fiasco, sitting opposite of the four. The next two would be Brute and Mavis, both sitting down against the back of the truck, checking their own equipment.
"If I get wasted, give that to Keisuke AFTER I come back to haunt you," Cyril says to Jason.
Jason is suddenly handed a letter by Cyril, looking at him with a raised eyebrow. "See you soon," he says, nodding before he gives the shoulder of the driver a pat, the truck suddenly taking off.
Mavis looks around before saying out through the small window that allowed for speaking into the front seat: "Aren't there suppose to be more of us?"
"They'll meet us at the airbase," he responds to them. "Hades sort of like to do their own thing." He puts the letter he received into his jacket as the truck turns a few corners before entering into the city's airport on the north part of Tewen, where LAW personel were stationed. The vehicle would proceed along the road until it enters into the back part of the airport, where an aircraft awaited them, colored in black. When the truck comes to a stop, Jason leaps out, walking over toward it as someone also walks toward him. A man with short brown hair and in black camoflauge would give a salute as he walks with the officer toward the stairs that led into the plane.
"Everything is ready to go," he says to them. "All you need is in the plane."
"As for the destination point?"
He whispers something into Jason's ear, which causes him to sigh. "It can't be helped." With that said, he looks around, seeing if he could spot the Hades team anywhere.

/Incoming, Jason. Be careful not to walk into our path./ Deimos's mental voice sounded in Jason's mind, right on cue, and even left a decidedly nasty chuckle as the Hades jeep swung into view.
Apparently, Deimos had provoked Geras again, and the younger psychic was breaking all speed limits. As a proof of the time controller's excellent driving, the car braked to a stop just a few inches away from the truck's behind.
"Nice to see you again, Dinguard." Deimos called out even as he was stepping out of the jeep along with the others. "Though I would rather be somewhere else than in an airbase."
"Problems, Deimos?"
"None that you have to worry about." The blue-haired telepath smiled in an almost angelic fashion, which indicated that there was, in fact, something not alright. But the glint in his eyes also meant that no questions were to be asked. "We're all set to go then?"

Seeing the truck driving off into the distance, he turned to the people remaining behind. "Okay, I need two volunteers if this going to work. You'll be briefed on the entire and I'll warn you that you will get hurt, but if any of you screws up: it be either them or me pulling the trigger. Is that clear?"
"Yes, sir!" as they applied.
"Thank you and you have my deepest condulances. Sam, you start up the trucks and Void, and two others getting in."
"Copy that. Just like Metal Gear, eh?"
"Okay everyone, roll out." As he runs to the van that was primed to go, hopping to the passenger's side while Sam got the wheel as the two extra LAW officers hopped on the back of the van, sitting at the sides while Void sat on the seat behind the driver's seat.
The road back to Matissi City seemed like wondering throughout the darkness as the lights of Tewen disappeared into the distance.
(*Later*) Finally got to main strip as Sam looks around seeing the busy streets filled up, students crossing on their way to school. "Man, the calm before the storm. Hate to see some poor kid running around in this mess."
"They won't." Cyril replied. "Where we going first is away from this. Good for starting up the food chain, and we'll leave the main course last knowing Ryuji."
"You mean the very same? Heard he was closest to being a devil."
"No, he's no demon. He maybe possibly the most influncelal being in the underworld knowing what he can do to make the Phoenixs or Hades look like a 3rd grade playgrounds."
Streets quickly faded away as the scenery of warehouses came into view, along with ships masquerading as merchant ships that were shipping slaves for child labor, sex slavery, prosutition, all of the above. Only a few miles away from Warehouse 24, Cyril gives off a worried expression as he pulls out an traq gun. "Sam, pull over."
"Why? We're almost there, so why stop now?."
"Just trust me."
The van pulles over as Cyril opens the door, steps out as he walks to the back of the van. "Okay guys, best to step out for a minute here." As he directed them to the gravel and stands them in a line. "Sorry if we stopped before the destination point, but here's the kicker, we'll going for bottom first and working our way up. But one of you will have to come with me as I bring you in as a fresh recruit, and that would be you Sam. So use your talents for the meantime. Unfornately, for you Void..." Points the gun at Void. "Bedtime for the rest of the trip. I'm sorry." As he fires a round in his neck as he slowly dropping the ground as Cyril walked over him as he whisper something: When you wake up, find the power generator without anyone seeing you, but make it look like an accident. Afterwards get out, and go call for backup.

"Yeah," Jasons responds, finding it odd that Deimos would be exhibiting some type of dislike for something like this. He thought the guy would beloving to get into something like this. Guess he didn't know Deimos as well as he thought he did. He would step onto the plane, with the others following, the wind blowing fiercely as the door is closed, sealing everyone inside. It was then that the people outside started to clear from the sit as the engine is turned on, the vehicle starting to turn to align itself with the airstrip.
"We're about to take off," the speakers would boom, coming from the pilot. It was then that the plane starts to move forward down the large concrete road, gaining speed by the second. Inside, they people would be shaking a bit from the motion that was increasing, as it moves faster and faster, the sound of its engines increasing due to the turbines. Then all of a sudden, they'll feel the weight drop on them as the plane starts to lift higher and higher, the wheels bending into the plane itself before the openings to their shafts is closed, the plane now heading off into the sky.
"Destination point, fifteen minutes."
Jason stands to his feet, his right hand gripping the straps abive him that allowed for balance on the shaky plane. "Alright, everyone, this is the plan. Things have changed recently. The landing point we were going to use before has suddenly lost its advantage. It seems like the building there has gained activity recently. So, instead, we are to be dropped off in the southwest portion outside the city. It is by the far the safest place for us to drop to and is near one of the least watched areas of the city, so that should provide us with some leeway in getting in. Now, look under your seats and you'll find some headsets with microphones."
He would lower down, pulling his onto his head, the others following what he does. "Our frequency is 1034.5. Again, it's 1034.5. Don't forget it. It's already set on there, so you shouldn't have any reason for changing unless I say otherwise."
He reaches into his pocket, pulling out a card. "This is the ID cards provided to us by Hades. Each of you have been made your own personal cards which will allow you to pass through the city's checkpoints without any trouble."
He walks to each of them, handing them their cards before returning back to the front. "Don't lose them or you'll be in trouble. We do not have any way of replacing them without being caught. Now, here are the objectives. We are to first secure a haven for us to stay at. Second, we are to then scout the area and see what we can found out by the current situation in the city, including noting the locations of some of the key places, such as watch towers and other places. Then next, we are to formulate a plan to try to get into the headquarters itself by using the information we acquire. Remember, full stealth is required for this operation to work. After that, we go in, and take them down. Avoid fighting at all causes. If the enforcement get you, then things will get messy. You're allowed to carry weapons in the city, so equipment isn't an issue. Just make sure you also wear these."
He tosses them some green badges with an insignia of a dragon on each. "Wear those somewhere to show that you are part of the gang. Otherwise, you may be given suspicion. Now, any questions?"

"One of ours have already entered Matissi first, so we will have some basic information about the city to work with." Instead of Deimos, who had adamantly closed his eyes and refused to say even a word once he got onto the plane, Geras spoke up in a totally profession tone that did not go too well with his young face.
"This may not be necessary and can only be used in emergencies, but in the event where all methods of communications are unavailable... such as if you are captured..." The cold glint in Geras's eyes was all that was needed to express his opinion about the situation where such a situation were to occur. "All you have to do was to scream the word 'Deimos' in your mind."
And before anyone could say anything, Deimos opened his mouth, finally. "Don't even think about trying that just for fun. I will kill you. That is my name, and you must never mention it out loud in public. If you do that, I'm not responsible for saving your as*."
[OOC: Deimos was a member of Phoenix, though he did sorta betray the triad, so he's kinda known among the Dragon. Also, I believe the same applies to a pair of Hades members belonging to Yume-chan (Vondaemie, and either Draenaria or Alcaedo). They were ex-members of Dragon Clan, who betrayed the clan, and were responsible for the deaths of many Dragons. *Added* It's not really a known fact that Hades members are psychics.]

"IDs? What ever happened to 'I'm not even here'?" asked Brandon loudly.
"Brandon, you need to learn to shut up," hissed Wilhelm. "You'd never be able to hide from anything. Not even a baby. Now shut up." Brandon muttered something to himself, but the ambient noise drowned out his speech.
"We should have no problems securing a safehouse, or perhaps more than one safehouse. My contacts in the city are willing to provide their own homes if required," mentioned Katrine casually. "Most of my contacts live alone, and are themselves mercenaries."
"They may come in useful, but we'll see what our insider can provide us with," replied Jason. Katrine shrugged, and made a final check on her equipment, adjusting everything once again.
"If you need information, I have it. What I don't have, I can get quickly. Whether it's maps of the city and building layouts, and even sewer plans; ask and it shall be given unto you," added Katrine, making a biblical reference. "Seek and ye shall find."
"Amen," agreed Alferei with a grin. "I can do reconnaisance without being seen. It's my speciality. Wilhelm and Katrine make friends easily too. About communication; I don't really like the idea of radios unless you use burst signals and scramble them. Others can and will hear the same music if they use the same frequency or channel."
"You worry too much," said Wilhelm. "Relax. It's pretty standard to use that."
"Yeah, but experience teaches one not to assume. When you do..."
"You make an @$$ out of U and ME. Got it," finished Wilhelm. "Now sit DOWN and shut UP."

Seth was excited as he got into the plane, a big smile on his face. He sat then, next to his best friend, Boron. He smiled ,but it disappeared as he then looked down, somewhat hunced over as he thought to himself, 'What if...we don't make it out of here,or atleast one doesn't.." He looked up to Boron now before his smile re-appeared on his face as he once again thought 'I'll just have to make sure that I'm the one who doesn't make it out, if it comes to that.."
He shook his head now turning his attention to Jason as he then spoke to them:
"Alright, everyone, this is the plan. Things have changed recently. The landing point we were going to use before has suddenly lost its advantage. It seems like the building there has gained activity recently. So, instead, we are to be dropped off in the southwest portion outside the city. It is by the far the safest place for us to drop to and is near one of the least watched areas of the city, so that should provide us with some leeway in getting in. Now, look under your seats and you'll find some headsets with microphones."
At that Moment, Seth then put his headsets on, though instead of the bar ontop of his head, he put it in the back, his cat ears being in the way. He looked to Jason now, as he continued to speak;
"Our frequency is 1034.5. Again, it's 1034.5. Don't forget it. It's already set on there, so you shouldn't have any reason for changing unless I say otherwise. This is the ID cards provided to us by Hades. Each of you have been made your own personal cards which will allow you to pass through the city's checkpoints without any trouble." Seth then took the ID from Jason, continueing to listen to his everyword,
"Don't lose them or you'll be in trouble. We do not have any way of replacing them without being caught. Now, here are the objectives. We are to first secure a haven for us to stay at. Second, we are to then scout the area and see what we can found out by the current situation in the city, including noting the locations of some of the key places, such as watch towers and other places. Otherwise, you may be given suspicion. Now, any questions?" Seth Caught the badge now as he clipped it to his green shirt, near his right shoulder.
Seht then listened to the other questions before asking his own (I'm not gonna type them..too lazy)
"Yes I have a question." He said now raishing his hand as he slipped his ID into his pocket, adjusting his microphone.
"Yes?" Asked Jason now looking to Seth.
"I don't *have* to use a parachuet, do I?" He then asked to Jason, a grin appearing on his face his blue cat ears now twitching some.

OOC: Kurt, i think if you didn't use a parachute, then you would probably splatter once you hit the ground. Maybe, Maybe if you had super enanced strength and very high durability you could land it; but at a range of 10k feet above ground, without the stuff I just stated, you'de be a pancake ^.^
________________________________________________________________
Boron borded the plane smiling, he had never parachuted before and it seemed like fun. Boron sat down near the rear of the plane, soon after, Seth sat next to him smiling as well. Jason went through the whole schematics upon the who's-and-what's about the mission, and the landing point seemed to have changed. One of the merc's offered her friends houses as safe-houses if required; Jason didn't think to highly of the idea, and refused it but kept it in mind, a typical response and action. Got to save your Trump card for last, thought Boron.
"....Any questions?" Said Jason.
"Do I have to use a parachute?" Asked Seth, his blue ears now twitching ontop of his head. Everyone on the plane besides Boron and Seth now looked at him as if he had three heads.
"Well, I would strongly recommend you use one.. Seth." Said Jason in a 'questioning' tone.
Boron scanned the room of the plane, and did one last test to make sure everything on him was functional.
Scan Completed;
All Systems: Green
The messege appeared at the middle, far left of Borons field of vision. Boron smiled, he was in the Green, wich was never a bad thing, at leaste to him. "Excuse me, Jason?" Boron said. Jason turned his head to face Boron. Making eye contact, Boron continued:
"Tell me again, if we are wearing Dragon patches. Are we infiltrating Dragon base or Phoenix base? But if we infiltrate, or eliminate, or even merely weaken one of the rivalry gangs, wont the other one take advantage of their enemy's weakness due to our curent enrollment?" jason opened his mouth to answer, Boron still questioned. "If we take down one of the gangs, there is still one more, is there not? Then the surviving gang will be waitting, preparing for our invasion/infiltration of their gang. Sorry to ask all the questions, but this assignment we are now currently stuck in has many, many outcomes. None of them seem good if we happen to fail F.Y.I."
"Believe me Boron, we have already factored in those possibilities and we have came to this conclusion..-"
Wilhelm cut Jason off, "Dont fail." Wilhelm said, blowing out a puff of smoke.
Everyone turned and looked at eachother, then nodded. Failure was definetly not an option.

"That's why I said 'rookies'." Deimos snickered, his blue eyes unnaturally bright with a psychotic gleam that had Geras sighing. "Cat boy wants to make himself into meat patty, and you can't even differentiate where we are going and spouted the obvious. Don't you think that Jason would have thought of that? If he didn't, he wouldn't be staying in his position with his life intact, kid."
"What Deimos really meant, is that the Phoenix Triad is already being taken care of. You don't have to worry about them, so all you have to do is focus on this mission, and concentrate on make it a success because failure is not an option." Geras cut in before Deimos could offend any more people, though his own tone was not exactly friendly. "To be much more specific, we already have a plan B, but it's the last resort and you wouldn't want it used."
"Duh. Who would want the entire city to go crazy, drop dead, or become idiots?" Deimos chuckled nastily as he raised a finger and waved it about before pointing straight at Mavis and Brute. "They want their loved ones alive and well, or we wouldn't be taking this troublesome method and work with rookies."
[OOC: Deimos is at his most offensive because of his bad mood. Besides, who says we all have to be amiable to each other? =P]

"Thank God for professional mercenaries, then," commented Wilhelm with a grin.
"Hmph. Professional." Deimos looked at Alferei, who seemed rather nervous. "Was Uzbekistan fun? I'm sure you broke your entrenching tool."
"Hey, man. You don't wanna go there," said Brandon. "You just don't."
"I don't?" Deimos chuckled. "I'd say I already have."
"Shut up." Alferei, wanting to make no mistakes, checked on his weapons and made sure that everything he knew he would need was secured. Losing equipment was not uncommon during airdrops. "You don't know what it's like."
"That's enough. We're almost there," interrupted Jason with a slight frown. "Make final checks on all equipment, and get ready to drop."

After fitting Void with a spar uniform from the van, Cyril touches his earpiece to change the channel as he turnes to Sam. "What's the new setting?"
"1034.5" said Sam.
"Okay....HQ, HQ? This is Azure Fox and on target location number 23, what your location over?" said Cyril as he turned to Sam again. "Work your magic, then suit up as we leave as soon as this call is done."
"Then I'll tuck Sleeping Beauty in the back and stuff some painkillers in his pocket." chuckles Sam. "But knowing Hades is they'll put some acrobatics or some other off the world #######, but at least we got the better route with some nice scenery."

Jason really had to admit, this was not going to be an easy team for several reasons. One, Deimos was already showing dislike for those he had never seen before, which was always a conflict he would like to be resolved very soon. Then Seth was showing a daredevil attitude. He saw advantage in that, but also saw disadvantage. If he doesn't keep an eye on hum, he could get himself killed. Then there were the four mercenaries. They were good, no doubt from what he heard, but he only wondered how well they would do with others. From what he could understand, they were pretty much a group who liked sticking to trust between only them. After all, they were mercenaries, and that alone was a sign of loyalty only bought with money but not trust.
"Hey," Brute would say in response to Deimos, who spoke that they were the reason for this. "For your information, none of our 'loved ones' are even here. They are all in Tewen. However..." He would turn his head to Jason. "What I don't understand is why can't you just fire a few missiles toward the city and end it there. I mean, I don't see any reason for us to have to go through so much for a task so simple."
Jason would stare back, even though shades kept his eyes hidden for the time being. "Because," he says. "No matter who controls the city, it is still a city. People are still living lives like any normal people. Not only do willing Dragon members live there, but unwilling, too, so to destroy Matissi like that would be complete murder. It will be no different than if we had decided to solve the problem in Tewen by wiping it off the face of this earth. The key to a stable organization is its head. Remove it, and you remove the foundation, understand? The leaders of the Dragon are the true manipulators in this all. So we must get rid of them before anything else can be done. The same is happening over at Phoenix. Because of the lives at stake, they, too, are making sure to remain minor in their destructive natures. So, please, do not kill any one unless given hostility in return. And if so, get rid of the evidence."
Deimos would be watching Jason as he spoke, a small smirk on his face. He was realizing the Jason he once knew was slowly disappearing, and a more strong head one was becoming into existence. That was at least one worry off his mind.
"Now, then," he says, a clanking sound being heard as he snaps his parachute onto his body by attaching the belt across his front. "Let Operation Dragon Destruction begin."
"Three minutes left," the speaker would say.
"You will have a two-minute window open after that time to leave the plane if you want to end up at your destination accurately. Any later and you may not go where you wish.""Well, you heard that," Jason says. "No wimping out now. Let's do this."
The plane would be moving over a sea of clouds as the sun was showing high in the sky. Down below, the city was coming into view through the break of the clouds, yet it could be seen that it was currently raining in Matissi. The door of the plane is slid open, a sudden break of wind moving through the plane as any loose clothing on its inhabitants would be blowing fiercely. Jason would be right at the entrance of it, his hands removing his shades only to replace them with black-shaded goggles that would shield his eyes from the wind.
"5....4.....3....2.....1.....Go!"
WOOOOOOSH!
Jason would leap from the plane, his arms and legs spread as they bend upwards, now moving through the air as he enters into freefall, the immense air just passing across his body. The next group would be the four mercenaries, who would show little fear at even performing this feat. Brandon would leap first after performing some salute, Katrine leaping after. Wilhelm would make sure his parachute was fit nicely to him, going next. Alferei would step up to the opening before looking over to Geras and Deimos, who were standing there and waiting for them to go. He gives a smirk toward Deimos before falling backwards, letting himself move through the air in a much different way than the others.
Now it was Boron's turn, who walks over to the door and looks down. Well, at least one thing was for sure: he was living out a dream. He never exactly air dived before, but he always had this hidden passion for being in the air and soaring through it with no care in the world. A smile comes to his face when he thinks of this, letting himself take in the wind wisping through his brown hair before he leaps out next.
Seth would walk over and look down, only to be smiling more childishly than the rest. He would step back and takes a run as he is about to leap when he is suddenly grabbed by the back by Mavis and pulled to the side. She would give the guy a serious look as she thrusts a parachute into his stomach, making him take hold of it by reflex.
"Stop being a fool before you kill yourself," she says to him as she walks up next and exits into the sky. Seth just remains there staring at it, with Brute walking by him, giving him that same type of stare that showed that he wasn't well liked after saying something as amateur as that, now following behind his female companion. He would put on the thing anyway as he steps to the edge, looking down and sighing. Why didn't anyone believe he could land without the aid of some little parachute? They still thought he was a rookie, which was a bit intimidating.
"I'll show them," he silently says, suddenly removing the pack and jumping out, Geras and Deimos just looking on with a blank stare.
"He's dead," Geras would reply as he walks up next. "Come on, Deimos. It's just ten thousand feet. Besides, if we don't go now, we'll miss our landing point."

PLOP!
Void is thrown into the back of the van in the LAW uniform, now out cold from that one little shot. He heard those last words from Cyril, but now had an inner grudge for the undercover cop. And it wouldn't go without punishment later.
"Let's go," Cyril says before someone shouts:" FREEZE!"
Looking back shockingly, they will find it was Blaze, who was aiming two guns in their directions. Although Cyril and Sam were cops, Blaze did not know either of them, plus they weren't in their uniforms anymore anyway, so that must have further meant they were truly Dragons.
"I come for a little spin and it just so happens I run into a group of troublemakers. You're under arrest. Hands up."
"Look," Cyril says. "We're on your side." He reaches into his pocket, pulling out his LAW badge. "Cyril Richter, LAW officer."
"LAW?"
Sam would also bring out his badge. "If you don't believe us, you can always ask Jason yourself."
"Wait, you know him," he says as he lowers his weapons. "What are you guys doing then?"
"It's called an infiltration," Cyril would reply. "We're working along with the top level mission of bringing down Dragon."
"Wait, you mean you guys get to go? I don't understand. Why the heck didn't Jason ask me to come with him?" He places his guns as he then puts his hands onto his hips, frowning now.
"Maybe because he didn't want you getting yourself killed," Sam would reply as he walks toward back to the van. "Whatever the case, we can't stay here for long. We have a schedule to follow."
Blaze would look toward them before saying:" Wait....allow me to go with you."
"I'm sorry, but that's not acceptable," Cyril says. "One LAW officer is already enough. Two will make things more suspicious."
That is when he starts to laugh, his hand reaches into his coat and pulling out a Dragon badge. "You don't think you're the only sneaking rat here, do you?"
"How..."
"I was allowed into Dragon when they found out that I was a former member. They figured if I was let in, they could have me keep tabs on the workings of LAW. And don't worry: I usually just told lies anyway. So, this should be more than legible to allow me to go, right?"
A silence fell before they would turn away, with Cyril saying: "Fine. But if something happens to you, it isn't our fault."
"Like that would ever happen," he says with a chuckle, walking back to his car, and entering inside. He looks back toward Saber, who was currently cuffed but looking downward. "You know, if you want to be of some use, then maybe I'll give you a second chance."
Saber still did not respond, as if he was dead or something.
"If you help us out, then I'll drop all charges and let you go on your way. Just promise that you won't run out till we at least are in progress, you understand?"
Saber would slowly raise his head as he looks toward Blaze with one eye, staring coldly. "Why would I help some cops destroy some gang?"
"Because, it's better than being locked up, huh?"
The van would take off, with Blaze looking forward, now following with them. And now, it had begun. Both sides of the Matissi operation were underway. It was time to see what the future had in store for these crusaders of justice.

The van stopped at the back door of adminastration building with two thugs with recently prepressed suits from the cleaners and Romani sunglasses guarding the door, though Saber shows a slight aggression by flexing his fingers back and forth.
"Okay, we're here." said Cyril. "No Rambo crap from here on out, now we go in and you stay with me the entire time and Blaze, you take Void him if your stories straight."
"Hey, hey. No problem, since I already told you I'm already a Dragon on my past job." replied Blaze. "Think they'll still let me in."
"Okay then, get Saber's and Sam's guns."
Everybody got out of the van with Sam looking like a mid-aged man with Blaze dragging both Saber and Void out the van. The guards took notice as Cyril play it Bograt as the usual routine.
"Came to see Biggie, brought him some early christmas presents and a new meat that's interested. Oh and that mexican's with me, warm regards from uptown."
"Alright, but got to frisk the newbie. Policy rules."
"What's next, strip search?" with sacrasic reply. "Maybe you just ran out of pants to sniff."
"Wiseass as ever Cyril." As the guard finishs up. "Okay, leave the "presents" with me and go ahead to see the boss."
The 3 would walk thoughout the warehouse filled with rooms with illegal gambling, filled the air with all kinds of shouts, both angry and cheerful just as the tables were dropping both cards, dice, and roulette balls. Then to the main office to where Biggie resides as Cyril opens the door. Vinnie "Biggie" Morris, a underboss in charge of the warehouse activity. He knows his way around the business, but lack the balls to support that big ego as his, taking his frustrations out underage slaves and callgirls. And as usual, he has another girl sucking him off as well giving off his whinny tones.
"Oh, the maniac returns. Sorry if I can't get up since this bitch can suck so good, even my nipples are standing up. Who's these two other clowns you brought with ya!?"
"This is Sam, he wants to join up since help me deal off with some LAW POSs snooping around here, and that's Blaze, and he's from uptown."
"Uptown!?" shouted Biggie, as the girl accidently bite down from the shock. "Ah you ##### bitch! *slap* Who told you can slack off like that!? Get this bitch in heat outta here." As the outside guards dragged her away with her screaming and crying.
"Back to what I was saying, guess Ryuji knew LAW was up to something, besides the Phoenixs breathing down our necks like dogs. Saying they were cooking up some big time play that was going to wipe us out, but leave to the big boss to come up with some counter-play to teach those ##### feds a lesson. So the boys downstairs said you brought in two LAW pigs as a "christmas present?"
"Thought you needed the exercise besides all the racket from downstairs." replied Cyril.
"That's us italians for we know to do is ride out the tides. Okay, bring along the fresh meat and let's play a little baseball with our guests."

Saber was all quiet. His thoughts were his own. They always were. The only other living thing that knew what he knew was Celina.
"Saber, what happened?"
It was Celina again.
"I don't know. I don't trust them. They belong to an organization called LAW. Run background checks."
Celina provided him with the information in seconds.
"LAW is an organization used to fight crime. This mission is to take down the Dragon gang."
Saber knew that already. He kept silent.
"Check for histories...of military programs....."
"Saber, these files were all I found. No others exist in the cities database."
Saber swore mentally. They must have transplanted all files to an off-site location. If they could find the datastream, then they should be able to check out his hunch.....
"Celina, run check of this name: NX-3028."
Celina was much longer this time.
"NX-3028. Background is minimal. I'll bring up the files now."
Saber spent a few seconds browsing through the files. Most were just conspiracy theories, but two caught his attention. The first was an e-mail, from the President to the Director of LAW.
But it was the second that had him entralled.
"Subject NX-3028. It's my file. This is my existence Celina."
Celina sent a silent inquiry, like a tap on the shoulder.
"The earliest thought I had was when I was twelve. I was taken from my family. Everything from there until I was woken up on the streets one day is a blur."
"Saber, the past is often painful."
"There is no pain for me anymore Celina. I stopped feeling long ago."
It was the closest thing to an emotion besides frustration that Saber had felt.
"NX-3028. Arm and chest replaced with Nano-botics. Brain cybernetically enhanced. There's a log entry."
Log: Today was the first day of his physical therapy. His chest is reacting as predicted. He's able to do basic exercise.
One week ago, we installed the arms. We've noticed something though. Muscles in the arm are growing at a rate far faster than planned. We've decided to add a special nano-bot to cure these.
It was then Saber realized that he was a guinea pig. An experiment in a game he didn't understand.
"Saber. The file. I've noticed something else. Your iron over the past four months have increased dramatically. The arm is reproducing, and merging with your cells. I ran a diagnostic. Your entire chest, legs, and most of your neck are now nano-botic."
Saber knew now what emotion was. He felt only one, that of misery.
"Then Celina, I will either die, or adapt. There is no delaying it anymore. I am not an inventor. I cannot recreate what they did to prevent this."
Saber let the frustration and despair rise inside him. Turning towards the nearest wall, he removed a brick. He squeezed it slowly, crushing the red clay into a fine powder.
"There is no pain where power lies. And the injustices that have been done to me will be avenged."

With the air hitting against his face, Alferei dove down and rolled backwards, until he faced the ground and spread out his limbs to catch the air.
"FOR THE MOTHERLAND!" he exclaimed as he went down.
"For the Queen of England!" yelled Brandon. "Hell yes!"
"For MONEY!" added Katrine jokingly with a great smile.
"For my cigarettes!" finished Wilhelm as the four joined arms. "We dive together, we land together!"
"For the Motherland!"
"Shut up about the ****ing Motherland!" yelled Wilhelm as he looked up and down at the others who were dropping with them. "All of you! Drop ready to fight!" He patted his pistol, which was safely secured in a holster with his hand before grabbing the others' arms again. "Deploy!"
The others nodded and separated at once, pulling their parachute cords once they were clear of each other. Their rapid descent was slowed by the deployed parachutes, and they each quickly readied their weapons, in the event that they were attacked upon landing. One could never be too careful.
"Oi!" exclaimed Alferei, waving his arm at the others, who turned their heads to observe him. He signalled to what looked like a nice spot to land; it was a clearing. They each gave him a thumbs up as he moved his arm in a circular fashion, directing their descent. Quickly, he steered the parachute, and they followed suit soon after, spiralling downwards in large circles towards their intended landing area, only adjusting if the wind threatened to blow them away from their landing point.
Once they had landed, they quickly removed the parachutes, and with entrenching tools - they went nowhere without them - they buried the parachutes in separate locations, before they gathered and snuck around, hiding while waiting for the others to land.

As the wind flew past his face, the other ground becoming much larger, Seth couldn't help but smile. Knowing he probably made everyone on his team think he was a dead cat, his smile only grew bigger. With his arms and legs sprawled out, his eyes watering as they were wide open, falling down. His cat ears were out catching as much air as he could, wanting to fall for the longest time possible. He almost yelled "WOO HOO" But knew he was on a misson.
'Wait..what am I doing..? I don't even know where I'm landing!...Oh well.' He then made his body like a pencil, pressing his legs together and his arms against his body. He passed Boron now smiling to him, as he put his right hand next to his head, saluting him with two fingers, and then passed him on. Now dodging each member he finally made his wait to Jason keeping up with him, he got in a bit close as he asked,
"So where are we landing?"

"Shut the f- up." Deimos's entire being was tensed and brimming with unhappiness as he directed his glacier-like glare at Geras and the others that were still on the plane. His ice-blue eyes stared out at the open space for a long time, then finally, he squeezed them shut and stepped out.
His body reacted to the sudden change in surroundings automatically, a sign that he had indeed been trained in this particular subject that he so despised. Such was his familiarity with it that he instinctively knew what to do, and how to position himself best. But it did not mean that he liked it at all. Oh no, not at all.
Not since a fellow Hades member he was undergoing training with accidentally banged into him and plunged him off an airplane unprepared. And with the worst of luck, his parachute malfunctioned on him.
Until now, he still was not sure how he survived the incident with just a broken leg. When the bastard tried to reason that as a telepath, he should have 'heard' him approaching, Deimos decked him. Then explained that having to adjust to sudden loss of 'voices' due to extreme heights sometimes screws up a telepath's ability. Then punched him again.
And he had not done parachuting or skydiving or whatever activities that required him to jump for a plane that was way above land. Until now.
Clenching his teeth together in a way that probably would set off a headache later, Deimos willed himself to focus on the task at hand, which was to land successfully. It was perhaps more difficult for him, as he had to brace himself for the sudden influx of 'voices' as Matissi came into his telepathic range from below, and get over the disorientation quickly to survive landing.
He wondered if he was better off not taking this mission and staying back at a nearby Hades headquarters, enjoying a nice bag of caramel sweets.
[OOC: Deimos's fear explained! I didn't touch on Geras because there are anything interesting with them. So let's just assume they all jumped and landed safely.]

Clouds would engulf their view as they lower in altitude, nothing but gray all around, as if they had just entered into a place they were no longer going to come back from. It seemed like they would forever be lost within the rain-filled puffs. But then, they would exit it, only to have the view of Matissi come into existence. The city was large....larger than Tewen, and certainly showing more activity. But in the middle, the largest building caught they eyes, as a dragon emblem decorated the tall skyscraper with arches running down each of its four sides and to the ground to add even more artistic distinguishment to it. It was the main HQ of Dragon, the head of all of the gang's operations.
Jason would stare toward it, his hidden eyes taking on a more serious look, with his right hand curling into a fist. Finally, he was here, and it was time to take down the organization that had caused all of this trouble for him. He thought two years ago that they had gotten rid of them. But like roaches, they returned, so it was time to make sure this would never happen again.
Then his trance is removed by the sudden appearance of Seth to his left side, with Jason looking toward him before his eyes go wide.
"So where are we landing," Seth asks.
Jason would shout to him: "Where's your parachute?"
"Oh, that? Well, I kinda lost it. So, I'm just going to soar this one freestyle if it's alright with you."
Oh, great, this guy couldn't have just....Jason would suddenly grab Seth and pull him toward him, pulling out his emergency parachute package and suddenly strapping it around the cat boy.
"Keep....it....on," he says in a serious scowl before looking down toward the ground.
"Alright, everyone," he shouts into the headphones. "Let's make this happen!"
His left hand takes hold of a string, pulling it. Next thing he knew, the parachute folds from the bag and becomes wide, suddenly giving Jason a great lift before his slow descension starts toward the ground. Mavis and Brute would follow, with Boron just seeming at the best of peace with himself on his way down. A weird person he was.
The four mercenaries were a bit off, but they were still in the general area, so losing them wasn't a possibility. Further and further down they would go, with the ground and trees on the outskirts of Matissi becoming closer at a hasty speed, soaring down like a bird ready for landing. Jason's legs would kick to prepare for when he lands, and when he does, he takes a good run across the ground to try to slow his speed before coming to a stop, his parachute behind him lowering to the ground. Once he lands, he unlatches his package and looks toward the city, removing his goggles as rain lightly pours down onto them in the slightly chilly climate.
"We're finally here," he says as he just stares.

"And I don't ever want come here again." Deimos grumbled under his breath as he took care of his own parachute. Geras chuckled from somewhere behind him and was rewarded with another sullen glare, the others watching with various degrees of amusement, shielding the rain from their faces.
"We shouldn't be standing out here. First thing up is securing a base of ops right?" Patting Jason's shoulder, the former Phoenix signalled for his team to move out. He was about to join them when he suddenly cocked his head to one side and closed his eyes. Then he turned to Jason with a grin. "Momos sent word, he will meet us in the Draconis 27 webcafe nearby in twenty minutes. He's got us a few gifts."
"That's nice."
"Dei." Geras approached him, a cellphone in his hand and grim expression on his face. "The black cat just called. The sharks smelled a rat, so the double-tailed cat went back out to the garden, with the kitten and ninja still inside."
[OOC: Code talk, by Geras. It means the Phobos contacted them about Moros's cover being blown, and he joins up with Phobos, while Kaito and Enyalios remain in the Phoenix HQ. By the way, the information isn't meant to be shared with the others. Only Jason and the Hades ppl will know.]

"How did I end up like this?" said the uniformed agent while still tied with plastic handcuffs while on a helicopter with 2 LAW officers watching him talking about him with mixed feeling.
"Why they want this kid on the infilration team anyways!?" said the first cop.
"Bah, it's Arnelli's orders. Wants him transferred under Hades, and perfect add-on to those collection of freaks." as the other cop replied.
"Well be glad to not look at his face, maybe he's too ugly not to attract even a dog in heat." as he laughed out loud."
"*sigh* Wish I was back at school or still sleeping with Mary right now." as Kei feel asleep.
As the images of the past replay thoughout his mind from the wreakage a block away, on the ground staring face to the sky as many officers come up with their guns pointed while their voices were dissorted. Next image comes from a holding cell, wall's all tan and disgusting look floors as the door opens up and an older man walks in.
"Prisoner # 82R322. Ahhh...you must be little Kei, how you grown." as he said, reading his file. "It saddens me that such good youth turn into punks. I forgot to introduce myself, the name's Arnelli and I'm sorta the big boss around here."
"I didn't do anything! I was trying to help somebody who was struck during the fire." shouted Kei.
"So you say, though their were several witnesses saw you pulling the victim down, but I know it's just a false alibi. So you matured and gain to be a psychic and just decided to have a little fun. Kids these days, always running destroying things and just as well ##### like rabbits. am I getting a little warmer?"
"You son of a...." *scream* as a collar on his neck electrocutes Kei. "What...what did you do!?"
"You like that? Gives a better job than your girlfriend I must say, but I can't have you use your powers on me yet."
"If I could..." as Kei replied.
"But since I have both brothers in my hands, I must well let both of them be the puppets that I want them to be." said Gilgred. "Now I'll give a choice now, I'll let you go if you're willing to play by the rules. But you'll be under a team of mercenaries under both LAW and Hades's control as an NOC a week and a half from now, but...if you say no, I'll leave you here and I know they'll love the mouth you got and I'll show your girl what a real man feels like."
"Don't you touch her! Don't you touch Mary!" as a collar activates again, dropping him to the ground, struggling to get back up. "*sigh* I'll....I'll do it."
"Smart boy." says Arnelli. "Now rest up for you're going to need all the training you're going to get. I'm sending you to Hades first thing tomorrow, and....don't disappoint me. hehehe" as the door slammed shut behind Gilgred as the flashback ended as the helicopter lands.
"Alright, out freak-o." said the first officer with his gun drawn, as they hop out of the copter, walking towards the group on land. "Who's the commanding officer?"
"I am" said Jason.
"You got an late addition, Arnelli's orders." as he hands off the official papers. "He also said that he to be assigned to Hades instead of your group. Don't ask me how, but one more to the freak show. Also he gives this message: "Call him whatever you hell you want for I don't a rat's ass about Greek mythos anyway."" As they untie Kei's cuff, then boards the copter as it prepares for take off. "Good then, and SEE you later freak-o!"

"What nice friendly considerate bastards." Deimos smirked, his ice-blue eyes glinting dangerously. "Actually... they will make a good demonstration, and I don't give a flying damn about anyone spotting us right now."
Smiling like an angel, he stared right at the helicopter before it could take off and as his eyes widened, the ice-blue orbs turned silvery blue in split second. The officers onboard suddenly clutched their heads and screamed.
"Don't worry, nobody's going hear the screams." The blue-haired assassin grinned like a boy who just got candy as he listened to the pain-filled shrieks. "Or rather, they won't care at all. I 'told' the brains in the hearing range to not hear anything unusual."
Geras frowned, "Dei, what are you doing?"
"You'll see."
And they did see. A minute after the officers stopped their screams, The officer who had delivered Arnelli's message stepped off the helicoptor with a dazed expression on his face. And saluted to the smiling telepath. "Thanks for the punishment, Deimos-sama. I will give bastard Arnelli your message."
Casually, Deimos spoke up. "I want to verify the message, scum."
He seemed to not have noticed the insult, or just did not care about it at all. "Yes sir. The message is 'The God of Terror himself will teach you about Greek myths, uneducated pedophilic f-er.'"
"Good. And you have something to say to Kei here, don't you?"
"Yes sir. Thank you for reminding me, sir." The officer then turned slightly to face Kei directly and dropped into a ninety degree bow. "I am truly sorry for my transgression towards you, Kei-sama."
Noting the newcomer's expression with glee, Deimos waved a hand in dismissal. "Get the hell back and deliver my message."
"Yes sir!"
Another sharp salute, and he left, leaving Deimos with an extremely pleased look. "I'll track down Arnelli later, but this will suffice for now. Geras, Cae, Kei here is a pyrokinetic, teach him what's necessary. Shall we go now, ladies and gentlemen?"

"Anyways, it's a pleasure to work with you. But I have a request: please don't call me by my real name since I have my reason due this is Dragon ground."
"I understand." replied Deimos. "But what should I call you then?"
"We'll just think of a name on the way, nee?" As he starting to warm up to his usual self. "So where we going next and have any goodies leftover?"

"So we taking this evangelist to pier for disrespecting our girls shouting "You don't need to give your bodies for unearthly pleasures for you need to give yourself to god!" and some other freakin' bibical BS. That's where I said "If you give yourself to god, then he'll make you walk on water" and I just dumped that stupid bastard with some concret shoes to his feet and waited 2 hours for his "resurrection"." Vinnie was laughing out so loud, but Cyril let out a slight chuckle out.
"What's the next one Vinnie, outbeating Superman?"
"I couldn't." Vinnie would reply. "Not with Wonder Woman at his side, and if I could...I would steal the broad away from her. But sadly, business always got to interfear with pleasure."
Vinnie would open the door revealing both Saber and Void both strapped with metal chains to a chair with both of their eyes taped shut. Cyril let both Sam and Blaze in first before letting himself while carrying the bat he took from upstairs.
"Making these guys comfortable?" ask Cyril to a guardsman.
"Well tough-guy ninja has been quiet the entire time while #####' metal armed, steroid freak here had a nice long to the wall, so I slapped him around a little just to shut him up." Tapping on Void's check with grin on his face as he walked out the door, closing it behind him.
"Okay tough-guys." shouted Vinnie, taking off his Armani jacket. "I know you all are working for LAW, right? Boss Masato wanted me to find out what ya guys are planning, so you better start talking right...freakin'...now."
Void says nothing while Saber spits right at Vinnie's face.
"ARRRGGHHH! "Be careful," replied Katrine, tapping Alferei's shoulder. He nodded, and they walked on, weapons ready in case they were fired upon.
"Once we reach the city, just stay cool and keep your weapons out of sight if you can. If not, then it should still be fine, but we might draw suspicion for carrying too many around at once," added Wilhelm. "Leave all the talking to me if we're approached."
"Right. Why don't we check where to rendezvous?" suggested Brandon. "We won't get very far without contact."

Geras sighed, and mentally swore at Deimos for throwing him this enormous chore before walking up to the young man. "I'm Geras, nice to have you. If you don't mind, we can call you 'Shade', since you're probably going to be recruited by us anyway. I take it that by 'goodies', you mean equipment. We don't have any extras, but I think you can borrow some from the mercs. I'll introduce you to them later.
"Now, you listen to me carefully." Geras's let's-get-this-over-with tone slowed and his blue eyes were dead serious as he stared at Kei. "You will obey Deimos and I without questions, and will defer to your seniors automatically. If we ask you to do something, do it quickly. You do not attempt to be a hero or a goddamn saviour. We are not obliged to help you in that kind of situation.

As Moros' eyes flickered, signifying the activation of the psychic's abilities, sight of the thin needles barely reached the shinobi's attention, allowing the cloaked figure but seconds to respond accurately. Despite knowledge that Moros' attack possessed an extreme likelihood of targeting non-vital extremities, with the physician taxing Kaito's nervous system, preventing any further injury appeared the wisest course of action.
While being a shinobi numbed a great deal of the pain experienced, with Igami's abilities and the mental strain placed on the shinobi whilst carrying an enhanced mental shield, Kaito knew rather well he would suffer either mental fatigue, a detriment to fulfillment of his duties, or physical exhaustion, which could be ignored for a decent while. Thus, with every motion to parry a needle with another retrieved shuriken, the opportunity to prevent the other two lessened.
As the shinobi brought the shuriken to its needed position, Kaito realized the effort proved futile. The needles appeared to freeze in mid-air for but a second, before the items floated as a soft wind into Dolos' outreached hand.
"Kaito-chan, how droll. If Dolos-sama hadn't been so kind, I may have found another patient in need of my services." The last word the physician uttered resonated with a drawl, signifying another intent than a purely medicinal meeting. Whether or not the Phoenix head cared, Kaito doubted: Dolos' temperment was easily moved to extreme anger or bitterness, and, under the circumstances, Kaito found himself taking pity on a very particular dual-psychic.
"Rauls, tend to Kaito's wounds. I'll not have one of my officers in his condition. If you both will excuse me, I have business I must attend to."
Bowing, sullenly, the two ex-Yakuza members took their leave. Before disappearing from the telekinetic's sight, Anteros and Orpheus crossed Kaito's mind once more.
//This war has gone on for far too long.//
"Igami, I'll take great pleasure in your death."
"As I, yours, Kaito-chan. As I, yours."
(OOC: I'm sorry that it doesn't add much to the plot, but.... here it is. Per usual, Sel-chan, if I've misused Dolos, please inform me and it will be altered as soon as possible.)

With his eyes shut, Dolos sucked in a deep breath after the door of his office was closed, and let it out. He did it again, in an attempt to cool down the flames of anger he was feeling. Fists clenched and unclenched, and the inferno in his heart still burned strongly. Everything in the room began to shake violently, threatening to fall onto the floor, and he knew that he was on the verge of losing control.
He wondered if it was a good time to visit his little helpless prisoner, wanting to hear the plotting bastard scream and soothe his emotional pain. Like he told the traitorous teleporter, he had indeed trusted Moros. At first he had been suspicious, but Moros provided so much help and support to him that he began to invest his trust. Little by little. But now, see where it got him.
But he knew that in his fury and with Enya's condition, he could kill Enya without knowing, and that would not be what he want. He wanted to enjoy tormenting Enyalios, making him beg for mercy or even for death. A dreamy smile crept up his lips as he imagined the dual psychic writhing in pain, and his anger disappeared, just a little.
Feeling more rational and in more control, Dolos pressed the intercom to his third-in-comm... now second-in-command and spoke. "Danyel, I want you to contact the best of our fighters, assassins... as many as you can who are currently in Vincellio, and tell them I'm issuing a hunt. I'll send you a folder of information, they are descriptions of their targets. Forward a copy to whoever you can reach, and put it on the Black List too. I want everyone capable in this city to be hunting them."
---
Phobos was not happy, and he figured that Moros must be feeling much the same way. The telepathic network opened between them made it known that the others were not happy by the sudden unwanted twist. /Don't blame yourself, Moros. It is not easy to detect a telepath's presence, full-fledged one or not./
Nemesis's mental voice joined in. /Nonetheless, our plans may need to be changed./
/Yes... but not by much. We will have to get into position earlier because the targets may start moving. If Enya's job is blocked, then we'll do plan B. And Dolos will undoubtedly send his people to hunt for us, and that may make it harder for us to remain hidden. But while our surprise for him may be spoiled, there are too little of us to have open conflicts. So just be extra careful./
After everyone gave their response, Phobos directed his grim thoughts towards one particular member of the team. /Draenaria, you have a new job./

Jason didn't take the comment from the officer who delivered Kei very nicely. His frown showed that, even though his shades hid his eyes, too. And just when they were taking off, he suddenly hears them screaming. "What's going on," he would exclaim before one of them leaps out, suddenly speaking toward Deimos, as if he had suddenly had a change of heart.
"Not another one of your mind tricks," Jason would mentally think as he sees them take off again. So, Arnelli was the one to bring this Kei out here. He always saw that man as one of the corrupted ones, meaning he was more of an agressive type of LAW officer than normal, a man who loved to torture those he arrested with nothing coming against him. He was lethal, experienced, and given high respect through both his appearance and his skill as an officer. It was no wonder he could deliver this type of message with no problem. He watches the helicopter take off before looking over to Deimos and Geras, finding that Kei was to be named Shades now. And he was pyrokinetic, too, so that only meant he was another psychic. Maybe it was a relief to Jason for having so many skilled fighters on this team, but he somehow didn't feel comfortable with them all being in the same place at once. He felt like someone may pick up on the bundle of power from these psychics soon and detect them. Worry touched his mind, but also had to give Deimos and his friends credit in that they probably had a way around that, much like the speakers they all were wearing now.
"Hey, you," Jason calls to Shade as he walks over, removing a headset from his backpack. "This is yours. I have one more spare left, so don't break this."
Shades would take it and place it onto his head before nodding. "Thanks. By the way, I hope I am not a bother to you. I actually didn't want to come."
Jason would shake his head. "Don't be. Besides, if it was Arnelli who sent you here, then you might as well follow with his orders. You were taken prisoner were you?"
He would nod in confirmation, Jason sighing. "That man's always having his captives do something for him. I still cannot believe he has yet to be questioned about his wrongdoings. But he always seems to defend it with 'I am making them work for their freedom and having them learn a valuable lesson.' What a sadist." He would walk away as he moves toward the city, looking back before he gets the message from Alferei.
"What is your location," Jasons says into the speaker.
"Right behind you."
He turns to find the four walking up a slight hill, having Jason just stare before moving onward toward the city before them, the rain seeming to have stopped for now, but the smell of it was still vibrant in the air as each breath he took created a fog, showing that the temperatures were still around the low. But not too low to be a bother with their equipment.
"Draconis 27, right, Deimos," Jason says as he looks over his shoulder toward the blue haired psychic who was following behind with his hands in his pockets, eyes closed as if he was thinking about something.
"Yeah," he would reply, showing a small smirk on his mouth. The guy was a mystery to Jason, who turns back around continuing to cross through the slight woods they were in as they got closer and closer to the city's boundary. It wasn't until they reached a tall fence which showed a district on the other side with buildings, looking rundown with no one around. It must have been the right place after all. No one was anywhere. Right when Jason is about to touch the fence, Geras would shout: "Don't!"
He stops as Geras walks up, moving his right index finger forward until a shock travels from the fence to the tip of it, having him recoil it as he shakes it. "Thought so. We're in Matissi now, not some normal city. Hm....how should we get through this...."
Jason would look back as he ponders this himself.
--------------------------------------------------------------
Sam would look at the bat that was handed to him, taking it into the grip of his right hand and walks forth toward the two. He had to give it to Saber, the guy was a metal house. He still showed no sign of fatigue, looking like he could still go on. But his sight to Void had him cock an eyebrow. The guy was as motionless and quiet as anything. But being the closest to a friend Void had, Sam knew exactly what was going on. It was all clear. He looks back to Vinnie and Cyril, saying:" Hey, Void's dead."
"Dead," Cyril questions, while Vinnie walks over, taking the guy by the neck as he feels for a pulse. That is when he lets go.
"Heh, weakling." He looks back to Cyril. "Take him away."
Cyril would walk over and throw Void over his left shoulder before exiting the room. He would look toward him, wondering if he was really dead. If so, then he was going to feel guilty about this one. He places him down, checking him again, but still no sign of a pulse. "Damn," cursed Cyril as he sighs, picking up the body again and moving out of the door, placing it into the van. When he moves from out of it, standing right there next to him would be the real McCoy, his arms folded as he seemed to let out a slow chuckle from behind his mask.
"What? You....you're alive? But if this is you, then..."
Void would take the mask straight off the supposed dead him, revealing it to be one of the guards they had first met at the entrance of this building. Cyril was bobbled of how he did it, but wouldn't ask questions. He was alive, so everything was fine.
"You scared me there for a moment. Well, since we're in, here's your task. This section of the city operates under a large generator under this street. The passage to this storage is in the basement of this building. Get there and shut it down."
Void would just walk toward the door before entering. "W-wait, guards are in there!" When he tries to catch him, he looks inside, but finds that Void was gone. As if he had just....
disappeared.

IC:
Saber felt pain shoot through his abdominal muscles.
"Celina, how much time before I'm fully mechanical?"
Saber began to feel worried. Celina never took this long too come up with results for him, unless it was bad.
"Damn. This is bad. The link is activated, but Celina isn't responding."
Saber turned towards the others, his.....comrades?....no....captors.
"Should I warn them, and spare their lives, or keep quiet and take my revenge?"
Celina didn't respond.
Saber struggled with the situation in his mind. For the first time since his capture, he spoke.
"Damn it."
Cyril and the others turned towards Saber in suprise. He didn't give them a chance to speak.
"You have to leave me now."
Cyril looked puzzled.
"Why is that?"
Saber grimaced again, the pain finally overrunning his ability to control.
"My arms and legs.....they aren't made of human flesh. I'm part....so to be full....machine. I don't know how much time you have before I'm a full machine, or what will happen, but by my esitmates, you'll have thirty minutes until my brain is overrun, and then you'll have about thirty seconds to live."
Saber didn't remeber the reply as he crumpled over onto the floor, his mind white with the pain.

"We can do this our way, unless you have someone on the inside working a way for us to get in," declared Katrine with a smile, having heard what Jason said.
"I'd step away and crouch low in someplace dark if I were you," added Alferei, his eyes darting around and observing the area. "You don't really want to be seen hanging around suspiciously."
"So which is it?" asked Wilhelm, resisting the urge to light up and smoke. They would be spotted much easier if he did. The naked eye could see the lit end of a cigarette easily, in almost any kind of light. "Either we cut the power somehow, or we sneak in by other ways. But with security so high, sewers will probably be out of the option, and passing vehicles will be inspected. And remember, if the power is cut, they'll probably send canine teams and patrols armed with night or thermal vision." Analysing and anticipating was one of Wilhelm's abilities, and he was proud of it. "I'd say we'll have a few minutes of time to get to a safehouse if the plan is to cut power and sneak in. Unless of course, you want to take the main entrance."
"Which will it be?" asked Brandon finally.

"If Enya-chan had came with us, this would be so much easier." Deimos brushed his lower lip with one hand and poked at the fences with his other, hissing softly as he felt the shock. "Since it's too stupid for us to be stuck here, and I don't particularly want to have to influence too many people, I'll do us all a favour."
Without waiting for any sign of disagreement, his ice-blue eyes changed its color again as he stared through the fences at something very far away. In about fifteen seconds, he closed his eyes and smirked. "Alright, it's done. Go ahead and touch the fence."
"What did you do?" Jason asked as Geras reached for the fence with an indifferent expression, and succeeded in making physical contact with it. "Yet another of your mind tricks?"
"I'm a telepath, Dinguard. Mind tricks are my specialty." Deimos tapped his temple with a finger. "As for what I did... let's just say, I asked the nearest person who can switch off the electricity to do it for a little while. He 'has' a good reason to do it, if anyone is to check on him.
"So... shall we go now, or do I have to teach the rookies how to scale the fence? I don't mind, but I can feel the beginning of a migraine, so I won't be gentle with it at all."

"Hey, just because I'm a rookie doesn't mean I haven't forgotten to scale a fence." as Shade put a smile on his face. "But, we still have a long way to the towers."
"What exactly do you mean by that?" replied Deimos with the same look on his eyes.
"If I remember right...The towers is at the very center of the city, but there's a problem that it's guarded like a fortress. For another dilemma is with are present course, we wouldn't make it without being eyes on, but I know a place to use as a safehouse about 5 blocks from here on the southside. Don't ask me how." Shade put his right foot on the first scale.
"Is it secure?" Deimos still tapes his temple.
"Yea. It's mostly for a Dragon's hideout for remiants to lay low from LAW, but only for emergencies."

"I wouldn't doubt Alferei's ability to sneak around," said Katrine, smiling widely. "But we're wasting time. Let's go."
"I'd have expected barbed wire at the top, really," commented Wilhelm as he stretched his arms and legs. "I'm not complaining though."
Brandon smiled, and approached the fence. In five seconds, he was across to the other side, looking left and right to see if anyone had seen him. "I think it's clear," he said as Katrine and Alferei came over, the others coming along as well.
"All right, so we're in," stated Wilhelm plainly as he patted his body to check that his equipment was secured. "Now, where's that safehouse?"

Jason would just be staring at Deimos after that little trick he pulled before turning his attention back to the fence. One hand touches it. He was right. The other goes to it, and soon he was climbing the fence, keeping his eyes around to see if no one was watching. And with a leap, he was over the fence, landing in a crouch right on the other side, where the four mercenaries had next followed. Now, the next objective was a safehouse. Now, Katrine and Shade had both offered their services in securing a place, but the fact was, could he trust either's party. Katrine claims she has many possible places, but he didn't know if either would welcome a bunch of people like them. And this place Shade spoke of was a bit out of the question. They didn't look like your typical run aways, so he wouldn't be able to accept that option. Things weren't looking fine for them.
"The only choice we have is to find somewhere we can stay So, Katrine..." He looks toward the woman. "We're leaving that in your hands. Can you locate us the nearest residence?"
She would give a smirk. "Give me five minutes to contact them and we'll be set."
"Good." Jason would move over to Deimos as the woman prepares her communication.
"Deimos, you and I will go to this Draconis 27 place and meet with the contact there." He would then turn to the others. "As for the rest of you, I need you follow Katrine when she is ready. Me and Deimos have somewhere to go. We won't be long. We'll contact you when we're on our way back. And be careful, guys. We're now in enemy territory. Do not take this mission likely."

Katrine quickly grabbed her mobile phone, and called one of her contacts, whom she knew would be awake at this hour.
"Hello? Find me a place where I can avoid the rain, thanks," she said once he answered.
"Sure. Go to Cartsic's."
"Got it. Thank you." She hung up, and dropped the phone into her pocket, before turning to the others. "We're going to a safehouse now; it's not too far from here and it's quite inconspicuous. It belongs to a friend of mine; the family business is the restaurant named 'Stracci's', but the basement level has plenty of room for our group to rest in. A lot of people go in and out all day, so if we merge into the crowds we can enter without a problem. The owner maintains his personal armoury as well. We should be there within half an hour if we walk; fifteen minutes if we run."
Alferei attached the suppressor to his assault rifle, and switched the fire mode to automatic. "If we're all ready, we should make a move now."

"Let's grab a cab, Jason, or we'll be late and Momos will bitch at me." Deimos's wide grin indicated that he did not mind being bitched at, but he did want to be on time. He turned back to the others who were getting ready to leave, and wriggled his fingers. "Play nice, Geras and Cae. And don't forget about your assignment, Daemie-chan."
Geras let out a long-suffering sigh as Vondaemie bounced cheerily, waving back happily with Alcaedo watching with mild amusement.
The trip to the web cafe Draconis 27 was quiet and uneventful, for the most part. The cab driver was a little suspicious of them, but a stare from Deimos's direction had him quickly changing his mind. Literally speaking, of course. Slouching in the backseat, the telepath was content to gaze dreamily out of the window in silent, his hand reaching up to play with his own hair that was streaming down from his shoulder. Its length spoke of the time it had passed since he last left Tewen, for he had not gotten it cut since. But Deimos, as proven by his previous actions, had not changed a bit.
When they reached their destination, Deimos led Jason straight into the web cafe and towards a particular corner. Momos was grinned up at him as he shifted the simple baseball cap on his head backwards. "You're early, Dei. Are you that eager to see me or you broke up with your bitch and can't get anyone to warm your bed?"
"I'll sleep with anyone but you, bitch. I don't want to catch the fleas from you." Deimos retaliated easily as he motioned to Jason beside him. "This here is Jason, whom you didn't get to meet yesterday in your rush." Then he pointed directly at Momos. "And this f-er here is Momo who just came back with scraps from the sewers."
"It's Momos, you retard." Momos lifted his sharp orange eyes to meet Jason's. "Nice meeting you, bastard. Now buy me a coffee and let's get the hell out of this stinky place. I got us some good stuff and the druggie moron here will be happy to try it out."
[OOC: Momos really is a very offensive person. The last sentence is intentionally misleading, but not exactly a lie either. xD]

The conversation between Momos and Deimos was interesting, to say the least. And Jason really didn't pay much attention to the way they greeted one another until he is finally referred to in a vulgar manner.
"Nice meeting you, bastard. Now buy me a coffee and let's get the hell out of this stinky place. I got us some good stuff and the druggie moron here will be happy to try it out."
Jason would give Momos a frown until Deimos would interrupt upon knowing how his fellow friend was feeling. "Don't worry about him. He's always like this. He's pretty much the worst bastard out of them all. So take it really as a compliment on his part."
Jason wasn't buying Deimos's attempt to cheer him up, but he would walk toward the counter, anyway, to get them something to drink. As he is at the counter, the door would open as someone steps in, and at that moment, the psychis Momos and Deimos would feel a great chill pass across their mental minds. Looking around, they would find it was someone stepping in, with no hair on his head, but a long black ponytail extending from the back of his skull. He was wearing a sleevless green shirt with the traditional Chinese latches in the front. A slight golden design was also on this attire. His pants were a loose black and stopped right above the ankles. And his footwear consisted of no socks, but very short shoes, that could be considered sandals, if not for the entire covering of the bottom foot and toes. And a visible dragon tattoo was on his right arm, the black creature wrapping all around it, down to his wrist.
The guy had a very tough-looking face, and his presence alone stirred some of the customers. Jason would nod in thanks as he turns, only for his eyes to meet the fierce eyes of the new stranger. "Excuse me," Jason would say as he turns to move back toward the table, until a hand from the man is placed in the path of the officers, having him stop and look to his right. "What are you doing," he asks in his calm, but serious tone.
The tanned-skin stranger would give Jason a strong look. Then in a moment's notice, a right knee is struck into the officer's stomach, striking him backwards into the counter, two stools falling over onto the floor. Gasps come from the people inside, the tattoed man next taking hold of the front of Jason's collar, swinging his left fist straight for his face. That is when Jason retaliates with his right hand grasping the fist and pushing against it, his left leg bending up, followed by a kick into the stomach, pushing the guy back. And there they stood, facing each other, Jason's teeth showing in his frown. "What the hell are you doing," he says, hoping that this guy wasn't sent to take them out. If so, then that would mean that they're cover was blown somehow.
"Hmph," the guy would say as he stood there. "Come on. That's all you got? Show me more."
Deimos would attempt to dig into the mind of this man, but would suddenly feel a great struggle, as if he was pushing against something big. It was obvious that he had a telepathic block somehow, and a very strong one, too.

[OOC: I've been thinking about it for a while... why do you keep using the word 'would' all over, Vex?]
Deimos licked his lips though they were not really dry, his blue eyes glazing over a little while still holding onto its own color. He draped himself onto Momos from behind, and when he spoke, his words were slurred like when he was taking drugs. "Eh dude... what did you give me man... that's some grade A stuff... does something good to me mind... ya taking it too?"
"Shut the f*ck up, Dei. You know that I don't do anything that fools with the head." Momos pushed him off roughly, and Deimos stumbled back against the wall. "Don't come onto me unless you want me to f*ck you. Or are you that desperate?"
Knowing that Momos caught on to what he was doing, Deimos let out a somewhat drunken chuckle. "No hell... but my friend there is... going up against a tough guy... wanna help him out?"
"If he's too battered, then talk to me about it." Momos half-turned to grace Deimos with a smirk. "That is, if you can still talk."
"Aww... sure dude..."
[OOC: It's an act, because Deimos don't want to use his telepathy actively when there's a possible telepath around, so he's using hidden meanings to give Momos important information and 'talking'. By the way, Geras and Momos calls him Dei because it's the 'name' he'll be going by.]

Jason didn't want to make a scene within the bar. Especially since they got here. What if the authorities came and wanted to check on what was happening? Talk about having bad luck, and in the wrong place, too. So instead of striking back, Jason would just stand there, staring at him with strong eyes, his shades already having been knocked off. Deimos and Momos were just using a very slick glance over at them, wondering what the hell was going on themselves until someone else walks in from behind the aggressive man, a guantlet placing itself onto his left shoulder, and a female voice following.
