Okay, I've been on the mood to create sigs/avies/wallpapers/etc, but my inspiration factor is quite low. I often get creativity and inspiration after seeing someone else's work, wheter it be sig/avie/etc.
So, the only site I know that has something like this is digik.net so I was looking for other links/websites and whatnot to get my creativity juices flowing.
Thanks in advance.

DeviantArt.com is a great place to get your juices flowing, but I'm sure you're well aware of it's existence. It might help your skills to work on different elements of the world, dark, grungy or just anything else that might have some appeal to you.
I wish I can help you out a bit more. It's not too hard to find some inspiration on the web. So try to just browse around.
To recieve inspiration, thee must find it.

I'm sure since you found out Digik, you should be able to find alot of other sites that do the same sort of things, have you tried looking through it's links?
deviantArt is an obvious one, you should be able to find quite alot of peoples work to inspire you. Just travel from one account to another, which is what I tend to do ^^. AnimePaper does wallpaper works, alot of the works their are great, if you want to check that out. There's also Minitokyo...
Try searching for PNGs, brushes etc... through google, it should come up with quite a few good sites. That's how I find most of my resources and some sample work of other people.

I think I may be the only one who doesn't really like Digik. D: Their layouts are really nice, but apart from that I think it's a rather overrated place.
If you want to get inspiration from someone else's works, I stronggglyyy suggest you don't redo the design exactly as you see it. (You probably know it, but no harm saying it righto?) It's best to pick out what you like best about one piece, what you like best about another, and try to smush it together into one interestingly different (but inspired by others) piece.
Places I enjoy are, obviously, DA. It's amazing how many underrated and overrated graphic designers you see there. Another place that Winnie suggested is AnimePaper. The only problem with animepaper is that the majority are really into either vector or scenic, sometimes in between. (There's not too much range, I personally think.) People who I think are really talented there are Gideon, flyindreams, and boogybro. Minitokyo is like, the exact same as AnimePaper, but with less taste for something NOT scenic. (Minitokyo effing whores the whole "ANIME CHARACTER IN A SCENE!!")
Try to look for forums too that have a certain art style that would interest you. You've already been at 4r, so you've probably seen the tournament pieces. TagMonkey is a really popular place for more..."trendsters" in graphics. They know what's hip, current, and "now". (However, I heard TM is going down the drain, so I suggest trying to find a place called "TagTree".)

Haha... I don't really like the site all that much myself, layouts are too... blagh, half the time their layout doesn't load properly on my browser x.x. Mainly just go there for stock since they have some stuff that Ae doesn't have.
Btw, Fantas... what works inspired you before? It might help to look back at them sometime just get the juices into gear again? xDD
