This is kind of dumb but how do you access or equip Allen swinsuit once you beat the game and load up on the clear save file in Xenosaga III?

Swimsuit mode
Beat the game once to unlock Swimsuit mode in the Memory Code event viewer.
It's just a cutscene viewer, though. Allen can't wear the swimsuit in gameplay unless he's in your party, and you unlock the one he can wear while he's in your party by beating the game.
