I too have the Wii, but I'm not sure where to get the Wii console number. Is is on a sticker somewhere on the system or in the manuel?

Yeah go on the bottom right part of the screen that says Wii, then go to messages then you should see an address book pop-up and it should give you your Wii code on the first page.
