i found a good torrent and im downloading it now, but what do i need to run it? im not good with programming or anything. so what do i need to do to play it??

I may need a crystal ball or some psychic abilities before being able to answer that, because I don't know how you expect anyone to know what exactly it is you are downloading when only refering to it as "it".

Dot hack has both animes and games in it's franchise. And there are OS applications for the computer as well it seems.

Anyway, to watch anime you need a media player and usually some codecs to make them work.

im sorry, i assumed that most had read my other topics, i am downloading the ps2 .hack//fragment ps2 torrent. and i want to know what i have to do to get it to work after downloading.

You're pretty much going to have to burn it to a DVD and get a modified PS2 that lets you play burned titles.
