I was wondering what everyone thinks the worst anime they've seen is.
For me, I have to go with Big O. Between how weird most of the characters are drawn, to the story that I don't think actually exists, I remember tomatoes. Either that or... Naruto *dodges rocks*
Trinity Blood and Hellsing for their endless amount of plot holes and eye candy action that tried to cover up all the issues the actual anime had. TB worse since it had more episodes to work with, unlike Hellsing, still ended up with numerous plot holes and terrible ending.

I have two, Naruto because the plot has no meaning and it drags out so much and Yu-Gi-Oh because in one episode you're lucky if he even puts down a card once you've heard some inner conflict about what to do. Crap.

I really shouldn't have to explain myself in reguards to either of those animes. If you're like 15 and watching that crap then that's fine, but at my age both of those shows are equal to torture.

Yu Gi Oh! once again another anime about a game...and the spikey purple hair just dont cut it for me,
One Piece sorry no story plot what so ever,
Naruto...yes sorry I cant seem to like it yet but im still trying to brainwash myself Belive It!,

Well of course I definetly do not agree with you, being a One Piece fanboy, all I'll say is that in my opinion One Piece has a great story surrounding not only Luffy and the Straw Hats but also with the characters and villians they run into. Sure before I got into One Piece, I thought it was terrible, but after watching 30 or so episodes I was hooked.

Yugioh, Naruto, Inuyasha (after the first few eps, anyway), One Piece, Bobobo bo bobobo...Just all these so-called 'kiddy animes' seem to get on my nerves. No plots worth mentioning, half-assed art style, and they seem to have an overall generic feel to them. They're underwhelming.

Everyone trashing Naruto and things like that make me giggle.
In regards to baaad anime, I'd have to say compared to the entire shounen genre (that it summed up with Dragon Ball Z and full of total #####) Naruto shines as one of the better ones, say, compared to the competition.
Which is, Tokyo Underground, having to be one of my absolute least favorites I've ever watched.
Take into regards every fighting game anime in existence as well.
But for the most part, I can accept that animes aren't for me, and animes that are just BAD. Out of the ones I've taken the time to watch, Tokyo Underground shakes and plunges past the competition for #####.

Drag on? They don't like long anime, so it drag on? Let's not forget most of you watch the editted verison of most anime on TV. I can't believe people said Naruto had no plot. It's likely got more in depth coverage of certain situation than most animes you watched since they have more episodes to work with than the typical 12 to 26 episode anime series.
Long doesn't equal drag on.

Most of the fighting series I've been able to watch up to a certain point, at which I lose interest and stop watching with the exception of DBZ. Never been able to watch that series. Nor GT.
Ai yori aoshi:
God, this is one series I can not take at all. I've tried because I know some people that enjoy it, but I despise Aoi so much I can't tolerate watching it.
As for...
One Piece: I watched up till end of that desert island arc... which I didn't enjoy. Actually, Nami's back story arc was probably about the last part I found entertaining really. The problem with one piece and many other fighting anime is that it is slow. Plus it has some of the worse filler episodes, just senseless review according to my friend that is still watching the series. The little side stories are pretty distracting and not really all that interesting. Don't watch it ever in English, honestly it was murdered in the more horrible fashion.
Naruto
I watched until the end of the exams arc, I think. I heard it was pretty slow after that anyways. I wouldn't consider naruto bad... just on the slow side. The different clans/fighting styles are interesting. Though it is harder for me to get into when the main cast is mostly around the age of 12-14. However, that is the target group, so I think it is pretty suitable. I think I will just like it because it tends to keep kids entertained and out of my hair.
Bobobo
Okay this is another series you shouldn't watch in English. Though I did laugh while watching it in English because what they had written in Japanese on the side was completely different from what the characters were saying. This series is parody with a whole bunch of anime references. I just watch a bit of it now and within 30 seconds there were 4 anime references. It's one of those series I can only take 1 episode at a time such Excel, which was actually one of references I noted. At any rate, this is one of those series that is hard to convert to English due to word plays and Japanese media jokes. I rather like bobobo's voice actor Koyasu Takehito, who plays a lot of strange roles including Ilpalazzo. Some of the jokes are kinda stale though, I could see why people wouldn't like it.
Most fighting series are long and have way too much filler, so far the only fighting series I've really enjoyed is bleach.

Well, before I get into my likes and dislikes (which is alot), I'll split it up into categories.
First is "kiddie" anime, ages 3-9. This is pokemon, digimon, anything really with a mon at the end, yu-gi-oh, and the rest of the retarded shows on "Foxbox" (oh the pain).
I either hate, or feel pity for those shows. Pity for being on Foxbox, but I still hate them (sorry).
Next is the "teenage" anime. This is for age groups 11-19. Or so. This is Inuyasha, Naruto (younger, yeah), Bleach, Full Metal Alchemist (this ones older), and pretty much anything else on Adult Swim, besides Fooly Cooly (it goes into a different category)
Then there is adult anime. Not porn (you sick perverts). This is the stuff you spend hours trying to comprehend as a teenager. I don't pass judgement on these (it helps if you watch what you rate).
After that, there's the bastard animes. Teen Titans (American drawn, Japanese expressions...the Irony hurts), Avatar, and that one retarded show......the other one of Nick. Along with others, but I don't have time for them. I dislike, or hate passionatly, all of these.
Finally, there's just the confusing, WTF?, anime. The stuff you have to watch three times to understand. Fooly Cooly, and Bobobobobobobbbobobo (aw ##### it), come to mind. These either suck, or they're awesome.
Oh wait, there IS one last category. Total garbage. If it doesn't fit into any of the above categories, it''s either Porn, or Garabage. Or your a moron who can't classify stuff.
Anyway, I hate anything in the kid section, Bobobo, Teen Titans, and then another one on Adult Swim. It was another mech thingy, not Eureka 7. That, and anything from the Dragon Ball series. Mostly, I find things where everyone has the power to destroy the world....incredible......ly boring.
But I still go back and watch Digimon for sentimental values.

Oh yes.....I forgot about bobobobobobob...err whatever now yeah I have to agree that if you watch it in Japanese its....comical to a point, but the whole nose hair thing is ive got to admit a new one for me.
(Although it is funny to see someone get slaped in the face by 20 ft long nose hair)
Its just not enough to get me interested.
Inuyasha though I did think was a great anime although it did start slow I will admit. It has never really bored me at all because although there is one major foe, there was always some sort of twist that lead to another direction like.....the Band of Sevon for instance.
Chrono Soul, why do you hate anime not even directed at you? A children anime for children.
You hate anime, because it's aired on Adult Swim?
The impression I'm getting from the topic would be people don't seem to understand what type of people a certain anime aimed at and think it's bad, because they don't like it. Not because it's flawed like Trinity Blood, which would be clearly flawed since it's lacking explaination to many events that occur in the series.
Remember, just because you don't like it, doesn't mean it's bad or worse anime around.

I'd say Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh. Pokemon because it is so damn soppy it makes me want to throw up, and every episode seems like a filler until every 50th or so when he actually gets to a gym. I'd take a game over an episode any day.
And YGO because of how slooooooow it is. The first series, it was ok, I like it. The 1-2 episode duels and the Millennium item mystery made for a good show. The second series and onward, however, the duels plain and simply put me to sleep. Every one of them took about 3 episodes at least on it's own, because between the 5 minute explanations about what each card actually does it got to the point where they only ended up playing a couple.
And then the story, again the first series was ok, mysterious items filled with dark magic can get me interested. But little pieces of cardboard turning into 50 ft tall 'gods' and flying above the sky to blow up some giant snake? No thank you.

Take a screencap, kids. This is the most retarded opinion ever.
So, a deep plot with political and military terms makes you bored? Go watch the original movie. If Matoko ripping open a tank with her bare hands doesn't make you like it, nothing will. GITS is superb, moreso with SAC which is just a fun show to watch.
Me, personally, I can't say I really -hate- any one anime. The only thing that might bother me is something like Gundam SEED Destiny where the director is just being a freaking retard.
