So, I beat this game the other day with all the required stuff to get the true ending, and I was wondering how do I start a game in either Richiter mode or the sisters mode. Thanks in advance to anyone who answers.
The Evil Dead
According to gamefaqs you should be able to play in either mode after beating the game.

From Gamefaqs:

QUOTE
Stella and Loretta mode is unlocked when you get the True Ending, too. The
sisters can fly to any point on the screen at the expense of some MP. Using
the stylus is a large part of this mode for attacking. The sisters don't have
an item menu, so they can't equip new items. However, you can still level up
by defeating enemies. HP and MP Max Ups are also spread throughout the game.

If you defeat Richter and obtain the True Ending, you will unlock Richter and
Maria Mode, who are characters from Symphony of the Night and Dracula X: Rondo
of Blood. Richter and Maria can't gain new items or abilites, but they can
gain HP and MP Max Ups and level up by defeating enemies. Both Richter and
Maria have special abilites. Richter's Combo (Right, Down, Left, Up and Y)
and Maria's Guardian Knuckle (Up, Left, Down, Right and Y) are their ultimate
attacks.

To unlock Axe Armor Mode, defeat 1,000 Old Axe Armor's in Jonathon's quest and
obtain the true ending. Deadly Axe (Right, Down, Left, Up, Right and Y) is
this character's ultimate attack.

There's more secrets listed in the FAQ:

And some pretty cool codes and such here:

http://www.gamefaqs.com/portable/ds/code/930294.html

So I'm guessing you can select it when you start a new game? Never played it but I'm sure if you've done it right you should just be able to select it. You should check out the faq page because they have some pretty sweet secrets in that game from what I've been reading.

Never played the game but I kinda wanted to look into it a bit more since I saw the topic... I hate the freakin' DS but I may break down and get one eventually strictly for the Castlevania titles I've missed. They look extremely badass.

yeah, Castlevania is pretty much what I have the DS for, I love the series so much. But anyway, I did all that Gamefaqs said and it still doesnt work, oh well, bonus modes arent that fun anyway.
The Evil Dead
I always had a blast playing as the bonus characters in the past Castlevania titles myself.

Maybe there's something you're neglecting to do? The bonus modes have to work there wouldn't be a reason why they wouldn't.

Well anyway, tried to help but I haven't played the title so I can't extend anything more than what I've read.

Even when you select a new game or new game plus you're not able to select which mode you'd like? I think it'd suck not being able to play all the bonus features because they seem pretty badass from what I've been reading.
Armaros
You should be able to choose your mode when you start a new game. At least, that's how it worked for me. And bonus modes aren't that fun? Man, the sisters mode is wicked fun. You attack with the stylus by using ice magic. It's a lot of fun, until your hand starts to cramp up because of the kind of akward way you have to hold the DS. Richter and Maria mode is okay, but the sisters mode is where it's at.

Well, I have an idea about what I do wrong, does anyone know if you have to strike the final blow on Dracula with the Vampire Killer? because I use the Vampire Killer as my weapon, but I end up striking the final blow with the two person attack thingy The Greatest Five.

EDIT: Well, I just figured out what I did wrong, but I just accidently erased my good game, oh well, now I can play the bonus games.....

I have a new question about this game now, in shop mode, when you put something for sale, and it gets sold, does it get sold in the single player game too? in the manual, it says that sold items in shop mode do not go away, but I am unsure of this, so I was wondering if anyone else knows.
