Hmm, not sure what I think of this if it turns out to be true. But I don't mind seeing Kos-mos again. And I can't say she wouldn't fit in an action based game. (She had a cameo in Soul Calibur 3 also.) Though hopefully it's an action based rpg.

I call ####### on that rumor. Since it's basically from EGM and they are known on pulling fast ones on readers and I learned the hard way after the Akuma prank on RE2.

I agree with Ender on this, itll probably be a Dirge of Cerberus clone, and while I haven't played that game, Ive seen that its gotten mediocre reviews, so Ill judge on that, but I just dont see this working out well.

I'll ignore the validity of the rumour for now... however KOS-MOS would make a kick-ass main character in an action game... Maybe if they could make Dirge of Cerberus but do it well then the game could be a massive hit. KOS-MOS has crazy abilities. Still I don't see it really working. It's a nice idea though... but I'd rather see a Xeno[whatever} game next which is a true RPG...

I've been reading EGM since I was 14 and I can't say they've really pulled any ##### on their readers outside of a few bunk rumors... But every magazine has those... Do you guys even subscribe or just like to talk ##### on them for no reason?

Anyway... I could really care less about this. It'll probably turn out to be garbage like Dirge was. The only upside to this is possible commercials for the game featuring Gackt blabbering Japanese musical nonsense... That commercial always did get me to laugh.

I have no idea about EGM... thus why I'm ignoring the validity of the rumor...

Staying on-topic though... I don't think KOS-MOS's character is strong enough to hold the storyline on her own... her abilities would make the game a lot of fun (if they don't hold back like they did with Dirge) but she needs support characters to drive the story forward.

Assuming for one micro-second that this could be true, I think it would probably be more of a sidegame that doesn't continue the story. For several reasons, including how things turned out in Episode III.

Can't say I'm interested in this. =/

EGM's rumor mill is usually based off rumors that you will also find floating around internet message boards, so they're usually in the ballpark but you won't see official announcements for a while. By the offchance that this game does happen though, it doesn't interest me in the slightest to be quite honest.
