A while ago someone PM'ed me looking for a certain .hack//G.U. desktop wallpaper without being cluttered by various icons. Well I happened to stumble across that wallpaper and saved it. I can't remember who it was that asked me for it so I made this topic instead.



Here you go. I like this wallpaper too since it has Alkaid in it. (The redhaired girl standing above Haseo.)

have to hurry up and finish .hack, so I can start :hack//GU, haven't played it for a year but I'm close to the end so, hopefully it's not to much of a hazzle to finish it!

You should enjoy GU a lot better. The first .hack series wasn't all that great, but I still enjoyed it's atmosphere. The new series is a big improvement over the old one though. Can't wait for the third game to be released outside of Japan.

Nice collection of wallpapers, my favorite one has to be the first one. Just goes to show you how Haseo is popular with the ladies . . .and effeminate men. Oh and manc, the new games are a vast improvement from the original franchise. The battles are fast paced, and it almost doesn't even feel like an rpg, and feels more of an action game.

I actually had to zoom in to notice. Both are 1024 x 768 so I thought she was looking at the forums resize of the picture and figured it was that small. I could hardly tell the difference between them until I compared side by side and zoomed in. I always prefer the better one so I saved that one instead and deleted the old file. Thanks, W.B. Yeats.

I actually do, infact have all the wallpapers in the game (up to Vol. 2, that is-- I haven't gotten Vol. 3, still. I'm currently broke). All of the official ones that aren't off Apkallu are unlocked by filling up the Book of 1000. Some of the tasks are repetitive and annoying, and sometimes not worth it, but it isn't difficult for most of them, so don't worry about it. There also are a few of them unlocked through quests, like the Kazubolo mini-quest (which was total crap, if you didn't do it.).

And now, without further ado, more wallpapers I have. These are all the ones I have that are, or close enough to be considered, 'official' artwork. All the others I have are fan-made, and not as good.

The last is a spoiler, if you don't know about Ovan and his affinity to a certain female relative (Vol. 3).

I wouldn't mind having some of the Pi wallpapers, the only ones that I really liked being the ones from Vol 2. If you have those, I'd greatly appreciate it if you could post those up.

If you have a TV card, simply screenshot, once your tv is connected to your computer.
I am capable of doing that, but I do not have the games xD.
