It says nothing about a vol. 4, it only has vol. 1-3, with vol. 3 which should have been released by now in Japan if the date was set 1.18.2007. the only vol.4 of what you can be talking about is the manga, which hasn't come out (as far as I know) yet internationally, all in all. . . Your topic is made of epic failure. So thank you for making me search that crap on Google, since you didn't even link it, trying to search through all the kanji to see if your claim was indeed true, and another posting this. Which should count as ten minutes that you made me lost over this wild goose chase. Until you come up with hard living proof, like images of this, your claims are full of malarkey. so until then, wait for the official announcement from Bandai namco, and please. . . get of our internet.
