Agreed. Viktor and Flik are always welcome. I'd like to see how things went after Viktor parted ways with the Star Dragon Sword and whatnot. (On that note, I'd really like to see Edge show up again sometime, with or without the Star Dragon Sword.)

After seeing the best ending for Suikoden II, I actually agree with you on that first note. I'd really like to see how things turned out for Pilika and Jillia in the end, whether they return as playable characters or not.

As for Landis, I'd be cool with that. I'd like to see the winger clan in general again.


Definitely. After Suikoden II, I imagine Georg still has a number of years left in him, so as long as it's not too much longer after, I'm sure he could show up again, and I'd welcome it.

If Ridley came back, I'd be like an elementary school kid on Christmas. XD Always loved him. Eresh, I definitely want to learn more about, especially after the teasers in Suikoden V.

I'd love for Geddoe to show up again, and since he's still in possession of the True Lightning Rune (or Fire, I guess, if chosen as the Flame Champion successor), I don't see why he shouldn't be able to.
Kika does indeed die, out at sea, sometime after the events of Suikoden Tactics, but I, too, would've liked to have seen more of her. (Lino en Kuldes, too, on the topic of IV/Tactics characters.)

Other than those already mentioned...

Zamza: His homeland still hasn't been revealed, as far as I know. (He seems like he'd be from Caleria, perhaps. Either way, I'm curious.) I loved using him in my party in II, and his outfit always just stood out a lot from the others, so I've always been a bit curious about where he's from.

Ernst, Norma, and Levi: A few people have brought these three up before. After the events of V, they all head off to Zelant, another area we know little to nothing about at this point. Perhaps it actually Zelant I want to see, more than the characters. Haha. Well, Ernst, at least, I'd like to see more of sometime.

Bob: Any of the lycanthropes from his village, really, but Bob is the one we know of, and I always liked him, and have always been interested in his ability. Suikosource says he's from the Grasslands, though Windy apparently destroyed his village at some point...

Milia, Sharon: After inheriting the Dragon Rune from Joshua, we don't hear much about Milia, so I'd like to see her (or another inheritor of the rune) show up again sometime. Sharon, I wouldn't mind seeing again sometime, either. Would be nice to see her come back as a full-fledged Dragon Knight sometime after the events of III.

The list could go on for quite a while, but I'll hold myself back here... for now, at least.

Yes, the reason I want to see them though is because he was affected by the Beast Rune. And since we don't know what happened to the Beast Rune I'd LOVE to see them revisit it and like, rediscover it or something.



Same here, I'd love to see a Suikoden story take place in the Dragon society, the only problem I have with that though, is that they'd have to introduce a NEW rune for my liking, since we already know about the Dragon Rune.



I'd also LOVEE to see Albert Silverberg come back. I want to see how he amasses himself power, and to exactly what nation he goes off to. I love the feud between brothers, and I feel like it's definitely still unsettled.


I also want to see Nash again, he had such a profound impact on the first few games I'm dying to see him again. Likewise for the Howling Voice Guild, Cathari just wasn't enough to satsify me.


And of course, I want Sasarai backk, especially since it sounds like he got promotions in harmonia, I'd love to see how that works wit hthe Grasslands.

Flik + Viktor:

They were good in Suikoden I, they were hilarious in Suikoden II and in both games they had important roles.
I can't explain enough how much I like Viktor's attitude, it is great. His rant about what he wants to do to Neclord, him mistaking a bear for a lion, punching you in the stomach for bringing hot women, punching the guy at Muse in the face for not listening, calling it a "trick".
Flik had a good story in Suikoden I, where he lost Odessa and made a good appearance in Suikoden II, where he played another imprtant role. Rescueing you and being the main investigator in Greenhill, having a annoying brat following him everywhere and taking a mick at Viktor whenever possible.

Neclord:

He was badass in Suikoden I and made a surprising appearance in Suikoden II where his background and ties with Viktor was more explained.
He has, up to this date, still the best theme in all of the games and he just kicks ass.

Sierra:

I cannot believe that this girl only appeared in Suikoden II and not in any others. I was expecting her to appear in Suikoden IV, considering she was born before that time and is in fact the first SoD to have been born in the Suikoden universe.
I also believe that many people like her, at least me and Hiku do, maybe we are the only ones, lol.
Anyway, Sierra is just awesome. She looks good and has a variety of moves, as well as an attitude, gotta love the attitude.

Shu + Klaus:

If it aren't the best tacticians in my opinion. Shu showed his brilliance by winning the toughest battles, as well as predicting the moves of other tacticians, no less than Leon Silverberg. He is not a Silverberg himself, but he showes that he is more than capable of being one, heck I think he is better than Mathiu.
Klaus showed that he was brilliant as well and was certainly a tactician to look out for, he was young and very talented and I'd love to see him come back.

Ridley:

This is just a giveaway. He kicked MAJOR arse in Suikoden II, being able to defeat an entire army on his own. God bless his Critical attack.
He was also tough as hell, showing no mercy to anyone and he was a very pride Kobold.

Clive:

Another giveaway. Although as a party member he wasn't that good, apart from his speed. He still kicked butt and he got his own sidequest in Suikoden II, that was annoying to finish, but gave him much more depth and explained a lot of his background.

George:

He would be another character I want to see back. The reason was that he had a major role in Suikoden V and although was nothing more than a sidecharacter in Suikoden II, he showed his amazing strength once you recruited him, being stronger than everyone else, plus having his own unit.
I am sure he has some fire left in him, I mean even Maximillian had it.

Tengaar + Hix:

I think it would be nice to see them return as well, maybe as parents this time, or at least a more mature form of them.
Although their roles weren't big in both games, they still took up some gametime purely to their own.

I can probably nam eof few others, just not out of the top of my head at the moment.

I would like to see Riou (II's hero) make a return together with Jowy.

Clive's story isn't finished yet.

I'd like to see Hugo, Hero5, Hero4, Snowe, and Euram. Snowe is probably impossible due to the time line, but I can hope. Sadly, no one else really comes to mind, but I'd be happy with having almost any of the characters returning.

I think I mentioned him at some point in a diffirent topic. I am curious to whether this is the same rune as the Beast Rune of the Blight family, or a different rune. I thought I thought I had read somewhere that these runes were diffirent, but I am not confident about it.

Valeria and Anita : Yes, this rivals are hilarious. Never Fail to amuse me too much haha.

Hix and Tengaar : I'm expecting an offspring from them if the ever appear.

Futch and Blight : Though I believe in Gaiden, thats what actually happened to them. I still wanna see them though.

Templeton : Don't ask me why, I just liked this little lad. His map is too handy lol.

Sierra : Her sole purpose for appearing in SII is because of Neclord. Though I seriously don't think Neclord with revive, if he does, suikoden have to find a lame excuse to revive him, and then Kahn, Victor would return.

Camus and Miklotov : This to knights are what I call true knights. I would seriously want to see them fight against Seed and Culgan.

Seed and Culgan : I still don't want them to die. They should be entitled as one of the 108 stars of destinys.

Pesmerga and Yuber : Yuber for his EightFold. Pes, because yuber.

I would definitely like to see an older Thomas return. Preferably, one who's actually able to put up a fight, haha. Otherwise, I'd like to have him as a support character, or an NPC. Just the reappearance alone would be nice to have.

I wouldn't mind seeing some of Geddoe's gang again sometime, though I wouldn't expect them too much, myself. Can't say they're my top most-wanted returns, anyway.

I would have said Luc, but....my hopes just don't get that high for him coming back from the ruins. Too bad really. The connection with Sarah at the end was right up there with the Riou-Jowy-Nanami flashback scenes from Suikoden II, for me personally.

I, personally, wouldn't mind seeing a suikoden with a return of all the last known True Rune holders. Granted, I would hope they'd give the main characters some sort of personality otherwise it'll be a very boring game but other than that, I think it'd be pretty kickass to have that much power in one team. >.> Lets be honest, we all know that we'd at least put them in a single party at least once just to see how much ass they kick. Lord help the monster if the runes can combine powers like the Dawn and Twilight rune in V.

Hmmm but other than that...lets see...I'd like a return of Clive and that chick he was huntin in I and II. >.> Still never saw that whole storyline come to think of it. Flic and Victor would be fun to see again. And Geddoe's whole team. Yea...that'd be friggin hilarious.
