While playing Zelda, has any part of the game ever made you just bust out laughing?


My favorite thing about TP is Link's spin attack. The first few times I did it I cracked up because sometimes it sounds exactly like he's yelling "Da-AMN!"

Hmm, I have a hard time remembering anything in Zelda that cracked me up. I thought some characters were funny, like Ingo (I think that was his name) but I don't remember bursting out and laughing at anything. But then again I haven't played Zelda in a while, and I haven't played TP at all for that matter. Well not much anyway.

As far as I can remember, I've never had to laugh out loud with any Zelda game either. Then again, very few games have managed to make me do so. Most often funny events just bring a smile to my face, but you'll rarely catch me laughing. On the other hand, annoying events can make me slightly angry... in which case you might catch me cursing sometimes ("Goddamnit~! Crap~! *beep*~! xD ).

That great fairy from of ocarina of time had me tripping(not laughing) but I found it very humorous and strange. Not too many games make laugh out loud. If I had to pick a game then it would be Earthbound, no game makes me laugh harder than that one.

I can’t recall any of those special moments in Zelda that made me laugh. There were probably some small antics here and there, but they weren’t really big enough for me to really remember them or laugh about them thinking back. I suppose the only times I really would have had one of those moments would be when I played multiplayer (in the certain Zelda games that you can; Four Swords-GBA, Phantom Hourglass-DS) and share an inside joke about something or other with my brother or sister. Other than that, there wasn’t really anything that stood out to me and just made me laugh.

nah, zelda for me is a not a "laugh out loud" game for me, but i think i almost laughed when link runs into gannon when he leaves the castle, and its supposed to be all epic like. lol. thats pretty much the only time i kinda laughed.

For anyone who has Windwaker, find a place with icy ground (i can't remember any except for the ice island). Then make link run as fast as possible one way and once he's at top speed try to make him run back in the opposite direction for a bit. I found it very amusing but i can't remember if i laughed at the time. I thought it was just bizarre that nintendo bothered to put this in their game. Enjoy.

In OoT, the naked zombie things that jump on you and skull-##### you to death. They made me laugh quite a bit.

Well there's never been anything that made me laugh out loud or such...but I know in OOT, when adult Link fell off a high enough ledge, the noise he made when he got up was kinda funny.

Oh yes: parodies. And attempts at fanmade movies about Zelda. Now those things are hilarious, indeed (those who've seen some should know what I'm talking about). =p

There are a couple things that make me giggle. For instance, if you leave Link to idle of a few seconds, he'll fix his tunic in a rather peculiar fashion. He does it like he's pulling down a short skirt or his loins are showing. Then he'll look around as if to see if anyone saw him do it. :p

Hm. When you beat Ingo to win Epona in OoT, the sound that Ingo makes when he talks is so bizarre. He makes this, "HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAW" sound, which reminds me of some backwoods kind of man, but he's dressed up to look proper. Ironic.

When Ruto says her and Link are to be married. That always made me laugh on the inside.

When in any of the games, I think, you hit Cuccos multiple times and they come after you.

Earthbound was surely the utmost humerous game ever made and that the neigbors as well as the folks in that game are like the folks in RL.



He's cuter when he taps his foot on the ground rather than fixing his tunic.
And the Cuccos flocking and chasing you was like the funniest as nothing can be funnier than to see an angry chicken getting upset.

Whenever the mailman from TP comes. He comes in a goofy fasion as that gave me a good giggle! And definitely, Tingle!

As crazy as it sounds,I got a huge kick out of "Biggoron" in "Zelda:Ocarina of Time" rubbing his eyes while asking you to get his eye drops.

If Link fell a long way and landed hard enough to cause damage in Ocarina of Time, it always sounded like...

"GROIN! - TIT!"

It's all about smashing things flat as a pancake with the mallet in Windwaker. There's nothing funnier than a midget with a 6 foot hammer

The very first time I entered the dark world in LTTP without that Pearl thing. Link turns into a cute bunny and can't attack.

I'm sure there were many parts in OOT where I laughed out loud so to say.
sadly it's been a few years since I've played it, and don't specifically remember any

OH! but, when you're fishing in the fishing pond or w/e, you can catch buddys hat, and take it off, and he gets crossed I think
