these two games what are the differences? I mean in first one the main char is blond and the second one main char is redish pink?. So which one is the sequel to tales of destinty?.

Because the game in the second link you posted (The game for PS1) is not actually called Tales of Destiny 2. That is just another product of stupid translations in the US. The real name of that game is Tales of Eternia, as it is called in Japan and on the new PSP version of it.

Two different games.
The sequel to Tales of Destiny is the PS2 game. Tales of Destiny 2. It was never released outside of Japan though.

IIRC Namco would have faced some sort of legal issues if they went with Eternia in the US, so like He-man is partly to blame for the title change.
