in Advent Children, theres this one part where Tifa tells Cloud "Dilly-dally shilly-shally" (i have NO idea if that is even spelled rite)

what does that mean?

help would me much appreciated

Yea, I don't know how widespread the word is, but definetely here in Scotland, people say stop dilly-dallying, if you're just messing about and not getting on with things. I used to get it from my mother as a young child when we'd go shopping XD

In Japanese she said Kiru Kiru, Kiru Kiru. Or something like that. I read that it basically means "Complain x4".
