i want to get to lv.40 before i advance the story in .hack//gu v.3. but so far im only lv.23(im at the part when i just beat yata) i cant find any good areas that give lots of exp. the areas i find are either too weak or too storng. i want an area that is a few levels above mine. so does anyone know any good areas?

I didn't transfer a file and I started out level 90 or so, I doubt it will matter.

I'd love to help, but I haven't played two or three yet... I would suggest just messing around with keywords. Something's bound to pop up at your level.

I really don't know if you have gotten past the point and moved on to vol2 or not.
Though i cannot give you a good area code, a basic of leveling is easy. Go to an area 7-10 levels higher than you, use the sword and use the charged attack to hit mobs.
Preferable party is atoli and Silabus/kuhn, since the monster will do hurt alot, block is important.
healing and recovery items help alot.
optimal is fighting and spending as little money as possible, then when you have low health, return to town for full heal.

ps. the heavy hit sword is preferable to the sword that hits multiple times

For that matter, you do not fight Yata at the end of volume 2, you fight Ovan to conclude Volume 2. At the end of volume 1, you fight Tri-Edge. So, I have no clue what this person is talking about when advancing to Volume 3 since it's impossible to be at such a level at the end of volume 2. Heck, you do not even known Yata a Epitaph User yet.

well heres a good way to lv up. my style is a bit extreame but it works. ok. go to an area 7lvs higher than you to train. i works really good trust me. oh and another awsome thing to do is suicide hunt.well you probobly dont know what that is....so ill make a topic on it later.its suicede but i really pays off.oh and have plenty of firebarrele and hell raisers they REALLY come in handy!!!!!!!!!
