Holy! I happened to look at the battle screenies carefully, and found that Tseng and Sephiroth seems to be playable! o.o I'm seriously contemplating owning a PSP in the future for this game.

The hot guy is called G? I'm gonna keep an eye on him alright.

G's character art reminds me a lot of Squall, which is probably why I think its so badass hahah

And yeah, his name is G, which is short for Genesis. You should probably look into his story from Dirge of Cerberus before playing this game. It's pretty interesting.

Whereas the exit of Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII, under development since 2004, is always made wait, Square Enix finally decides to reveal further information on its next headline in preparation on PlayStation Portable. Zack Fair isn't that bad of a name, I"m just surprised there isn't some meaning behind his name. Like, Cloud Strife, Lockheart, Valentine, Cid, Sephiroth, etc all have meanings behind their name. His is pretty plain for a major character haha, that's cool though.

I can't wait for this game and it definitely makes holding on to my PSP worthwhile especiially with Tactics FF1, FF2 and Tales Of The world on the way. Like you I can't wait to see Sephiroth before he goes completely nuts.

A new scan has surfaced featuring Cloud unmasked in his Shinra MP outfit.

The scenes shown are taken from the Square-Enix party trailer, including Zack both encouraging Cloud with "So you wanna be in SOLDIER?" as well as warning him about how "Becoming a SOLDIER can make you a monster." Other scenes are taken from Crisis Core's version of the Nibelheim incident, such as Sephiroth in front of Jenova's pod and Zack holding the Buster Sword to the man's throat while demanding, "Sephroth, why are you doing this!" The scans also confirm Odin as a summon monster for the game.
