ive done a bit of snooping around and found out that a game similar but equal to the world is under construction which means soon we'll be pk'ing eachother with out honed skills and building massive guilds and even saving eachother. i cant tell you much because things are very hush hush so youll just have to go off this tiny bit of info. oh, it SHOULD be out in probobly 2012.

It's not really rules but more of guidelines based on how many topics like these have shown up before.
Even if this isn't "the world" per say, the lack of specific info makes it no different then the other topics.
