Seething Designs 2.0 - VECTORED

Ive taken the time to re-design my personal website instead of just making a template for the hell of it. The template took a few hours to design with multiple layers, creating the buttons inside the rainbow, etc. Took another few hours to re-create my portfolio. The look has changed, but the lightboxes themselves have not.

I didn't plan on making viewers have to scroll the page itself but it turns out all browsers are different and most people use different resolutions anyway. I may take the time to fix the scrolling problem for myself at a later time.

I know that some piece to the left and right side of the rainbow are offset and I plan on fixing them some time later. I already know what I have to do to fix them so It should be really easy whenever I get around to it.

The template was created in Photoshop.
Website coded in HTML, PHP, as well as some CSS and Javascript.
Total of about 24 hours of web design.

Comments and Critique on design, user friendliness, and content is welcomed! happy.gif

Only problem I found was with the 'NUB GAMING' link under the about section. It doesn't seem to load right. When I click the other links (LEGAL, etc.) they work fine. However, when NUB GAMING is clicked it loads a blank page.

Other than that, everything seems to work fine.

My opinion of it though:

I do like that it is simple and compact which is all business. But you put enough bright color in it to make it seem vibrant. I like it very much, good work.

I'm lazy, so I was waiting for a summary from the Nub Gaming Staff team. Its a really small community, so I wouldn't worry about it too much.

Thanks!

The navigation was fixed - The right and left sides are no longer offset. It seems that the middle piece has to continually reload now when going to different pages. I'm not very fond of that. I'm still having IE compatibility problems as well. (I use Firefox.) The navigations seems to want to push itself up for some reason. Hopefully I can get that fixed so it doesn't look bad for IE users.

i like it.. its very simple setup which is very easy for users wanting to take a look around. Dont have to click through a lot of stuff which is nice.

the only negative i could see is that the text is a bit small and with a white backdrop and white text, could be a bit hard on the eyes.
