http://streetfightermovie.net/http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0891592/I'm at a loss for words and trying to figure out if this will be direct to DVD or not. Apparently the director of Doom ( Which I enjoyed ) is taking a stab at it, and the first link I gave goes to an in depth blog about the movie.
What's even more amazing, is the cast:

CHUN LI
Kristin Kreuk
BISON
Neal McDonough
NASH
Chris Klein
BALROG
Michael Clarke Duncan Surely nothing can go wrong here.

^ LOL!
Kristin Kreuk as Chun-Li? That's not too bad. I heard that originally it was going to be Jessica Biel which I think was going to be terrible.
But Kristin is so much of a better choice. She can actually look Chinese!

If they gonna recreate the fight she had with Vega in the cartoon movie, this deserves to be theatrical and not direct to DVD. Especially if its done right with him kicking her ass until she busts out with the thousand kick thing and sends him flying through a window.

oooooo, good point Shion. that fight with Vega was rockin!!!! One of my favorite anime clashes to date.
Let's all pray to whatever diety we may worship that this doesn't suck as bad as the last SF movie.... Also, Michael Duncan as Balrog??? He'd better bring his hilarious demenor from Tallegada Nights to this one...

Doom wasn't that bad, I actually enjoyed it.
As for this movie, don't know how it's gonna turn out but. . . at least Kristin Kreuk is a lot more attractive that Ming Na.

Please don't let it be R.....

It's going to be R, I'll see to it.
Also guys I really don't think this one will hit theaters but I suppose I've seen stranger theatrical releases. The cast is lol'able and you're all going to hate the movie so don't get excited. I'm hoping it'll be a good cheese fest like DOA or something.
Also Doom is the #####, it stands on its own away from the game too which is something else I enjoy about it. Definitely a solid sci fi action romp. Also you'd probably want to blame the scriptwriters and producers if you didn't like Doom before the director.

I hope this movie is going to, at least, surpass the previous movie, which was just an insult.
I like Duncan and I could picture him as Balrog. Not to sure about the rest of the cast though. Kristin Kreuk as Chun-Li? What, they ran out of Asian actors in America? Did they really have to go with a Dutch/Chinese born in Canada? Ah well, she at least has an Asian look.
Too bad Raul Julia isn't amongst us anymore. SF: The Movie was terrible, but he kicked ass, as Bison. "When Bison graced your village, it was the most important day of your life. To me, it was Tuesday."
A possible decent thing about this movie, the guy who played Liu Kang in the Mortal Kombat movies plays Gen in this movie, it might be good.
Edit: Taboo of the Black Eyed Peas is playing as Vega... I call fail.

I'm sure everyone can agree with me the only enjoyable part was the five minute FPS scene that gave gamers exactly what they wanted...for five minutes. This movie however is also another abomination. BURN IT. BURN IT NAOW.
