What is the fastest way to beat the Forest of Pain? What party and levels would you recommend?

Just stand in an open field for 5-10 minutes until it appears.

And by stand I mean do not move.

You can move, but you can't just get into any other battles. Also, you could find the special third area access word that you get at the end of the second game and he's automatically there.

The forest of Pain:
I recommend a party of
Haseo: Lv. 135 (To start at least, you''ll be 150 by the 60's or sonner)
Atoli (or Shino) Lv. 135 (Healing IS A MUST)
Endrance Lv. 135 (He's actually pretty good to have on your party. Or maybe that's just me.)

When you get to like the 50th floor, gate out, and Train Sakubo (or Gaspard) to at least Lv. 145. Reason? PHYSICAL RESISTANT ENEMIES ARE A B***H! ( They're on I think floors 76-84 I think. )

I used Haseo, Kuhn, and Endrance all level 150. Then I just ran through with the Speed Demon Shoes or whatever fighting what I had to. Easy as cake.

I did it the hard way... silly me.

The forest of pain was a cakewalk anyway was anyone lost during the folset-ovan cutscene

the one after you kill cerunnos and haseo is in someplace with an upsidedown god of law folset and ovan apperes followed by the finishing movie.

I thought that the upside down person was Harold, which made the scene make sense for me. I'd have to watch my recording (Yes I did record ALL of the FoP) to see what might've been confusing.

Since you only need to kill the Black List PK'ers, it's not as bad as killing 50 PK'ers to complete the quest. Just go to a random map with a blue circle near the warp point and keep going back and forth until you kill all seven Black List PK'ers. I manage to get the Black List out of the way in no time. Killing 50 PK'ers in total took time.

Thanks. But I think using "Beserker" as the 3rd area word is better than a random one. And I already said I completed it. (Black Listed PKers and the Natsume event in all.) But that leads to another question.

What do you get if you hunt 50 PKers?

money and crappy reward items. Its not worth it trust me.
