Are you for or against it?

I'm not sure at this point. I've heard that they can do amazing things with stem-cells, but I don't know if it's worth extracting fetuses yet. Abortion is a fact of life here in America, so if they can take abortions and make good use of them, I wouldn't be imposed to the idea.

I actually researched this for a biology paper. I would not be against it if they were able to clone them. (yay cloning, another controversial topic). What happens is (if I remember correctly) is that a still-born baby still may have some stem cells in it. They simply extract the stem cells and then clone them. Then, they can do whatever they want. (remember, that is "IF" I can remember what I wrote on a paper about 5 years ago...)

Honestly, I haven't really been keeping up with this. What I have heard/read, however, pretty much fortifies that I'm more or less against this.

I think it's wrong but worth it.

The fetuses will be aborted either way, I don't see any reason against using what would otherwise be thrown away
