This is a role-play that would best suit those who like a combination of futuristic dystopia, war, murder, mystery, battles against greater foes, romance and partial fantasy mixed into one.

Back-story: It all began on the morning of January first, two-fifteen am - Calendar year 2045, The flag of The Helix Allied Rebel Forces rose all across District thirty two (The nation's capital) after a quick Coup de grace removed leaders across the nation. It was bloody, short and had the support of the people after being promised peace, prosperity and a new start for the nation. But while everyone went to continue on with their lives.... June Fourteenth - Calender year 2045, in debt from the war that started the coup - The nation pledged loyalty to a rising Geo-political union known as "The Collaborative Superior Trade Union” of which already had strong or significant influence in over fifty nations in the third and second world combined. An exact month later, a new military force bearing the insignia of the CSTU while calling themselves "The Iron Guard" initiated to replace all military installations across the nation, restructuring all sectors of the government into ministries of the rising behemoth (with the same happening in every other nation that pledged loyalty.) as well as all of the services directed toward civilian protection, labeling them in various levels of public security under a high command. All nations were reclassified with a sector and a number, and the nation was labeled "Sector 064" And all lower levels of government were defined as "Sub sectors,” their people reclassified under the code words "The Indigenous" by Iron Guard military personnel - and are openly referred by all other authorities and immigrant residents by their last names only. The motto of the union "Peace through power" coincided with their universal ideology of "Strength through Unity, Unity through Loyalty, Loyalty through Enlightenment."

Two years later, that nation was pacified after the loyalist forces of the previous regime were crushed by the superior tactics and firepower of the Helix Allied Forces. The nation was then built upon a strict level of conformity, and the individuality of the people removed and color coded with badges of rank to signify their place in society. And for a time, it was good. All governed by the union experienced strong economic growth, overall prosperity and civilizational advancement without any complaints – For although they have lost the individuality they once revered, they had finally gained the peace, prosperity and unity that was promised – And that is all they felt they needed to know and understand. They had their new start.

We emerge from this past, 40 years in the future, Calender year 2087 to the The Collaborative Superior Trade Union. taking place as the second most powerful Geo-Political superpower across the world stage.. Second only to the democratically governed Western Allied Federation of Republics, and above in significance to the third global alliance - The Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, which experienced a rebirth around Calender year 2014 in the revived spread of Socialism and Communism which first took place during the cold war, only two years after the collapse of The United States of America on the world stage.



Specifics:

You will play characters that you create (Obviously). The majority of the storyline will take place in Sector 064 and will only shift to other locations during events where characters are not located within. You can play the role of pretty much anyone within reasonable boundary.

There are also specific roles you can play – Such as a detective from the Ministry of Defense, An undercover Operative from the Order of the Black Dragons (The Secret Police that answer to the Triumvirate, of whom are the three leading officials and political important figures across The Helix Allied Forces and the CSTU.) You can also play the role of a bystander who is caught up in the whole series of events. This role play is – For the most part – Free form, and follows upon the actions of the people within the role play, as well as myself. If you wish to create any organizations, or hold specific positions/roles that have to do with the CSTU and such, Send me a pm.

Rules:
1. No god mode is permitted.
2. No instant kills, try to fight it out a little.
3. Do not control the characters of others unless they allow you.
4. Two paragraphs minimal. Spelling/grammar mistakes are tolerated (for the most part) if English is not your first language.
5. You may control Non Player Characters only when they are created by you.
6. OOC posts in the OOC topic only.
7. Do not create anything into the role play that does not make sense with the genre or time period – ETC having demons or hand held super weapons.
8. If you are going to be absent for more than a week, I simply advise that you post it in the OOC.
9. Anime usage to describe characters is tolerated, so long as their physical form and such are within reason. Although it is preferred that you create a detailed description of your character
10. If you feel like leaving the role play, relinquish command of your character to someone else if they would like to take it over, or it will simply be turned NPC.
