Hey, I've just been playing Sam and Max: Season 1 recently, and I was wondering who else has played it? Or season 2 for that matter!? Or heck, even the original! I just want to know people's comments on them.

Personally, I loved the original. It had the most goofy, off-the-wall humor that I had ever heard. And plus it covered just about all the comedic bases. Season One dropped the ball a bit until episode 4. When you open with a voice-changing bug quoting a demon summoning, I can't think of anything funnier. Plus it had alot of good jokes that the others lacked. And to boot, it was a bit longer. The others were okay in their own rights, but a think that the first episode just wasn't as funny as the original, but the next episodes continually got better.

However, now I need to go get the next episodes... which is CRAP! I wanna know how this story ends, or at least where it is going....

NO SPOILERS FOR ME!

I bought Season 1, but haven't really have time to play anything else then Episode 1. I'm going through 2 now, but I'm still enjoying myself immensely. Now if only we could get Full Throttle...

Now that would be an awesome redo! Except that I never played through the original. I had a short demo, but I played the heck out of that demo!

Same here. I have a soft spot for old Lucasarts games, and I didn't really mind the latest Monkey Island game either... so remakes of those aren't really an issue to me if they're somewhat well made.

Very true, in fact, I almost want to see good remakes of some of their other games as well! I think an awesome remake would be of Tie Fighter and X-Wing (the flight sims) Those were just good games.

On a side note... Damn we're old! Or at least like old games.
