Favorite Villians

1. Zeromus-He was downright the evilist villian in the series, as he was just an embodiment of evil that controlled anyone who's had darkness in their hearts and that anyone that he controls turns dreadful and downright despicable. The moment that someone gets out of his mind control, they don't remember a thing that they did. Like Golbez...

1. He burned down the town that had Anna in it.
2. Killed Tellah
3. Almost killed Rosa and lied and said that Rosa isn't here.

2. Kefka-

He was downright insane, had no remorse, poisoned a river, remodled the world after killing the emporor. And that his laugh is the only thing that makes him funny. He can possibly be more blackhearted than Sephiroth/Jenova.

3. X-Death-

He shattered the crystals to make the world go unstable, tried to take over Galuf's world, and that he becomes purely embodiment in the last battle saying that he wants to erase the existence of the universe, then himself afterwards.

These villians are downright crazier than Sephiroth, I think.

My vote for best FF villain goes to Kefka, to this day. He's just downright insane, and was the most successful villain in the FF series I can think of. After all, he did succeed in "destroying" the world and becoming a god, basically. Not to mention all the other things he did.

Before opening this thread, I expected the 'music tracks' part to be referring to villain themes, so I'm just gonna go with that, and say Kefka's "Dancing Mad."

The guy would have to fish through hundreds of topics to find the main topic pertaining to this subject. Not to mention reading through hundreds of others that are the same topic.

In anycase, best villain, Dycedarg Beoulve. His ruthlesness is without peer, why? Poisoned his father, Turned on his youngest brother (Ramza), planned his best friend/partner in crime's (Prince Larg) rise to power, killed his best friend/partner in crime, zombified his brother, all the while remaining shrewd and deceitful than most villains ever in any FF.

Don't really have a favorite OST track.

Best villain? Kefka for me, for reasons already stated before: he's wacko, has that cute villain giggle, hops around like a bunny laughing his ass off, and actually cracks me up while he's doing evil things, just because his sprite is so damn funny. xD


I was expecting the same thing, and since I have tons of FF music I like, I'll stick with villain themes as well:

The best FF Villain. Hard to say, personally I didn't like many of them, but I did like a lot of the Final Fantasy Tactics villains like the previously mentioned Dycedarg, as well as Vormav. Kefka, again for previously mentioned reasons.
Edea was also a fantastic villain, much better than the "real" villain of that game, I'd say.

As far as music goes, well I personally love Vayne's theme, from Final Fantasy XII.

1: Sephiroph

My favourite Final Fantasy music would be the boss battles from Final Fantasy VII, VIII and XII.

Best Villian = Kefka. Nothing compares. Every other villian pales in comparsion. The great thing about Kefka is that he is a human. Most other villians are some evil embodiment or a force for another world. Kefka was just a man. A really awful human being and an excellent villian. For a second choice, I would go with Kuja as he accomplished most of his goals.

Favorite Soundtracks = Final Fantasy X. Since that is my favorite from the series, I would enjoy the music the most. Each track is so different and beautiful. At Zanarkand, Besaid Island & Luca are probably my favorites. I also really liked VI & IX soundtracks.

Best villain for me, Kefka, because the guy is a total lunatic. He does what he does, he kills, he steals, he lies, he cheats, he blows stuff up, for nothing more than the sake of doing it.

Music track....FF VIII had quite a few tracks I liked, so I suppose the music in that game.

Also, back to villains, I suppose Septhiroth to, because I love his hair.
