Who do you look up to as an inspiration when you're writing something? Are there any published authors that you really really admire?

Or maybe you don't have a person that you admire/gives you motivation, in which case what is something that helps give you that drive to write? Is it the thought of becoming published? Fame? Or just the warm satisfaction of having been able to write something, published or not, that others can read (and yourself, mainly) and enjoy it?
