Hilariously bad or cheesy voice acting, or just damn funny quotes, ór both! =D Yes, this came up in me when reading the voice acting thread. I'll list a few that I can think of straight away, but I'm sure there are dozens I will simply forget. Of course, spoilers might be included (I'll list the game it's from first, read at your own risk).

Resident Evil (let's start with the classics xD ):

Barry: "That was too close! You were almost a Jill sandwich!"
Jill: *giggle* You're right!

(She sounds almost happy, scary)

Barry: "What? What is this?"
Jill: "What is it?"
Barry: "Blood! Jill, see if you can find any other clues. I'll be examining this."

(Yes, Barry. Keep staring at that pool of blood and you're sure to find something important)

Barry: "Just a moment! I've found something."
Jill: "What is it?"
Barry: "It's a weapon; it's really powerful, especially against living things."
Barry hands Jill Acid Rounds

(Wtf Barry? That's not a weapon!)

Silent Hill

Harry: "Huh? Radio? What's going on with that radio?"

Metal Gear Solid

Now comes a quote that I found quite amusing when I first heard it, but sadly I can't remember it properly. It wasn't included in the game script, so I'm out of luck. Snake says it when you (optionally) find Liquid's parachute after the Hind D boss battle:

(semi-quote) Snake: "He would have been ripped apart faster than a tomato in a tomato slicer"

Anyone know which one this is? I'm sure the original quote was a bit catchier than what I wrote down here.

I'll leave it at this for now. Don't wanna take 'em all.

(Nanami says something like "Yeah and if you mess with us, Riou will make you regret it."

Suikoden V:

Egbert: "It's those Godwins... If I could just lay a HAND on Godwin! Just a FINGERNAIL! I'D STAB HIM IN THE HEAD WITH IT!!! "

Egbert: "My own two HANDS shall squeeze his neck! I'll STAB him in the forehead with my FINGERNAIL! DIVINE RETRIBUTION!"

Egbert: "That FILTHY DEVIL GODWIN has been defeated!!! ...But now all the excitement's gone from life, somehow..."

Ah yes, I remember this one. This was the result of a fanmade translation, right? I don't recall seeing it worded like that in the official translation. Silly prude translators.

Personally, I found the fact that he said the weapon is really powerful, but had to clarify that it is ESPECIALLY strong against living things. Not that it matters since you're fighting dead things.

Yeah, well Barry isn't all that bright (not in the original, anyways). Further examples (spoilers):
