From Konami comes a story driven adventure as players will journey through time and solve mysteries in the present by going back in time. Time hollow wiill deliver a deep story and clever puzzels.
"Time Hollow enables players to guide Ethan Kairos on his quest to solve the mysterious disappearance of his family. While on his quest, Ethan comes across the mysterious Hollow Pen - an uncanny object that has the unique power to open portals to the past. Using the stylus pen and dual screen capabilities of the DS, players can use the Hollow Pen to draw portals between past and present. As they progress through their journey, they will encounter a variety of interesting characters that help them guide Ethan on his search for his family."

Time Hollow trailer(I needed some flash plugin to watch the IGN videos.)
Going back in time to solve mysteries sounds pretty interesting. The closest thing I've played to it might be Apollo Justice. Though I didn't see much of the gameplay in the video. I'll keep an eye out for this game.

I always wanted to tr that Hotel Dusk as it is similar to this, but someone said it was rubbish. This on the other hand just looks and sounds great. Traveling back and forth though time adds a certain charm to it too. Coming from Konami this will be great in any case.

This sounds a lot like Shadow of Destiny. I have that game (yet to play it) and the point is to go back in time to find out who murdered you and possibly change the events of the future.
Time Hollow is on my list of games to look out for. =).

I admit I was a bit surprised to see on IGN yesterday that this game released in the US on Sept. 23...Watched the most recent video/trailer on it as well (released at the GC 2008), and it definitely looks good.
Did anybody here get it, or has it sort of become one of those forgotten games? >.>.

It was forgotten by me, but I also saw it was out today. I will download the ROM for it later and will post back how it plays and what not. Disgaea is out too, so I doubt I play it that much though.

Yeah double post, but I have just played some of Time Hollow and will write up a short detail of what it is like so far.
The game reminds me a bit of Pheonix Wright for the investigation parts but a bit more better. The style is colourful and uses anime style characters and such. There also seem to be Anime cut scenes too with voice acting, but I have only seen one so far so I cannot jump to that conclusion yet. The game is about traveling through time and a the moment I was thrust into a alternate universe and you have to try and piece whats happened together.
A worthy game already in my opinion and it can just get better. If you are into the point and click investigating and play and a RPG story line this game will be right for you. I also see a future new Anime series from this too.

If they made an anime series, I'd watch it. What I saw from the GC trailer, it would work really well.
But anyway, glad it's shaping up to be good. =). I'll be looking forward to more thoughts once you've gotten further. I might have to cave in and go get it myself soon instead of waiting for a price drop (no R4 or anything).

From what I played of it, it was quite enjoyable. You even get to draw a circle for your Time Hollow hole. R4's are cheap and its one off and all the games are free. I was skeptical when I first heard about it, but I would never go back now. Doubt I will play Time Hollow for a while now I am playing Disgaea too. I may have a break later and have a little whizz on it.
